While the Bush administration is working together with Iranian terrorist
organizations to destabilize the Iranian regime, they are also looking
for "clean" civil society organizations that could serve them as
conduits for their misinformation and penetration campaign.

During an interview on CNN Friday night, retired U.S. Air Force Colonel
Sam Gardiner claimed that U.S. military operations are already
'underway' inside Iran, RAW STORY has found."I would say -- and this may
shock some -- I think the decision has been made and military operations
are under way," Col. Gardiner told CNN International anchor Jim Clancy
(as noted by Digby at the blog Hullabaloo).(Crooks and Liars has a video
clip of the interview)
Gardiner, who designed a war game in November of 2004 for Atlantic
Magazine ("Will Iran be next?") which simulated "preparations for
a U.S. assault on Iran," also claimed that Aliasghar Soltaniyeh, the
Iranian ambassador to the United Nation's International Atomic Energy
Agency (IAEA), told him a few weeks ago that units who had attacked the
Revolutionary Guard had been captured and confessed to working with
Americans.
"The secretary point is, the Iranians have been saying American
military troops are in there, have been saying it for almost a year,"
Gardiner said. "I was in Berlin two weeks ago, sat next to the
ambassador, the Iranian ambassador to the IAEA. And I said, 'Hey, I hear
you're accusing Americans of being in there operating with some of the
units that have shot up revolution guard units.'"
"He said, quite frankly, 'Yes, we know they are. We've captured some
of the units, and they've confessed to working with the Americans,'"
said the retired Air Force colonel.
Last Thursday, Raw Story's Larisa Alexandrovna reported (On Cheney,
Rumsfeld order, US outsourcing special ops, intelligence to Iraq terror
group, intelligence officials say) that, according to former and current
intelligence officials, the Pentagon has been using a right-wing
terrorist organization known as Mujahedeen-e Khalq (MEK) as an
operational asset "to create strife in Iran in preparation for any
possible attack."
"[I]nstead of securing a known terrorist organization, which has been
responsible for acts of terror against Iranian targets and individuals
all over the world â€" including US civilian and military casualties
â€" Rumsfeld under instructions from Cheney, began using the group
on special ops missions into Iran to pave the way for a potential Iran
strike," Larisa reported.
"They are doing whatever they want, no oversight at all,â€
an intelligence source told Larisa.Larisa reported that the MEK soldiers
were told to "quit" their organization and were "renamed" in accordance
with a plan conceived by Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld so that
they could be "converted" into a military special ops team.
According to a UN official close to the Security Council whom Larisa
interviewed, the "newly renamed MEK soldiers" were being employed in the
place of U.S. military advance teams to commit "acts of violence in
hopes of staging an insurgency of the Iranian Sunni population."

U.S. Program Is Directed at Altering Iran's Politics

WASHINGTON, April 8 â€"
As the Bush administration confronts the Tehran government over
its suspected nuclear weapons program and accusations that it supports
terrorism, a newly created office of Iranian affairs in the State
Department is poring over applications for a rapidly expanding program
to change the political process inside Iran.
The project, which will spend $7 million in the current fiscal
year, would become many times larger next year if Congress approves a
broad request for $85 million that the Bush administration has requested
for scholarships, exchange programs, radio and television broadcasts and
other activities aimed at shaking up Iran's political system.
The effort, overseen by Elizabeth Cheney, a deputy assistant secretary
of state who is a daughter of Vice President Dick Cheney, has been
denounced by Iran's leaders as meddling in their internal affairs.
It comes at a time of escalating confrontation between Iran and the
United States over Iran's nuclear program, exacerbated by reports, which
the administration has played down, that military contingency plans are
being reviewed as well.
While the United States has marshaled international support for
diplomatic pressure on Iran, some Asian and European allies have
expressed misgivings about other avenues of pressure, which are seen as
aimed at undermining the government in Tehran.
One Asian diplomat said the effort was reminiscent of the subsidies the
United States provided to Iraqi exile groups in the 1990's. "They don't
call it 'regime change,' but that is obviously what it is," he said. But
he had to be promised anonymity before he would discuss it, not wanting
to create a public rift between his country and the United States on a
significant matter of foreign policy.
To find people to promote change in Iran, the State Department has
opened a competition for grant applications. A Web site announcement
says that applicants "must outline activities linked to reform and
demonstrate how the proposed approach would achieve sustainable impact
in Iran."
A State Department official said that numerous applications had come
in and that the department would have little trouble spending the $25
million in the next year. But he acknowledged that various groups were
squabbling over how best to promote reform and who would be most
effective in doing so.
"Iran is governed by an unelected clerical elite not accountable to
the people," the official said, speaking anonymously under ground rules
imposed by the department. "But despite considerable personal risk, we
are seeing some activists willing to step forward."
The biggest problem for the applicants is the amount of risk they
might incur. There have been reports in Iran of advocates of change
being arrested after having met with American officials at conferences,
though some experts charge that Iran has exaggerated those reports in
order to discourage contacts with the West.
Other experts said that some of the people who were stepping forward
might not be the best ones to get the money.
"It sounds good to fund civil society groups, but not when you don't
know who the groups are," said Vali R. Nasr, an Iranian-born professor
of national affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Calif.
"No real group wants a direct affiliation with the United States. It
will just get them into trouble with the government."
Administration officials said a few top American officials had been
traveling the country, particularly to Los Angeles, to meet with Iranian
exile organizations, many of them supporters of the monarchy of Shah
Reza Pahlavi, who was overthrown in 1979. Some of the Los Angeles groups
operate satellite radio and television stations that beam programs into
Iran.
But State Department officials said they were not likely to enlist
groups associated with the monarchy because, in their view, they do not
seem to have much support in Iran.
Lorne W. Craner, president of the International Republican
Institute, a foundation linked to the Republican Party, said, "There are
plenty of people out there who have a checkered past who you would not
want to work with."
The institute, which receives money from Congress and grants from the
State Department, has in the last couple of years linked up with groups
and individuals in Iran and offered them training at places outside the
country. The groups cannot be identified for fear of their safety, he
said.
State Department officials and various advocates for change consulted by
the department said that for now the money would probably be
concentrated on groups seeking to document human rights abuses and
promote women's and labor rights, rather than groups seeking direct
political change.
Recipients of such financing in the past said that in order to
operate they had to avoid the perception that they are tools of "regime
change."
"The administration has consulted many Iranians just to find out who
to talk to," said Roya Boroumand, co-director of the Abdorrahman
Boroumand Foundation, which seeks to document human rights abuses inside
Iran. "We try not to be in touch with too many people inside Iran
because we know it could be fatal."
The Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, a new group based in New
Haven, has received $1 million from the State Department and could
receive more, officials said. But leaders of the group emphasize that
while they have contacts with people in Iran, it is not for the purpose
of overthrowing the government.
"We are pro-human rights, but we are not directly seeking regime
change," said Maura Johnson, the center's executive director. "That's
not our agenda. When you look at many other countries, improved human
rights can occur without regime change, through reforms and stronger
institutions."

A new poster has been plastered around London over the past few months to remind us that Big Brother is watching in order to keep us all safe.
The poster headline reads simply "Watching over you 24/7" and features giant eyes set into the landscape of the Houses of Parliament in London.
Of course we are being surveilled constantly for our "safety and security" as the sub headline reads. The telephone number below promises unique benefits if you become a member of the London Neighbourhood Watch Association.
Since when was the entirety of London a "neighbourhood"? This is a city with a population of nine million people - do we all need to spy on each other and be constantly watched by cctv cameras in order to be safe and secure?
This new poster is similar in appearance to a previous example that was paraded around bus shelters in London a few years ago.
The "Secure beneath the watchful eyes" poster featured multiple all seeing Horus eyes. In Egyptian mythology Horus presented his eye to Osiris, the god of death, who experienced rebirth in the underworld.
The symbol of the all seeing eye was adopted by the Bavarian Illuminati and has pervaded modern culture.
How ironic or coincidental that the iconic London red bus would shortly down the line once more appear, this time blown to smithereens, despite the helpful and loving watchful eyes.
Even more farcical was the fact that the "investigation" into the July 7 bombings was hindered when it was discovered the CCTV cameras on the bus that blew up were not working.
Britain is acknowledged as the world leader of Orwellian surveillance. An estimated 4.2 million closed-circuit TV cameras observe people going about their everyday business, from getting on a bus to lining up at the bank to driving around London. It's widely estimated that the average Briton is scrutinized by 300 cameras a day.
Authorities maintain the cameras deter crime, despite the fact that police have admitted that they are 'too busy' to watch CCTV, even AFTER a crime has taken place. The outrage of civil libertarians has fallen on deaf ears as the public seems willing to accept the constant monitoring for the greater good.
The Posters are both eerily similar to shots taken from the film re-productions of George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty Four in which a totalitarian government regime rules over the people with an Iron fist and relies on a total surveillance society to scare the population into submission and docility.
The posters are nothing more than crude and simplistic propaganda informing us that we are all under suspicion in this surveillance society. The fact that the in this latest one they feel the need to add the words "security and safety" is an attempt to play down the immediate aggressive and threatening feeling that is instilled upon its viewing.
Other posters that have gone up all over the UK recently inform the population that should they spit in public, on a bus or train for example, then their DNA will be collected and stored on the national database FOREVER.
Under current UK laws, if you are arrested for any recordable offence, police are allowed to take your fingerprints and a sample your DNA. Even if you are subsequently released and found innocent, police can still keep your DNA, which is added to a PERMANENT database.
Worse still, hundreds of thousands of children aged between 10 and 18 have had their DNA added to the database despite never being cautioned or charged for any offence.
How can all this be to protect freedom and ensure our liberty? Some are awakening, but still no one dares to suggest that on our doorstep is a Police State surveillance society that is worse than Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia. We have to speak out now before it's too late, because it can happen and it is happening here.

In the 1930s, Russian neurophysiologist and father of biomechanics Nikolai Bernstein dressed some people in black leotards, painted white dots on their joints, set them against a black background and filmed them dancing, jumping, walking and performing various other common activities.
In The Holographic Universe, Michael Talbot describes what happened next:
When he developed the film, only the white dots appeared, moving up and down and across the screen in various complex and flowing movements. To quantify his findings he Fourier-analyzed the various lines the dots traced out and converted them into a language of wave forms. To his surprise, he discovered the wave forms contained hidden patterns that allowed him to predict his subjects' next movement to within a fraction of an inch.
Bernstein's work was influential to Karl Pribram's development of his holographic model of brain function. Discovering hidden patterns of locomotion was another example of the primacy of wave theory in explaining both our apprehension of the universe and the character of the universe itself.
The trouble with a great deal of conspiracy theory isn't the conspiracy, it's the theory. There just isn't much of it. And what there is, with notable exceptions, is too particular.
"Connect the dots." We hear that - we say that - a lot. But dots, even when connected (even when they should be connected, and are not drawn into the picture simply because they are dots), don't begin to describe the interpenetrating connectedness of our actual subject: the hidden and fluidic patterns of power. So perhaps rather than a pointillist particle theory constructed of dots we've linked together, we should consider an organic, whole-in-the-part wave theory, imagined as ripples on the water.
We're talking metaphorically of course, but metaphors help us organize our thoughts, order the world and frame our arguments. And in a holographic universe metaphors may be the best we have, and carry us much closer to the truth than pure logic.
We can do better than the scattershot method of much conspiracy theory that goes not much further, nor deeper, than a litany of seeming anomalies and breaks to the system. Because any system which helps to structure power can bend itself to conspiracy without breaking. That is to say, parapolitics doesn't just happen when things go wrong with politics, but also when things go right. It's embedded, and so difficult to see and understand if we're trained to look only for the exceptions. To think of another metaphor, it's a forest/tree problem.
Since it was something no one had seen before on such a scale there are a lot of tall trees left standing from 9/11. Some deserve attention, some simply draw attention to themselves, and some have our attention drawn to them by forces which mean for us to miss the forest. Such trees, perhaps, ought to be cut down.
An extreme example of scattershot conspiriology is the film In Plane Site. No anomaly or apparent contradition, whether they be shadows or flashes or puffs of smoke, are too subjective or irrelevant to be excluded, and nothing else in the way of evidence is admitted, regardless of whether the whole coheres as an alternative narrative to the official account. In fact, and common to such work, no narrative at all is offered. By way of contrast, the original research of Daniel Hopsicker is all about constructing a narrative - identifying the pattern - which takes him a long way from Ground Zero but much closer to the event's organic nature. His April 17th story, for instance, concerning a DC9 seized in the Yucatan last week after hauling more than five tons of cocaine from Caracas. A co-owner of the aircraft is Brent Kovac, a Tom Delay appointee to the Business Advisory Council of the National Republican Congressional Committee. The plane's Florida charter company, "Royal Sons," used to be housed in a hanger at Florida's Ground Zero of Huffman Aviation, from which Mohammed Atta, according to Hopsicker's research, used to make drug runs to Venezuela. "A close look at Royal Sons," writes Hopsicker, "reveals evidence indicating that the firm is part of a cluster of related air charter firms being used as dummy front companies to provide 'cover' for CIA flights." And don't forget, just three after Atta enrolled at his flight school, the right-wing evangelical owner of the terrorist flight school, Wally Hilliard, had his private plane seized with 43 pounds of heroin on board, likely from Afghanistan. Hilliard made some calls. Hilliard wasn't charged. Hopsicker's narrative is drugs and money, and from Iran/Contra to Indochina's Air America to Skull and Bones profiteering by the Opium Wars, it's a long-established and predictive pattern.
Which methodology seems most profitable and encouraging and troubling to power, and which evidence merits disseminating?
Similarly, a study of High Weirdness should be more than a laundry list of anomalous events and Forteanea, particularly now that analysis is catching up with the phenomena. We shouldn't shy from using Occam's Razor, even though it's a favourite tool of debunkers claiming to follow a parsimonious scientific method. But the new science is not in their corner, and the simplest explanation is sometimes the weirdest.
Bernstein employed dots to see the pattern, but it was the pattern that was real and the subject of the study, not the dots themselves. The dots were his necessary fiction to manifest the pattern.

Abu Musab Al Zarqawi has been presented both by the Bush administration and the Western media as the mastermind behind the "insurgency" in Iraq, allegedly responsible for the massacres of Iraqi civilians.
Zarqawi is the outside enemy of America. The Bush administration in official statements, including presidential speeches, national security documents, etc. has repeatedly pointed to the need to "go after" Abu Musab Al Zarqawi and Osama bin Laden.
"You know, I hate to predict violence, but I just understand the nature of the killers. This guy, Zarqawi, an al Qaeda associate -- who was in Baghdad, by the way, prior to the removal of Saddam Hussein -- is still at large in Iraq. And as you might remember, part of his operational plan was to sow violence and discord amongst the various groups in Iraq by cold- blooded killing. And we need to help find Zarqawi so that the people of Iraq can have a more bright -- bright future." (George W. Bush, Press Conference, 1 June 2004)
The official mandate of US and British occupation forces is to fight and win the "war on terrorism" on behalf of the Iraqi people. Zarqawi constitutes Washington's justification for the continued military occupation of Iraq, not to mention the brutal siege of densely populated urban areas directed against "Al Qaeda in Iraq" which is said to be led by Zarqawi.
Coalition forces are upheld as playing a "peace keeping role" in consultation with the United Nations. The Western media in chorus has consistently upheld the legitimacy of the "war on terrorism". It has not only presented Zarqawi as a brutal terrorist, it has also failed to report on the Pentagon's disinformation campaign, which has been known and documented since 2002.
Pentagon PSYOP Zarqawi Program
In an unusual twist, the Washington Post in a recent article, has acknowledged that the role of Zarqawi had been deliberately "magnified" by the Pentagon with a view to galvanizing public support for the US-UK led "war on terrorism":
"The Zarqawi campaign is discussed in several of the internal military documents. "Villainize Zarqawi/leverage xenophobia response," one U.S. military briefing from 2004 stated. It listed three methods: "Media operations," "Special Ops (626)" (a reference to Task Force 626, an elite U.S. military unit assigned primarily to hunt in Iraq for senior officials in Hussein's government) and "PSYOP," the U.S. military term for propaganda work..." (WP. 10 April 2006)
The military's propaganda program, according to the Washington Post, has "largely been aimed at Iraqis, but seems to have spilled over into the U.S. media. One briefing slide about U.S. "strategic communications" in Iraq, prepared for Army Gen. George W. Casey Jr., the top U.S. commander in Iraq, describes the "home audience" as one of six major targets of the American side of the war." (WP, op cit.)
An internal document produced by U.S. military headquarters in Iraq, states that "the Zarqawi PSYOP program is the most successful information campaign to date." (WP, op cit).
The senior commander entrusted with Pentagon's PSYOP operation is General Kimmitt who now occupies the position of senior planner at US Central Command (USCENTCOM), responsible for directing operations in Iraq and the Middle East.
"In 2003 and 2004, he coordinated public affairs, information operations and psychological operations in Iraq -- though he said in an interview the internal briefing must be mistaken because he did not actually run the psychological operations and could not speak for them. Kimmitt said, "There was clearly an information campaign to raise the public awareness of who Zarqawi was, primarily for the Iraqi audience but also with the international audience."
A goal of the campaign was to drive a wedge into the insurgency by emphasizing Zarqawi's terrorist acts and foreign origin, said officers familiar with the program. "Through aggressive Strategic Communications, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi now represents: Terrorism in Iraq/Foreign Fighters in Iraq/Suffering of Iraqi People (Infrastructure Attacks)/Denial of Iraqi Aspirations," the same briefing asserts...

It is difficult to determine how much has been spent on the Zarqawi campaign, which began two years ago and is believed to be ongoing. U.S. propaganda efforts in Iraq in 2004 cost $24 million, but that included extensive building of offices and residences for troops involved, as well as radio broadcasts and distribution of thousands of leaflets with Zarqawi's face on them, said the officer speaking on background...
The Zarqawi program at the Pentagon was run concurrently with a related operation "led by the Lincoln Group, a U.S. consulting firm, to place pro-U.S. articles in Iraq newspapers, according to the officer familiar with the program who spoke on background." According to The Washington Post, however, there was no relationship between the Pentagon's PSYOP program and that run by the Lincoln Group on behalf of the Pentagon. (WP, 10 April 2006)
Disinformation and war propaganda are an integral part of military planning. What the Washington Post fails to mention, however, is its own role in sustaining the Zarqawi legend , along with network TV, most of the printed press, and of course CNN and Fox News, not to mention a significant portion of the alternative media. Disinformation regarding the War on terrorism has been fed into the news chain by a limited number of "top feeders":
A relatively few well-connected correspondents provide the "scoops" that get the coverage in the relatively few mainstream news sources - the four TV networks, TIME, Newsweek, CNN - where the parameters of debate are set and the "official reality" is consecrated for the bottom feeders in the news chain. Zarqawi has been identified by the US media as being behind the "insurgency" in Fallujah, Tal Afar and Samara. He was held responsible for the Amman hotel bombings as well as terrorist attacks in several Western capitals.. He is indelibly behind the suicide bomb attacks in Iraq as confirmed by the Washington Post: " The ruling Shiite leadership has Zarqawi squarely in its sights. He has led the suicide bombers whose Shiite victims are now climbing into the thousands." ( 11 December 2005).
The Pentagon's PSYOP is a cover-up for US sponsored atrocities by the US media, which has upheld the "villainize Zarqawi" focus in its news and editorials coverage of the Iraqi resistance movement.
The top U.S. military intelligence officer in Iraq said Abu Musab Zarqawi and his foreign and Iraqi associates have essentially commandeered the insurgency, becoming the dominant opposition force and the greatest immediate threat to U.S. objectives in the country.
"I think what you really have here is an insurgency that's been hijacked by a terrorist campaign," Army Maj. Gen. Richard Zahner said in an interview. "In part, by Zarqawi becoming the face of this thing, he has certainly gotten the funding, the media and, frankly, has allowed other folks to work along in his draft." (WP, 25 September 2005)
Amid the continuing bloodshed in Iraq, there is evidence of fresh thinking. The change is, ironically, brought about by Abu Musab Zarqawi himself, whose indiscriminate terrorism appears to have succeeded in uniting people there against his global jihad ideology. Since the hotel bombings in Zarqawi's native Jordan, more and more Sunni Iraqis and Arabs have condemned the terrorist leader's nightmarish vision for their societies -- one that promises further "catastrophic" suicide attacks. Immediate withdrawal from Iraq is not an option the U.S. administration can or should entertain. It would give Abu Musab Zarqawi and his small band of foreign fighters the opportunity to claim victory and to announce that they have successfully defeated a superpower. This would strengthen al Qaeda's hand across the Middle East and elsewhere, and lead to greater instability throughout the region. (WP, 11 December 2006)
The US media has identified the nature of the insurgency, centering on the key role of Zarqawi and his ties to the former Baathist regime:
"The backbone of the insurgency appears to be an alliance between the die-hard Baathists and the network of terrorists mostly under the command of Abu Musab Zarqawi. It is a partnership of convenience; both groups are fighting the same battle, but for different reasons and with different goals. (WP, 8 May 2005)
[S]enior officials at the Pentagon and in Iraq say they believe that Mr. Zarqawi and the insurgency's ''center of gravity'' is now in the bends and towns of the Euphrates River valley near the Syrian border.(New York Times, 17 September 2005)
In Fallujah, the siege of the city, which resulted in thousands of civilian deaths was described as a battle against the "Zarqawi network":.
U.S. forces have conducted four airstrikes on what have been described as targets associated with Zarqawi's network in and around the city. Among them was a housing compound in an agricultural area about 15 miles south of Fallujah where the U.S. military said as many as 90 foreign fighters were meeting. The military said the strike, which occurred on Thursday evening, killed about 60 foreign fighters.
Witnesses and hospital officials disputed the account, saying that about 30 men were killed, many of them Iraqi. They said 15 children and 11 women also died in the attack.
Neither version of the strike could be independently verified.
The following night, the U.S. military said in a statement that it conducted "another successful precision strike" on a meeting of "approximately 10 Zarqawi terrorists" in central Fallujah. "There was no indication that any innocent civilians were in the immediate vicinity of the meeting location," the military said in the statement. (WP, 21 Sept 2004)
Concluding Remarks
If indeed Zarqawi's role was fabricated as part of the Pentagon's PSYOP, what is the accuracy of these media reports?
The internal military documents leaked to Washington Post confirm that the Pentagon is involved in an ongoing propaganda campaign which seeks to provide a face to the enemy. The purpose is to portray the enemy as a terrorist, to mislead public opinion.
Counterterrorism and war propaganda are intertwined. The propaganda apparatus feeds disinformation into the news chain. The objective is to present the terror groups as "enemies of America." responsible for countless atrocities in Iraq and around the World. The underlying objective is to galvanize public opinion in support of America's Middle East war agenda.
US military-intelligence has created it own terrorist organizations. In turn, it has developed a cohesive multibillion dollar counterterrorism program "to go after" these terrorist organizations. To reach its foreign policy objectives, the images of terrorism in the Iraqi war theater must remain vivid in the minds of the citizens, who are constantly reminded of the terrorist threat. The Iraqi resistance movement is described as terrorists led by Zarqawi.
The propaganda campaign using the Western media, presents the portraits of the leaders behind the terror network. In other words, at the level of what constitutes an "advertising" campaign, "it gives a face to terror."
The "war on terrorism" rests on the creation of one or more evil bogeymen, the terror leaders, Osama bin Laden, Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi, et al, whose names and photos are presented ad nauseam in daily news reports. Without Zarqawi and bin Laden, the "war on terrorism" would loose its raison d'être. The main casus belli is to wage a " war on terrorism".
The Pentagon documents leaked to the Washington Post regarding Zarqawi have revealed that Al Qaeda in Iraq is fabricated.
The suicide attacks in Iraq are indeed real, but who is behind them? There are indications that some of the suicide attacks could have been organized by the US-UK military and intelligence. (See references below pertaining to British Special Forces Soldiers caught Planting Bombs in Basra.)

Flight 93 was supposed to knock Building 7 down and the building was jammed with explosives for the moment. But instead, the plane fell in Pennsylvania so owner Larry Silverstein had to bring the building down by himself. That, or expose the demolitives for the world to see.

But first some facts. Building 7 fell in a controlled demolition. Larry said so. Need I ask? Do you know how how long it takes to rig a building for a perfect fall? Larry broke the record by a few weeks, rigging his building in a few hours, while the twin towers smoldered beside him.

QUESTIONS FOR LARRY
In 1980 Larry Silverstein won a bid to buy the last undeveloped parcel from the Port Authority of New York.
The Port Authority is not a municipal property. It was founded by and owned by the Rockefeller family.
When the attacks occurred, Silverstein was at home debating with his wife about plans to move his headquarters to the 88th floor of the North Tower. His son Roger was at 7 World Trade Center but was not hurt.
This, of course, was a lie. He was not debating his wife and his son was out of danger.
How concerned should we be therefore that Silverstein Properties bought the lease from MetLife for Chicago's Sears Tower in March 2004?
We should be extremely concerned.
Following the attacks, Silverstein was awarded an insurance payment of more than three and a half billion dollars to settle his seven-week-old insurance policy[3]. In addition, the Silverstein group sued the insurers liable for the World Trade Center for another three and a half billion dollars, claiming that by an obscure clause in their contract, the two planes constituted two separate terrorist attacks[4]. In total, Silverstein was awarded nearly $7.2 billion in insurance money following the destruction of the Twin Towers[5].

We have long documented how China is the New World Order Blueprint for a controlled Police State Surveillance Dictatorship.
The elite have even admitted, in their own documents, how they wish to emulate the chinese model and apply it in the Anglo-American Western block.
Sky News recently produced a segment which highlighted how, despite fierce anger and resistance amongst the people of China, the Communist Government has instilled such fear and has such control over the media that very few dare to stand up and speak out. Those that do are forcibly quashed.
The Government and its contractors are seizing people's land and homes and building their own developments on it, forcing the population into living lives of poverty and squalor.
The state controlled Chinese media does not cover this because they know they would be immediately shut down if they did. The only footage that comes out of China is shot by the people themselves or undercover foreign reporters.
These revelations should remind us of the fact that tyrannical governments, in order to succeed know they have to infiltrate the lives of their populations to every degree, not allowing any form of self sufficiency or independence to endanger their iron fist control.
In a startling reminder of how much closer we are to the Chinese model than we are distant from it, the US the Supreme Court has already decided that local governments can force property owners to sell out and make way for private economic development when officials decide it would benefit the public, even if the property is not blighted, and the new project's success is not guaranteed.
The true details of this situation were not picked up on by the mainstream media, just as they are not being reported in Communist China.
A recent Virginia training manual used to help state employees recognize terrorists even lists property rights activists as terrorists and includes binoculars, video cameras, pads and notebooks in a compendium of terrorist tools.
under section 802 of the Patriot Act any crime or misdemeanor that endangers human life can be considered terroristic. I guess protesting against the government grabbing your land can be included under this umbrella.
This is just one of many horror stories to emerge from the Communist Chinese police state in recent times. The total dehumanization in China is the elite model for a prison control grid across the planet.
Last year the London Guardian reported that Chinese cosmetics companies are using skin harvested from the corpses of executed convicts to develop beauty products for sale in Europe.
Stories of organ harvesting are widespread and confirmed by multiple mainstream sources, yet the state department, even contradicting it's own reports, suggested that it is an "urban myth"
China also still has a policy of public execution for dissidents. The country has flirted with mobile execution vans as it shifts away from the communist system's traditional bullet in the head, towards a more "civilized" use of lethal injection.
The issues of forced sterilization and forced abortion have also recently resurfaced in the Communist country. Despite withdrawing some funds for these policies, the Bush administration still bankrolls UNESCO projects which have had direct links to forced abortions and sterilizations.
Recently Dr Eric Pianka, a top University of Texas professor, advocated such policies when he said that China's one child policy, enforced by a brutal police state, was a good thing.
Censorship is widespread in China with, particularly since the advent of the internet. The state has introduced cartoon cyber cops in an attempt to make the totalitarian regime internet-user friendly. In reality the characters are there to warn the people that Big Brother is watching them.
The Internet police icons have been responsible for a 60% decline in the filtering of Internet postings for content challenging the political order.
The sites that cannot be patrolled are simply shut down. New rules have been issued banning Internet news services from inciting illegal assemblies, marches and demonstrations as well as prohibiting activities on behalf of unauthorized civil groups.
In a startlingly similar fashion, laws have been passed in both the UK and the US to impose "free speech zones" and bans upon any demonstrations that have not been okayed by the authorities beforehand.
The search engine company Google has also attracted controversy recently by pandering to the Communist police state and agreeing to install government search filters on its Chinese based search engine.
Not even the Rolling Stones could escape censorship when they toured in China. However, the Stones were censored TO A GREATER DEGREE when they played the Superbowl half time show in the US. I guess if its good for the totalitarian Chinese rulers, its good for the sweet Neocons.
Since 2003 China has recorded details of more than 96 percent of its population on a police database, supplementing Internet and other state-sanctioned surveillance. The state is also to issue 1.3 billion RFID identification cards.
Terrible you would agree, yet in Britain currently there is a program underway to add 100% of the population to a national database. The ID card act has been passed and, by 2008, anyone who requires a passport (and access to healthcare, education and the ability to buy or sell no doubt) MUST be registered and must carry an ID card.
In addition, Under current UK laws, if you are arrested for any recordable offence, police are allowed to take your fingerprints and a sample your DNA. Even if you are subsequently released and found innocent, police can still keep your DNA, which is added to a PERMANENT database.
Worse still, hundreds of thousands of children aged between 10 and 18 have had their DNA added to the database despite never being cautioned or charged for any offence.
When it's China our governments agree such policies are dehumanizing, demoralizing and degrading, yet when it happens in our own countries that's just fine and dandy.
Furthermore, in the leading police state regime in the world and the benchmark for the new world order control system, surveillance still lags behind that of the UK, with Chinese authorities learning lessons from the Orwellian surveillance capital of the world.
"In this regard we've taken particular note of England, where basically everyone lives under the electronic eye," Mayor Xu Zhongheng of Shenzhen has said, remarking how important surveillance cameras were in tracking down the perpetrators of attacks on the London transport system last year.
Were they important? Really? That's not what we were told. We were told that the cameras WERE NOT FUNCTIONING.
The Chinese model is the benchmark test for the prison planet, as the state becomes more powerful and the people there become more downtrodden, more controlled and less able to resist, we see the same policies being transferred to our own countries. In many cases our countries are now even preceding China in their police state tactics.
Furthermore our own economies and infrastructures are being systematically sold out to the Chinese government.
Recently the Associated Press reported that Hutchison Whampoa Ltd was given a no-bid contract by the US government to take over radiation detecting security just 65 miles away from Freeport in the Bahamas with no oversight. Hutchinson Whampoa is admittedly a holding of the Chinese navy and the People's Liberation Army.
In 1997 the Communist Chinese government took over the Long Beach Naval Air Base, the only major deep water port that can take large ships on the west coast. In 2000, the Communist Chinese, Hutchinson Whampoa which is run by the PLA, took over the Panama Canal and has stationed between 15,000 and 30,000 troops at the facility.
Topping even that, U.S. taxpayers are lending Westinghouse Electric Co. almost $5 billion to build nuclear power plants in China.
American tax money is directly funding the might of the Chinese Red Army despite the fact that we are told over and over that they are the future military threat and despite top Chinese generals continue to threaten nuclear attacks on America.
Alex Jones' first documentary film America: Destroyed By Design, made in 1997, warned Americans that the sell-out to the Chinese was the first step on the road to the sacking of the American economy and pulling the plug on key US infrastructure.

and cable companies the right to block or slow your
access to sites and services on the Web.
Because telephone and cable companies, like AT&T and
Comcast, own the lines that connect you to the
Internet, they can control where you go and how fast
you get there. Worse, they can block or slow your
access to Internet-based services, like
Internet-telephone, music and video downloads, and
e-mail that competes with their own offerings.
The fight to preserve an open Internet is just getting
started! Ask Congress to prevent big telephone and
cable companies from blocking or slowing your access
to Internet services offered by their competitors.
The clash today is really about the next big thing,
video that feeds directly over the internet to either
your computer or your television. Video takes up more
bandwidth, and the big companies who own the lines
want to sell you their own video services instead of
letting you easily access offerings from other
companies. If they get their way, cheap phone services
or video downloads via the Internet may become a thing
of the past. The article below from this week's San
Francisco Chronicle summarizes the issue nicely.

Don't undercut Internet access
THE WIDE and unbounded Internet could soon be fenced
in by cable and phone firms. Higher prices and less
choice may lie ahead under a misguided bill moving
forward in Congress.
A House committee dumped a plan to enforce network
neutrality, a clunky term for an important concept.
The phrase stands for an original ideal of Internet --
equal access and no hidden charges to climb aboard.
On one level, the fight is a battleship clash between
consolidating telecoms, such as Verizon and AT&T, and
major Internet services, such as Google, Yahoo and
Microsoft. The standoff is over the next big thing:
video direct to your TV or computer screen.
But the implications reach beyond what movie to watch.
The cable and phone companies, growing bigger with
each merger, want to cash in on their increasing
leverage. Faster e-mail might cost more. A net-based
company might pay more for a faster connection to
customers.
The big service providers are howling mad at the idea
of a toll booth. Until now, they've had free access
and don't want to pay to play, as the phone and cable
guys are inclined to ask. To date, the fight is going
against them, with a Republican-majority House
committee rejecting net neutrality as it draws up a
new telecommunications bill. The full House and Senate
are expected to consider the matter later this year.
There is undue sanctimony on both sides, to be sure.
The major Internet companies, many of them Fortune 500
firms, are using the founding credos of the
open-to-all Internet to dodge a new bill. And the
telecoms are using new muscle to cash in on their
networks, not withstanding their talk of innovation
and better service. It's a bottom-line game for both
sides.
But down at the consumer level, the impact could be
different. Customers could face one set of services
offered by a cable or phone company -- or a
higher-priced list of alternatives from outsiders. If
Yahoo was part of the standard-priced bundle, would
you pay more for Google? It would be a two-tier world,
not the even-up access that the Internet offers now.
New upstarts would have a hard time cracking the
lineup, while the familiar names stayed on top.
In Washington, Republican legislators have balked at
net neutrality in the belief that Internet technology
is too hard to predict or regulate. Wireless service,
for example, could eclipse the perceived advantage
that cable and phone companies have now in plugging
customers into the net. That's plausible but unlikely,
given the huge investment in the nation's hard-wired
Internet network.
The pending legislation went a step further in dodging
action on open access.
The Republican majority on the Energy and Commerce
Committee directed the Federal Communications
Commission not to pass rules on net neutrality though
it could take up the problem on a case-by-case basis.
This result is lip service to the idea of keeping the
net free and open.
The Internet isn't served by layers of government
regulation. But it shouldn't become a captive of one
industry. Net neutrality should be a guiding principle
to guarantee open use

The UK has lapsed into a database surveillance state, an electronic prison where every aspect of the lives of its citizens is determined by the control and flow of personal information between companies and government departments.
Simply in order to own a house, a car, a TV and pay tax we must provide information which is stored forever on electronic databases and very often sold to whomever provides the highest bid.
The population of the United Kingdom are being trained like chimpanzees to sing and perform when any designated 'authority figure' demands they hand over their personal information in anticipation of the mandatory ID card that will weed out the subversives and block the non-conformists from using public services or being able to travel.
Worse still we are routinely reminded that no longer is it necessary for human interaction with this information - the database will manage everything and issue punishments accordingly should we not comply.
Recently in this country we have been subjected to threatening adverts remind us that the TV Licensing company has "a database of 28 million addresses that shows us who does and does not have a current TV licence".
The purpose of the licence fee is to provide income for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) radio and television services. Under the Wireless Telegraphy Acts anyone using or owning 'with intent to use' a television to watch any channel (including satellite or cable) or to record and watch video tapes needs a licence.
The adverts are set to sinister music, use dark lighting and inform us that they no longer need to "watch us" because they have a massive database that will do it for them and issue fines automatically to addresses that do not appear on the database but use televisions.
Furthermore people who watch TV on mobile phones or computers could face massive fines unless they're on the database. There are also moves afoot to replace the TV license with a "computer tax" for anyone that owns a PC.
TV Licensing already gathers data from computer retailers and is "in touch with" mobile phone companies and retailers. This would possibly lead to regulation of the flow of information on the internet and the fusing of the TV license database into one for all internet users in the UK.
Another area of database control in the UK lies with the The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), who also tell us in their advertisements that they no longer need to see our road tax discs in our car to determine if they're out of date because all the information they need is contained on their huge database.
What they don't tell us is they sell all this information not just to other companies, such as capita, who use it for other big brother schemes like the London Congestion charge CCTV system, but also to convicted CRMINALS. This activity, as admitted by the government itself, breaches the European Convention on Human Rights.
If the DVLA cannot effectively prevent abuse when they deal with fewer than 150 companies, then what chance is there for the Government to be able to assure us about the controversial proposed National Identity Register? According to the Home Office ID Card "Procurement Strategy Market Sounding" documents will have 265 Government Departments and 44,000 private sector organizations"accredited" to be linked to the system.
in addition to this all license plates are to be equipped with RFID tracking chips capable of transmitting unique vehicle identification numbers and other data to readers more than 300 feet away. The readers will of course be installed in the traffic cameras which will communicate with the DVLA database and regulate and verify everything from insurance, road tax and registration to issuing fines and recording instances of speeding or other road misdemeanors.
Take a look here at a jolly advert, set to the tune of chitty chitty bang bang, for the DVLA which reminds us how the cameras will catch us and issue fines for out of date road tax. This reminds us that we're all under surveillance anyway, regardless of whether we're flouting the law or not.
Also linked in with the database will be the mandatory in car black boxes for satellite tracking systems which will manage road tolls and "pay as you travel" style taxation.
The propaganda coming from these departments subtly threatens us with dark images and sinister music, giving the impression that even if you simply forget to renew your license or tax you are counted among the criminals and you will be treated as one. Taking their cue from stasi like operations, they even encourage us to shop each other in if we have any suspicions. "Turn in your friends and family, great prizes to be won!"

Of course all of this leads us to the big one, the ultimate database that will be fully implemented in the UK within the next three years, wiping out true freedom and transforming the country into a total police state. This is of course the National identity register.

Whilst there is still the semblance of a 'debate", at least among the public, concerning ID cards, there is no debate over the database that will accompany them.
The card is somewhat of of trojan horse, as under a so called government "compromise", anyone who renews a passport will have their details put on the national ID database - but will not have to get a card until 2010.
The government told us that the ID card database would make our information more secure. Blair said this would protect, not infringe our liberties. And how did they propose paying for it? By selling the information of 44 million British citizens to private companies. How secure is that?
Joe public will not be allowed access to the ID database but whichever companies the government sees fit to sell the information to will. And of course the intelligence services will be given unprecedented access.
The database will contain electronic "biometric" eye scans and fingerprints as willing volunteers line up to lick the boots of the government who promise to keep them safe by taking scans of their eyeballs. The government itself has admitted that the information WILL NOT keep us safe from fraud and identity theft, nor will it prevent terrorism. So what is the purpose of a biometric database? The population is willingly entering into the pits of hell in this country.
Even the biometric information is to be outsourced as checks on applications and the like are to be shifted to places as far flung as Mumbai, Delhi and Islamabad.
Of course, if you refuse you will be issued with huge fines, equating to figures beyond the average monthly salary of the majority of people in this country.
Earlier this year the London Telegraph reported how town hall bureaucrats are to be given sweeping new powers to investigate homes for identity card evasion and to impose heavy fines on occupants not registered on the database. The card is completely voluntary of course at this stage, yet if you say No to the ID card, the authorities will SWAT your home and you'll be crippled financially.
You'll also no doubt be denied the right to free health care and free education. Buying and selling will be made almost impossible as cash machines, supermarket checkouts and other everyday items are linked in with the ID card database. The Government has stated at various times that it feels ID card reading capability could be built into future generations of credit card readers and ATMs.
If you wish to participate in the joke that is "voting" in elections in this country you will also have to be linked into the national Identity database as the government is moving ahead with plans to establish a centralised national register of voters, together with central checking and verification of the data held on electoral registers.
The government plans to attempt to link together all its databases in a system referred to as CORE Co-ordinated Online Record of Elector, which will tie in the management and control of all facets of life for a UK citizen to one central database.
Another addition to this CORE of databases will be the national DNA database.
The British government has passed legislation to make every offence arrestable. Every suspect arrested, even if proven innocent, has their DNA added to the criminal database and stored forever in perpetuity.
Under Section 44 of the Terrorism Act, police can approach any person whatsoever, whether they are acting suspiciously or not, and demand they provide their full details, address and date of birth. This information is kept forever in perpetuity. 119,000 people have already had their details recorded and this figure will skyrocket after the post 7/7 figures are added.
The London independent reported last week that police in Britain hold vastly more DNA samples than any other country in the Western world, and many are from people who have never committed a crime. More than three million samples have been added to the national DNA database - more than 5 per cent of the population, and this is rising exponentially.
And what kind of evil criminals are being swabbed for DNA collection? Well take the case of a 13-year-old schoolgirl who was arrested in Ashford, Kent for throwing a snowball at a police car. As reported by the New Statesman, she was DNA-swabbed and her details were added to the National DNA Database. Thank God the government is protecting us from these snowball throwing subversives.
Without ANY parliamentary debate or legislation, every person in this country is being targeted for inclusion on a DNA database from birth. Hundreds of thousands of children aged between 10 and 18 have had their DNA added to the database despite never being cautioned or charged for any offence.
Worse even still, "do it yourself" ID card and DNA swabbing kits are being aimed at and sold for children. We are witnessing the acclimatization of our children to the biometric surveillance police state, making them think that having your retina scanned and your DNA logged is normal and necessary to keep you safe.
Every week in the 1960's cult series The Prisoner, Britons saw the newly designated authority figure demand the character of Patrick McGoohan hand over information. The program was an attempt at forewarning against the accelerating relationship between science, technology, and tyranny, and how it would be used to enslave a docile population concerned only with mindlessness and convenience.
The Village was a beautiful yet sinister enclave where residents were forcibly placed, kept and watched 24 hours a day by camera surveillance systems. The hierarchy of power was represented by a glowing pyramid with an all-seeing eye in the center of The Village control room.
Just as McGoohan was referred to as a number (six) and not a man in the village, so too will we get our own number with our ID card. Are we to allow ourselves to be "pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed and numbered"? Let's also not forget that the numbering of people should have been resigned to the history books after the Nazi death camps were shut down in 1945, a cause that my own grandfather fought for and survived through, and something that I will simply not tolerate in this supposedly free country.
Is this what we are going to accept in the UK? The climax of the series saw McGoohan escape the prison of The Village and re-enter society only to discover that society itself was the prison and that, in his words, "freedom is a myth." Here we are 40 years on and it seems fiction has been surpassed by reality.
This is an impassioned call to the people of the UK, please do not let our country die, stand up for the freedom our fathers and grandfathers fought and died to protect. Spread this information as far and wide as you can.

For the last four years the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) has been managed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) with Dr. Sheldon Z. Meth as the Program Manager. As of March 9, 2006 the official DARPA page for HAARP [http://www.darpa.mil/ucar/programs/haarp.htm] states that the high frequency transmitting array at the HAARP Research Station, Gakona, AK has been completed.
"The HAARP Interactive Ionospheric Research Observatory is a major Arctic facility for the study of upper atmospheric and solar-terrestrial physics and for Radio Science and Communications research. Among the instruments included at the facility are a high power, high-frequency (HF) phased array radio transmitter, numerous radio frequency and optical research instruments capable of observing and monitoring the complex auroral ionosphere, and site infrastructure to support research activities. "
The above is from the official HAARP website [http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/haarp/]. The high-frequency phased array radio transmitter mentioned is also called the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) and it is the heart of the HAARP program. The Final IRI (FIRI) is a field of 180 towers, each 72 feet tall with two crossed dipole antennas at the top of each tower. Slung beneath the towers is a wire grid for reflecting upward any radio emissions from the antennas that heads toward the ground. Beneath the mesh are small buildings called shelters for the radio transmitters. All of these elements are linked together to act as one giant transmitting antenna with an effective radiated power (ERP) of 3.6 million watts, making it the world's largest radio broadcasting station.
HAARP TIMELINE
Dr. Bernard J. Eastlund received the first of his three patents for a HAARP-like "Method And Apparatus For Altering A Region In The Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, And/Or Magnetosphere" (US Patent Number 4,686,605) on 11 August, 1987, while working for the ARCO subsidiary APTI. It was but the first of a dozen related patents that scientists on APTI's payroll would take out over the next few years.
Officially, however, HAARP was conceived on the morning of 13 December 1989, when a joint Navy-Air Force meeting was held at the Office of Naval Research (ONR) in Washington, D.C. It has since been described as a discussion of their mutual interest in carrying out a Department of Defense (DoD) program in the area of ionospheric modification. Military and HAARP documents insist that it was at this meeting that the "need" for a unique heating facility to conduct "critical experiments" relating to potential DoD applications was "identified."
The official tale of the birth of HAARP claims that the Navy and Air Force personnel at that after-breakfast meeting at ONR decided to bring the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in on the project. Consequently, Navy and Air Force 08personnel trooped over to DARPA later that day to present their proposal for a DoD sponsored program. As well as representatives of DARPA, people from the Office of the Defense Director of Research & Engineering (DDR&E) were also present at that second meeting of the day.
This led to an Ionospheric Modification/ELF Workshop held the following month at NUSC on 9-11 January 1990. It was attended by personnel from a number of government agencies, as well as from several universities and the private sector. The workshop was billed as providing "an opportunity for broad-based inputs concerning research needs in ionospheric modification. In addition, potential systems were defined, and the characteristics of a new, unique, HF heating facility were discussed and identified."
In a year's time the project moved off of the drawing boards and into reality. The Appropriation Act for Fiscal Year (FY) 1990 provided funds for the creation of HAARP, jointly managed by the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Office of Naval Research. Three contracts were awarded to ARCO Power Technologies (APTI) to begin feasibility studies in 1991. In 1992 the principal contract to begin construction was awarded, also to APTI.
Early November 1993 the United States Air Force announced, via press release, that the prime contractor on the HAARP program was Arco Power Technologies, Incorporated, (APTI) owner of the patents of Eastlund and other APTI scientists.
Initial prototype construction began at the Gakona, Alaska site in late 1993 and was completed a year later in late '94. During that time APTI bailed on the project and mysteriously sold it to a major defense contractor, E-Systems of Dallas, Texas.
The following year, 1995, Raytheon bought E-Systems and all the APTI patents they held. That same year Congress budgeted $10 million for HAARP for FY 1996 under "Counterproliferation - Advanced Development" spending. In the FY 1997 Descriptive Summary of the Counterproliferation Advanced Development Budget HAARP appears under the sub-heading "Project P539 Counterforce." There it is recorded that "In FY96, Congress added $10 Million to be used for the High-Frequency Acoustic [sic] Auroral Research Program (HAARP) to this project." Elsewhere in that report it states "...in FY96 only, the Congressionally added HAARP program funds will be used to explore the ability of auroral transmissions to detect and locate underground structures of the type where WMD [Weapons of Mass Destruction] can be developed or stored."
The HAARP final ionospheric research instrument (FIRI) was planned to be a field of 180 antennas arranged in a rectangular grid of 12 rows by 15 columns. Initially a smaller set of elements was constructed so that the predicted performance could be verified before the entire facility is built. That initial phase of the program was called the Developmental Prototype (DP). By April of 1995 the DP array of 48 antenna towers arranged as 8 columns by 6 rows had been completed. Thirty additional unpowered and unused towers were also erected at that time.
The first round of tests of the DP was in April 1995. More start-up tests were conducted in July and November of 1995, while tests of the aircraft detection radar were conducted in September of that year. The aircraft alert radar (AAR) is intended to automatically shut off "appropriate transmissions" when aircraft are detected within, or approaching a "safety zone" established around the HAARP site.
HAARP documents claim that the facility was shut down at the end of the last set of initial low power tests on the DP on 21 November, 1995. Officially, no testing was conducted from that time until the HAARP facility was at last put to scientific use for the first time, over a year later. A two week flurry of scientific research activity, called a "campaign," took place from 27 February to 14 March, 1997. In addition to science experiments, this two week period included several visits from tour groups; participation in a lecture series by HAARP personnel at the nearby community college; a public talk on ionospheric research and the HAARP facility; and the first HAARP-Amateur radio listening test.
During the early part of the August 1997 testing period several experiments were performed with the NASA WIND satellite which was at a favorable position in its orbit.
The third annual HAARP Open House was held 23-24 August, 1997. Program personnel were present to discuss the project and to give demonstrations and tours of the facility. Several experts in ionospheric physics were also present to discuss the research plans and the physics of the earth's upper atmosphere.
They wanted to finish erecting the FIRI by 2002 but got their budget slashed. It appears that the in-coming President, George W. Bush, was more concerned with his anti-missile missile defense program than with ionospheric research, or exotic electromagnetic weapons research, depending on which HAARP really is, and killed HAARP's funding for the first two years of his administration.
Initially HAARP was jointly managed by ONR and the Air Force's Phillips Laboratory in Massachusetts. In 2002 Project Management of HAARP was transferred to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It would seem that DARPA was brought in to whip the project into shape. According to the official DARPA webpage for HAARP their portion of the project has now been completed and HAARP is being "transitioned" back to the Air Force and Navy in FY2006.
Per the official DARPA fact sheet:
"The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is the central research and development organization for the Department of Defense (DoD). It manages and directs selected basic and applied research and development projects for DoD, and pursues research and technology where risk and payoff are both very high and where success may provide dramatic advances for traditional military roles and missions."
There are eight technical offices in DARPA. HAARP came under The Tactical Technology Office (TTO). According to their fact sheet:
"The Tactical Technology Office engages in high-risk, high-payoff advanced technology development of military systems, emphasizing the "system" and "subsystem" approach to the development of Unmanned Systems, Space Systems and Tactical Multipliers."
DARPA's official word on HAARP, as of 3/9/06 is:
"The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) developed new experimental research capabilities and conducted research programs to exploit emerging ionosphere and radio science technologies related to advanced defense applications. The FY 1990 Appropriation Act provided funds for the creation of HAARP, jointly managed by the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Office of Naval Research to exploit emerging ionosphere and high power radio technology for new military systems applications. Key to the current effort was the expansion of the experimental research facility that includes a 3.6 MW high-frequency transmitter and a variety of diagnostic instruments, to conduct investigations to characterize the physical processes that can be initiated and controlled in the ionosphere and space, via interactions with high power radio waves. Among these were: (1) the generation of extremely low frequency/very low frequency radio waves for submarine and other subsurface comm!
unication, and the reduction of charged particle populations in the radiation belts to ensure safe spacecraft systems operations; (2) the control of electron density gradients and the refractive properties in selected regions of the ionosphere to create radio wave propagation channels; and (3) the generation of optical and infrared emissions in space to calibrate space sensors. To date, the facility has been developed to include a suite of optical and radio diagnostics and an advanced, modern, high frequency transmitting array that has a radiated power of 960 kW, about one-third of the 3.6MW called for in the original concept and plan. The current high frequency transmitting array has proven to be extremely reliable and flexible, and has shown the feasibility of the overall concept. However, results to date have indicated that the advanced applications-related research activities and new military system concept demonstrations envisioned under the program require that the high frequency transmitting capability at the site be increased from the present 960 kW level to the originally planned 3.6 MW level. A study completed by an Air Force/Navy Panel also pointed to additional high-value functions that can potentially be accomplished with the a 3.6 MW capability, in particular, the exploration and refinement of scientific principles that could lead to the development and deployment of a system to provide protection for spacebased assets from emergent asymmetric threats. DARPA established an MOA with the Air Force and Navy for this program in November 2002. The HAARP technology is transitioning to the Air Force and Navy in FY 2006.

Not only was Dr. Meth in charge of HAARP, he also manages programs called Air Laser and MAgneto Hydrodynamic Explosive Munition (MAHEM)! Does it seem odd to you that a guy running a lazar development program and designing some kind of bomb would also be tinkering with how the top of the atmosphere reacts to radio waves?
DARPA signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Air Force and Navy to run this program for them in November 2002. On 17 February 2003 a Press Release went out announcing that BAE Systems North America had reached a definitive agreement with Advanced Power Technologies, Inc. (APTI), to purchase the corporation for $27 million in cash (note that somewhere along the line the "A" in APTI changed from "ARCO" to "Advanced"). That Press Release has since been deleted from BAE's website. Details on this purchase have completely vanished from the Internet. I called a spokesperson at APTI and got very little information. Indeed, when I asked about HAARP the poor fellow had never heard of it - or so he claimed!
After purchasing APTI BAE Systems then owned the intellectual property, the patents, that make HAARP possible. When HAARP's funding was resumed they automatically got the contract. This is important evidence that HAARP is a ground-based weapons systems, as laid out in those patents, as has been discussed in several books on HAARP, including mine.
One year and two months after purchasing APTI, BAE Systems announced that they had received a contract from the Navy for $35 Million to complete the HAARP Program. In a Press Release dated 10 June 2004, BAE Systems proclaimed:
"The Office of Naval Research has awarded BAE Systems a $35.4 million contract to manufacture 132 high frequency (HF) transmitters for installation in the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program's (HAARP) phased array antenna system. The contract was finalized April 19 with BAE Systems Information & Electronic Warfare Systems in Washington, D. C."
BAE Systems lost no time in farming out the HAARP contract. Five days after getting the job from the Navy they sub-contracted it to DRS Technologies.
"DRS TECHNOLOGIES RECEIVES $23.3 MILLION CONTRACT TO PROVIDE HIGH-FREQUENCY RADIO TRANSMITTERS FOR U.S. GOVERNMENT
"Parsippany, NJ, June 15 -- DRS Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: DRS) announced today that it has received a $23.3 million contract, including options, to provide high-frequency (HF) radio transmitters for the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which supports a U. S. government Arctic research facility being built to study the Earth's upper atmosphere.
"The $11.5 million base contract was awarded to DRS by BAE Systems PLC (LSE: BA. L). For this award, DRS will manufacture more than 60 Model D616G 10-Kilowatt Dual Transmitters to fulfill the transmitter requirements for the HAARP program. Work for this order will be performed by the company's DRS Broadcast Technology unit in Dallas, Texas. Product deliveries to BAE Systems' Information and Electronic Warfare Systems in Washington, D.C., are scheduled to begin in March 2005 and continue for approximately one year.
"We are pleased to continue our role as a premier supplier of transmitters for the HAARP program," said Steven T. Schorer, president of DRS's C4I Group. "This award enhances DRS's position as a leader in high-technology radio frequency solutions for secure and tactical communications systems supporting the applications of the government scientific research community."
"The high-frequency or short-wave Model D616G Transmitters were designed specifically for the U. S. government HAARP research facility. Currently, the ionosphere provides long-range capabilities for commercial ship-to-shore communications, transoceanic aircraft links, and military communications and surveillance systems.
"A primary goal of HAARP is to understand how variations in the sun's radiation affect the performance of radio systems and to improve military command, control, communications and surveillance systems.
"DRS Broadcast Technology, formerly known as Continental Electronics, is a global leader in broadcast transmitter equipment. It is the foremost supplier of advanced radio frequency transmission technology and the world's most experienced provider of the highest power radio broadcast equipment, offering a full range of products for broadcasting, military and scientific applications.
"DRS Technologies, headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, provides leading edge products and services to defense, government intelligence and commercial customers. Focused on defense technology, DRS develops and manufactures a broad range of mission critical systems. The company employs 5,800 people worldwide."
So, what do the spokesfolks at HAARP say they are doing now? From the HAARP website:
"Since March 1999, when the current 960 kW power capability became available, approximately 7-10 research campaigns have been conducted annually at the Gakona facility. Research periods are scheduled throughout the year; however, specific research areas are studied optimally during certain seasons. For example, the detection of optical emissions is best studied during the winter when clear, dark skies are frequent. Two such campaigns were conducted during 2002 and 2003. Extended research campaigns were conducted during the summers of 2002 and 2003 to observe and characterize the seasonal occurrence of an upper atmospheric phenomenon called Polar Mesospheric Summer Echoes (PMSE) that occurs only at high latitudes in the summer."
This infrequently up-dated site seldom reflects when the array is in use. Usually the site does not mention such use until months, or even years after, and then usually in very vague terms. As I write this, the site claims the last time the IRI was in use was November of 2003. Independent researchers have established that the site was in near daily use in 2005, however. As best anyone can tell the technicians spent the days wiring up the new transmitters and antennae, then spent several hours each night broadcasting to check the quality of the workmanship and equipment.
So, that is where HAARP is today, a $300 million dollar plus "upper atmospheric and solar-terrestrial physics" observatory -- that may or may not also be a whole lot more.
Even if HAARP is exactly what it says it is, is that something good? A key DoD document defines HAARP saying:
"The heart of the program will be the development of a unique ionospheric heating capability to conduct the pioneering experiments required to adequately assess the potential for exploiting ionospheric enhancement technology for DOD purposes."
Let's break that down. Technically HAARP is a type of device called an ionospheric heater because injecting all that radio frequency energy (3.6 billions watts) into the atmosphere heats it up. The big difference between HAARP and the dozen or so other ionospheric heaters in the world is that HAARP, based on the Eastlund/APTI patents is a uniquely designed phased antenna array. This phasing, or sequencing of the firing of the transmitters/antenna field allows for the focusing ability that sets HAARP apart from its peers. If used for over-the-horizon surveillance it would also have made HAARP a violation of the ABM Treaty, which was still in effect when work on HAARP began, and may be the real reason for the military's calling HAARP a civilian science project in the first place.
Heating the atmosphere changes it, so you can make it do things. In this case the amount of heating literally blows the molecules of the air apart. That is what is meant by "ionospheric enhancement." You have to love the use of the word enhancement -- only the military would think that breaking something makes it better! This heating to the point where the molecules are blown apart causes it to give off a "scream" of extremely low frequency (ELF) radio waves that penetrate deep into the earth and deep into the seas. The project was initially funded specifically to do this: to use this ionospherically generated ELF to communicate with deeply submerged submarines and to engage in something earth penetrating tomography to target and monitor enemy underground bases for the manufacture and launch of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). This heating also turns the "excited region" into a plasma (an electrically charged gas) that goes out into space, possibly destroying anything !
electronic (like an ICBM or a spy satellite) that passes through it. It also changes the shape and radio wave bounce characteristics of the ionosphere, effectively jamming some radio communications channels.
And what are DoD purposes? Why, to win wars! to make new weapons or to make existing weapons and personal more effective (which is called a force multiplier). So, simply put, what this quote says is that the DoD wants to know if they can use this technology to turn the atmosphere into a weapon, or use it to improve existing weapons.
As I have been asking for almost a decade now, is weaponizing the atmosphere a good idea? What about unintended and unexpected consequences? What happens when the enemy responds in kind? And why is it that the mainstream press is so silent on these issues?

Climatic Manipulation by the US Military: The HAARP Program
The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) based in Gokona, Alaska, has been in existence since 1992. It is part of a new generation of sophisticated weaponry under the US Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). Operated by the Air Force Research Laboratory's Space Vehicles Directorate, HAARP constitutes a system of powerful antennas capable of creating "controlled local modifications of the ionosphere" [upper layer of the atmosphere]:

"A super-powerful radiowave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas. World renowned scientist Dr. Rosalie Bertell depicts HAARP as "a gigantic heater that can cause major disruptions in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps deadly radiation from bombarding the planet." (quoted in Chossudovsky, op cit.)
According to Richard Williams, a physicist and consultant to the David Sarnoff laboratory in Princeton
HAARP constitutes "an irresponsible act of global vandalism." He and others fear a secret second stage where HAARP would "beam much more energy into the ionosphere. That could produce a severe disruption of the upper atmosphere at one location that may produce effects that spread rapidly around the Earth for years." HAARP has been presented to public opinion as a program of scientific and academic research. US military documents seem to suggest, however, that HAARP's main objective is to "exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes." (quoted in Chossudovsky, op cit).
Without explicitly referring to the HAARP program, a US Air Force study points to the use of "induced ionospheric modifications" as a means of altering weather patterns as well as disrupting enemy communications and radar. (Ibid)
HAARP also has the ability of triggering blackouts and disrupting the electricity power system of entire regions.
An analysis of statements emanating from the US Air Force points to the unthinkable: the covert manipulation of weather patterns, communications systems and electric power as a weapon of global warfare, enabling the US to disrupt and dominate entire regions of the World.
Weather Warfare: A Corporate Bonanza
HAARP has been operational since the early 1990s. Its system of antennas at Gakona, Alaska, was initially based on a technology patented by Advanced Power Technologies Inc. (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Ritchfield Corporation (ARCO). The first phase of the HAARP Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) was completed by APTI. The IRI system of antennas was first installed in 1992 by a subsidiary of British Aerospace Systems (BAES) using the APTI patent. The antennas beam into the outer-atmosphere using a set of wireless high frequency transmitters.
In 1994, ARCO sold its APTI subsidiary, including the patents and the second phase construction contract to E-Systems, a secretive high tech military outfit with links to the CIA (http://www.crystalinks.com/haarp.html ).
E-Systems specializes in the production of electronic warfare equipment, navigation and reconnaissance machinery, including "highly sophisticated spying devices":

With the purchase of APTI, E-Systems acquired the strategic weather warfare technology and patent rights, including Bernard J. Eastlund's US Patent No: 4,686,605 entitled "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere".
It is worth mentioning that the Eastlund /APTI patents were based on the research of Yugoslav scientist Nicola Tesla (many of whose ideas were stolen by US corporations). Eastlund described this deadly technology as capable of:

Not surprisingly, the patent had previously been sealed under a government secrecy order.
Barely a year following the E-Systems purchase of APTI's weather warfare technology, E-Systems was bought out by Raytheon, the fourth largest US military contractor. Through this money-spinning acquisition, Raytheon became the largest "defense electronics" firm in the World.
Meanwhile, ARCO which had sold APTI to E-Systems, had itself been acquired by the BP-AMOCO oil consortium, thereby integrating the largest oil company in the World (BP).
Raytheon through its E-Systems subsidiary now owns the patents used to develop the HAARP weather warfare facility at Gakona Alaska. Raytheon is also involved in other areas of weather research for military use, including the activities of its subsidiary in Antarctica, Raytheon Polar Services.
"Owning the Weather": Towards the Expanded Final Stage

During the Clinton administration, the "Filled Developmental Prototype" (FDP), namely a system composed of an array of 48 active antenna elements with connected wireless transmitters, was installed and completed at the HAARP facility in 1994. (See Figure 1 below) Under the initial Developmental Prototype (DP), only 18 of the 48 transmitters were connected.
Bernard Eastlund in a 1997 interview described this antenna array in its Filled DP stage as the "the largest ionospheric heater ever built".
This system of 48 antennas, however, while fully operational, was not according to Eastlund, powerful enough (in 1997) "to bring the ideas in his patents to fruition":

This 'final expanded stage' envisioned by Eastlund, which will provide maximum capability to manipulate the World's weather patterns, has now been reached.
Under the Bush administration, the main partner of Raytheon (which owns the patents) in the construction and development stage of the HAARP antenna array, is British Aerospace Systems (BAES), which had been involved in the initial installation of the antenna array in the early 1990s.
The multimillion dollar contract was granted by The Office of Naval Research to BAES in 2003, through its US subsidiary BAE Systems Advanced Technologies Inc. The contract was signed barely two months before the Anglo-American invasion of Iraq.
Using Raytheon's technology, BAES was to develop the HAARP Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) to its maximum capabilities of "Full size or final IRI (FIRI)".
In April 2003, BAE Systems Advanced Technologies outsourced the production and installation of the antennas to Phazar Corp (http://www.phazar.com/ ), a company specializing in advanced wireless antennas for military use. A year later, in April 2004, the final phase in the expansion of the HAARP facility was launched. (Dept of Defense, 19 April 2004). This phase consisted in equipping all the 180 antennas with high frequency transmitters. BAE Systems was awarded another lucrative contract, this time for $35 million.
In July 2004, Phazar had delivered and installed the 132 crossed dipole antennas including the antenna support structures and ground screen items at the HAARP facility, bringing the number of antennas from 48 under the FDP stage to 180. (see Table 2).
Meanwhile, BAE Systems had contracted with Jersey based defense electronics firm DRS Technologies, Inc in an $11.5 million outsourcing arrangement, the production and installation of the high-frequency (HF) radio transmitters for the HAARP antenna array. Under its contract with BAE Systems Information and Electronic Warfare Systems in Washington, D.C., DRS is to manufacture and install "more than 60 Model D616G 10-Kilowatt Dual Transmitters" to be used with the HAARP system of antennas. (It is unclear from the company statements whether all the 180 antennas will be equipped with a transmitter, bringing the system up to full IRI capabilities).
Deliveries and installation are to be completed by July 2006. While HAARP is described as a "research project", the production of the transmitters was entrusted to DRS' C41 "Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Group"

Air Force 2025
The Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force, General Ronald R. Fogleman, tasked the Air University at Maxwell AFB, AL to look 30 years into the future to identify the concepts, capabilities and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and space force in the 21st century.
The Air University commander led a team of students and faculty from the Air University's Air War College and Air Command and Staff College; scientists and technologists from the Air Force Institute of Technology, located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH; Air Force Academy and AFROTC cadets from around the country; and selected academic and business leaders in the civilian community across the nation in the 10-month effort to meet General Foglemans tasking.
The resulting study is called Air Force 2025 or 2025 for short. The team's findings were briefed to General Fogleman in June 1996 and to the Secretary of the Air Force, Dr. Sheila Widnall, in July 1996. The 2025 study was subsequently published in a collection of white papers consisting of an executive summary and 41 individual papers, totaling more than 3,300 pages of text.

I was in the middle of writing something else when I saw this. Read it fast, while it lasts, because it's the kind of discomforting story that disappears quickly with little follow-up and no national attention.
Two Houston men driving a tractor-trailer pulled up to the gate of Pennsylvania's Beaver Valley nuclear power station Tuesday afternoon. They said they'd arrived from Chicago with an empty flatbed to pick up a large tool container bound for Youngstown, Ohio.
There are at least a couple of accounts of what happened next. In one, the men drove away as soon as they were informed their vehicle would be subject to routine inspection, prompting the security guards to become suspicious and call police, "who pulled the truck over about a mile from the plant." In the sleeping compartment, more than half a million dollars in ten bundles of small bills wrapped in plastic and duct tape was found stuffed in a locked duffel bag. In another version the bag is found by security before the truckers drive off and the search warrant is executed. In both, the truckers claim they had no idea what was in the bag, and offer no persuasive explanation for how it got there. One trucker claimed it was for a truck his boss hoped to purchase, "but when the security workers called the truckers' boss in Houston, he also said he knew nothing about the money." In this account, it was the boss who instructed the drivers to back away from the plant and return to the road.
Three more things: A police dog sensed drug residue on the bills (Not necessarily exceptional, that: "The probability that every single person in the United States is carrying drug-tainted money is almost certain.") Though the truckers were said to be polite and cooperative, one of them wasn't carrying identification, and told the dog-ate-my-homework tale of it having been stolen from the truck the night before. (While a duffel bag of cash was left behind?) And the "truckers worked for a company hired by San Francisco-based Bechtel Corp., which is performing construction work and replacing equipment at the plant."
The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force was summoned and quickly sized up the situation. The truckers were released, the money seized and, as seen in this video, it was the reporters who were detained. The truckers were allowed to leave because authorities claimed there was no indication they had committed a crime. How quaint, and how selective the presumption of innocence. That the men were from Houston rather than, say, Bangla Desh, meant they didn't look like terrorists to the security guards, even though Michael Meiring also lived in Houston for a time.
So what is going on here? Because something just had its cover blown.
Could the intention have been to purchase nuclear material, perhaps for a dirty bomb to trigger the Iran war and make a US nuclear assault less objectionable? Could be, but I'd also say this scene appears too sloppy for such a task, and Bechtel wouldn't risk showing its hand so close to such action.
It strikes me, rather, as aspects of a covert drug routine so familiar that the players got lazy. Caught out, all they have to do is forfeit the money back to the government from which it probably came. In this old racket, Bechtel risks nothing.
On the other hand, terror and drugs are simply different manifestations of the same Will to Control. So whatever was intended will still endeavour to find its way, and the media will be looking somewhere else, comprehending nothing.

Names released in an update from the Beaver County Times:
"The men, Donald R. Kingsby and William Lewis, were released Tuesday evening, though state police kept the money because they suspected there could be drug residue on it. The men denied the money belonged to them."
A quick search finds only one hit for "Donald Kingsby." Oddly enough, from a 1989 Australian case of trespassing at the NSA facility of Pine Gap. A Donald Kingsby is described as it's "new head."
Extremely unlikely, of course, to be the same guy. Probably just one of life's little synchronicities.

A look at Bechtel and the privitazation of nuclear labs

Last year, the University of California, which has managed the lab for the Department of Energy since its inception, decided to put Los Alamos on the auction block. In December 2005, construction giant Bechtel won a $553 million yearly management contract to run the sprawling complex, which employs more than 13,000 people and has an estimated $2.2 billion annual budget.

At Los Alamos, the University of California has already been replaced by a "limited liability corporation," says Tyler Przybylek of the Department of Energy's Evaluation Board; and, more generally, the writing is on the containment wall. Nuclear laboratories are no longer to be intellectual institutions devoted to science but part of a corporate-business model where research, design, and ultimately the weapons themselves will become products to be marketed. The new dress code will be suits and ties, not lab coats and safety glasses. Under Bechtel, new management will lead to a "tightly structured organization" that will "drive efficiency," predicts John Browne, who directed the lab at Los Alamos from 1997-2003. "If there is a product the government wants," he concludes, "they will necessarily be focused on that. A lot more money will be at stake."
Los Alamos was the first to go. Now, the management contract for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is on the auction block as well.

During the Cold War, spending on nuclear weapons averaged $4.2 billion a year (in current dollars). Almost two decades after the "nuclear animosity" between the two great superpowers ended, the United States is spending one-and-a-half times the Cold War average on nuclear weapons. In 2001, the weapons-activities budget of the Department of Energy, which oversees the nuclear weapons complex through its "semi-autonomous" National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), totaled $5.19 billion; and a "revitalized nuclear weapons complex," ready to "design, develop, manufacture, and certify new warheads," means a more than billion-dollar jump in spending to $6.4 billion by fiscal year 2006.
And that's just the beginning. The NNSA's five-year "National Security Plan" calls for annual increases to reach $7.76 billion by 2009. David Hobson, Republican congressional representative from Ohio, calls this kind of budgeting "the ultimate white-collar welfare," saying that the weapons complex can be "viewed as a jobs program for PhDs."
He's right. That's a lot of money for a few labs and a few thousand scientists. And private military contractors large and small are all over it.

There aren't many small countries with greater geostrategic heft than Azerbaijan. Wedged between Russia and Iran, it's a major port of entry to the West for the region's oil and heroin, much of the latter being routed through the distribution hub of Kosovo, secured in the Balkans wars of the last decade.
Another commodity in Azerbaijan's pipeline subject to fantastic mark-up is the flesh of young women. Anar Orujov, in his report "Azerbaijani slaves of the 21st century" for the Caucasus Media Investigations Center, writes that "in our country a prostitute can make a profit from $7,000 up to $100,000 depending on the 'exploitation conditions.' No doubt that such a profitable business paves the way to spend a lot of money to 'hunt' the people, and establishment of a large mafia network which sometimes even the high-ranking officials are involved."
The composition of the US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce certainly suggests another large mafia network hasn't neglected Baku. The "Honorary Council of Advisors" includes James Baker, Lloyd Bentson, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Dick Cheney (resigned after the Nov 2000 election), Henry Kissinger, Brent Scowcroft and John Sununu. Richard Perle is a Trustee, and Richard Armitage was on the Board until his State Department appointment. Turkish and Azerbaijani were Sibel Edmonds' two languages in the FBI's translation department, where she discovered the intersections of drugs, arms and oil.
So it's with some interest I read that the US State Department has today announced the recall of Ambassador Reno Harnish, former Chief of Mission, Pristina (capital of the aforementioned hub of Kosovo) and late of the American Enterprise Institute. Why, is of particular interest.

The Azerbaijani media is rife with speculation that Harnish is being recalled because of a burgeoning human smuggling scandal which came to the attention of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The Moscow newspaper Trud newspaper reported on Thursday that FBI agents began interviews with embassy officials about the smuggling of Azerbaijani prostitutes into the United States and the issuing of visas.
As the investigation proceeded, Zarifa Dzhabieva, a former translator for the American embassy was found knifed to death in her own home. Whoever killed Dzhabieva ransacked her dwelling looking for something, even though none of the victim's valuables had been touched. Dzhabieva was under investigation for aiding and abetting the issuing of visas and forged documents to girls destined for the U.S. sex trade.
Tales of prostitution, visa fraud, human trafficking and the murder of an embassy translator prompted the bizarre comment from public relations official Jonathan Henick that "The uncovering of the crime linked to the sale of Azerbaijani girls to the USA, and the punishment of the guilty parties merely shows the high level of American-Azerbaijani relations."
A translation of the Trud story, reproduced in Pravda, can be read here. Trud adds that "It is known for certain that the enlistment and transfer of young people from sunny Azerbaijan to no less sunny Florida were organized on a truly American scale and brought large profits."
Reno seems destined to land on his feet, reputation unsmudged. His next assignment appears already lined up. According to "diplomatic sources", he will find an environmental posting engaged in the "fight against bird flu."

Mexican writer's book on pedophiles exposes abuses, and puts her in peril

CANCUN, Mexico – The moment that changed journalist Lydia Cacho's life came on a humid, moonless night in the tropical resort of Cancun.
A 19-year-old, her voice broken by sobs, repeated to Cacho what she had told police. A Cancun businessman had sexually abused her for years, she said, and her younger sister had been molested at the man's oceanfront villa, too.

Journalist Lydia Cacho left a Cancun jail last month, followed by a federal agent assigned to protect her. Cacho must register often to show she has not skipped bail on libel charges.
The girl's accusations – and Cacho's response – set into motion a series of events that has exposed a tangled web of wealth and power reaching across Mexico.
The Cancun businessman, Jean Succar Kuri, has been jailed for two years in Arizona, fighting extradition to Mexico. The governor of Puebla state is being pressured to resign.
And Cacho is facing criminal libel charges that could send her to prison.
Cacho, the 42-year-old author of a book published last year about a network of pedophiles, has become as much a part of the story as the children she set out to save.
The founder of a battered women's shelter in Cancun, Cacho found herself in a harsh and unwelcome spotlight when she published allegations of rape and child pornography against Succar, 61, a Lebanese national who is a legal U.S. resident and owns three homes in Southern California.
Cacho, who studied at the Sorbonne and speaks four languages, included graphic interviews with Succar's alleged victims. Some said they met Succar when they were as young as 5 years old.
Her book, “The Demons of Eden,” also detailed a covertly filmed conversation released by Mexican law enforcement in which Succar acknowledges to one of his alleged victims that fondling little girls is his “vice.”
Cacho's work sparked a nationwide controversy and a strong denial from Succar's San Diego attorney, Charles Goldberg, who said, “There's an awful lot of evidence to indicate that the charges were fabricated, or exaggerated.”
Six of the seven alleged victims have since retracted their accusations, he said. Succar's next hearing was scheduled for today before a federal judge in Phoenix.
In December, Cacho was arrested on libel charges outside her Cancun office and driven 1,000 miles to a jail in Puebla. During the harrowing, 20-hour ride, she said, police officers tormented her by hinting of a plan to rape and kill her.
Although she was released unharmed on $7,000 bail, Cacho's experience underscores the physical and legal dangers faced by Mexican journalists.
Under Mexico's antiquated libel laws, truth is not an absolute defense because reporters must also prove they did not intend to damage the image of their subject. Conviction can result in a prison sentence.
Isabel Arvide, 54, was given a suspended one-year sentence in March and ordered to pay $19,000 in punitive damages after a judge in the northern state of Chihuahua convicted her of libeling a former Chihuahua state attorney general.
Mexico's libel law “totally limits the freedom of expression, not just of journalists, but of any Mexican citizen,” said Guillermo Cuen, a Mexico City attorney representing Cacho.
Lured to a villa
The girls told Mexican authorities that it was in Villa 1 at the Solymar condominium in Cancun's posh hotel zone where they were photographed, filmed and sexually molested.

Cancun attorney Verónica Acacio held up a tabloid with a photo of a woman called Emma, an alleged victim of sexual abuse. Emma, who is now 22, has since retracted her allegations.
In statements to law enforcement and during sessions with government psychiatrists, the girls said they were lured to the seaside villa by friends, and even other children in their own families, who told stories about money and expensive gifts and a chance to glide down a sliding board into Succar's swimming pool.
Poor, uneducated and desperate for attention in the manufactured paradise of Cancun, the children said they found in the rich, glittering world of Solymar an escape from their desolate existence.
“He photographed me and he filmed me alone, and on other occasions, together with other people or with him,” one of Succar's alleged victims said in a signed statement made to Mexico's Attorney General's Office.
The girl said she was 6 when she met Succar. “I want to make it clear that these photos and these videos were taken when I was nude, having sexual relations with him or with other people.”
The girl was who 19 when first interviewed by Cacho said she met Succar, who is married and has children, when she was 13.
“He filmed me approximately seven times,” the girl, whom Cacho identified as Emma in her book, said in a signed statement made to the Attorney General's Office. “He also did it with other girls. That is to say, he took photos and filmed them completely nude.”
Based on the children's accusations, Succar was charged by authorities in the state of Quintana Roo, where Cancun is located, with child pornography and sexual abuse.
“He is accused of raping on numerous occasions three minors who went to his house to swim in the pool and watch television,” a bulletin released by the federal Attorney General's Office said. “Also, Jean Succar Kuri forced a pair of minors to have sexual relations to take their photos.”
Parade of girls
Three doors down from Villa 1, Succar's American neighbors were struck by the constant flow of young girls to his Cancun retreat.
Tom and Jean Vickers, a retired couple from New Jersey, had bought a two-story villa at Solymar in 2000.
When the Vickers arrived to spend their winters in the Caribbean, they often saw Succar and the girls splashing around in his pool.
“We noticed it from Day One,” said Jean Vickers, 73. “He had them in the swimming pool. We constantly saw young girls, children. Very seldom did we see his family here.”
It wasn't just the constant parade of girls that drew attention to Succar. It was also his announcement at an annual owners' meeting that he intended to buy the entire complex.
“That scared a lot of people and they sold their units cheaply,” said Lynette Anderson, a West Virginia businesswoman who with her husband owns nine units at Solymar and is president of the condominium's vigilance committee.

Succar now owns 59 of Solymar's 243 units and villas, in addition to the restaurant, reception area and poolside bar, Anderson said.
Solymar owners were once again frightened when gunfire awakened them one night in 2004. The battle erupted over ownership of three Succar villas – numbers 1, 5 and 9 – which was disputed after his arrest.
“There were probably 50 to 75 gunshots,” said Tom Vickers, 71, who was in his villa at the time. “They used our potted plants as missiles. There was blood all over our patio. This whole melee went on for 45 minutes or so.”
Tom Vickers and Anderson and other Solymar owners say they receive calls from Succar, who is in protective custody in a Florence, Ariz., prison.
“He wants to control what is going on at Solymar,” Anderson said.
Taped conversation
A smiling Succar sips a soft drink and chats with Emma, by now nearly an adult. Succar doesn't know it, but Emma is wearing a hidden microphone and law enforcement is filming nearby.
In the video, Succar talks about why he is drawn to a young girl.
“It fascinates me to do this to her: To touch her, to caress her . . . That is all I do. It is my vice,” he said. “Yes, it is a crime and yes, it is prohibited and yes, it is bad. I am not saying that I am decent and perfect. The thing is that I do not commit what we call abuse.”
Succar's lawyer, Goldberg, said the video, which contains unexplained skips and pauses, was altered to make it appear that Succar admitted sexually abusing girls.
Emma, who is now 22, has retracted her allegations.
According to Goldberg, she says “she has reviewed the video, that it has been edited, that the conversation in the video does not reflect the conversation” she had with Succar.
On Oct. 30, 2003, just days after the video was filmed, a Cancun judge issued a warrant for Succar's arrest. But Succar had already fled the country in the first-class section of a nonstop flight to Los Angeles.
Responding to the warrant, U.S. federal agents picked up Succar's trail in Downey, where he owns a $871,000 home, said Kurt Ellingson, a senior inspector for the U.S. Marshal's Service.
On Feb. 6, 2004, agents stopped a van in Chandler, Ariz., in which Succar was a passenger.
Since then, Succar has been fighting extradition, a process his attorney said could take years.
During an April 2005 hearing before U.S. Magistrate David Duncan, Goldberg presented evidence challenging the statements by Succar's alleged victims.
Goldberg, a specialist in extradition cases who has traveled to Cancun five times to interview witnesses, said he and his investigators found “a very consistent pattern of intimidation of the children, and sometimes their parents, by representatives of the Mexican prosecutor's office.”
He said the statements were signed “after each of the children had been snatched from her home and held incommunicado in a facility that was controlled by the prosecutor's office for a period of up to two months.”
New questions were raised about the credibility of the accusations after a deputy attorney general in Quintana Roo was imprisoned in another child-abuse case for illegally removing children from their homes and putting them up for adoption. The deputy attorney general, who took the children's statements in the Succar case, was released in December after serving nearly five months in jail.
The extradition proceedings have not dealt with Succar's guilt or innocence, Goldberg said. “We have no way of knowing what happened, if anything, between him and any of these girls.”
On the offensive
As Succar waits in jail, Cacho has gone on the offensive.
She filed a criminal complaint last month against Puebla Gov. Mario Marín, the state attorney general and the judge who presided over a hearing following her arrest.
She also named Kamel Nacif, 69, a Lebanese businessman who allegedly pressured the governor to have Cacho arrested. Nacif accused Cacho of libeling him in her book by linking him to Succar and the alleged sexual abuse of children.
Cacho accused her accusers of abuse of power, influence peddling, torture and attempted rape.
Puebla's attorney general admitted to reporters that there was no legal justification for detaining Cacho and transporting her across the country.
Cacho was initially accused of failing to respond to a judge's summons to appear in court on the libel charges. The state attorney general now acknowledges that the summons was never issued.
In taped phone conversations aired on national television, Nacif allegedly congratulates the governor for persecuting Cacho.
Although Nacif refers to the person on the other end of the line as “my precious Gov,” Marín has denied the voice is his.
Mexico's lower house of Congress has called for Marín to step down while authorities investigate allegations that he participated in the revenge plot against Cacho.
Marín now says will send an initiative to the state legislature proposing that a special prosecutor be named to investigate pedophiles and child abusers. Nacif will be the first target, the governor's office said.
Nacif, known as the “King of Blue Jeans” because of his empire of clothing maquiladoras in Puebla, has disappeared from public events.
Cacho has returned to running her battered women's shelter.
Over the past three months, 40,000 copies of her book have been sold, making “The Demons of Eden” the second-most-popular book in Mexico after Harry Potter. Her book is being translated into English and will be released by Random House in the United States later this year.
Whenever she leaves her house, two federal agents travel with her as bodyguards, driving her around town in an armored car. And every two weeks, she must go to a Cancun jail and register to show that she hasn't skipped bail on the libel charges.
Still, she has no regrets about writing her controversial book. She is already working on another one, about the trafficking of women and children in Mexico, which she hopes to publish next year.
“I think children should have lives free of violence. No kid deserves this.”
Then she began to weep.
“Yes,” Cacho said. “I would do it all over again.”

Marion Knox is a farmer, Gospel singer, and counselor from Lebanon, Oregon.
For several years, he has been helping set people free from the affects of
ritual abuse and mind control. Although some may think of his methodology as
unorthodox, it appears to be effective in eliminating highly-structured
dissociation in many of the people he's worked with. While tediously
assisting and supporting these survivors, Marion has uncovered startling
information concerning the inner-workings of the Illuminati, the
Rothschilds, and a possible end-times scenario. His conclusions are not only
based upon what his clients are uniformly conveying, but also through
Biblical and historical research. Mr. Knox would like to emphasize that some
of his opinions are speculation or conjecture and need to be objectively
verified and validated by independent sources.
Ron Patton: How did you get into counseling survivors of SRA (Satanic Ritual
Abuse) and mind control?
Marion Knox: To begin with, my first experience with anything dealing with
the occult was through a friend of mine who thought his house was haunted.
So I volunteered. While trying to figure out what was going on, a woman
living in the house felt she was possessed. We went through a deliverance
session with her and she eventually became a Christian. After that, I worked
with people who had common sexual abuse. It wasn't until several years
later, in 1993, I started counselling on a regular basis those who were
ritually abused. So as far as the Satanic stuff goes, I first worked with
three women who had multiple personalities, put in several hundred hours
with each of these victims and as a result, began to understand the belief
system and motives of the perpetrators.
RP: So what did you basically learn about the perpetrators belief system and
motives?
MK: Since I already had a pretty good understanding of the Bible, it gave me
part of the picture. But what I learned from other sources and what the
survivors were telling me help put it together more clearly. Basically,
Satan's system is built on the mirror image principle to copy the kingdom of
God. The perpetrator's goal is to gain power. They believe that the devil
has the most power, and the most powerful component in the rituals is the
blood sacrifices in blasphemy of Christ's atonement. Another very important
component is the act of sodomy which is the opposite of the "new birth" we
have in Christ. The ritual abuse system is normally built around a three
year old child, because this usually is the optimal time to create
dissociation or MPD. This system is actually a mirror image or reflection of
what appears to be a shattering of the core personality. To illustrate it
better, let's say you stand between two mirrors and look down the corridor.
You can then see yourself in multiple representations to infinity.
RP: Can you elaborate further on how the ritual abuse system is formed and
how it works?
MK: Well, as I began to work with more survivors, I gathered more details
and was able to kind of form a victim's profile. So as I mentioned before,
they take a child at approximately three years of age and make the child
fast for several days, force the child to witness human sacrifices, and to
participate in a cannibalistic communion service. In some instances, they
physically abuse the child and then place he or she in a cage or coffin to
further the trauma. The child is sometimes drowned in a baptismal ceremony
and brought back to life. In the process of all this blasphemy, the child's
mind is reversed or shattered into multiplicity. The act of sodomy is also
performed to open up the victim's "third eye" which is suppose to enhance
psychic ability. During this vial act, a demonic system called, "Legion" is
installed. In the King James Bible, Legion is refered to as an, "unclean
spirit". This is systematically done to have complete control over the
child, like creating a programmed robot.
RP: How is your therapeutic approach different then others in the area of
"deprogramming"?
MK: Well, the key to being healed is the blood atonement of the Lord Jesus
Christ. I know alot of survivors and therapists have a hard time with this
because they might have a distorted view of Christianity, but what we are
dealing with is in the spiritual realm; it's a spiritual battle between
Satan, who wants to steal, kill and destroy as many lives as he possibly
can, and, The Lord Jesus Christ, who wants to save and bring healing to the
afflicted. I may not have all the details figured out, but I have seen many
survivors come to freedom.
You see, the integration route can produce containment, whereas I get to the
core of the problem and knock-out the whole MPD system by exposing the lies
and secrets with truth and casting the high demons out into the pit. Before
I get into the actual deliverance, I listen to their story, take note of
their symptoms, and ask a lot of questions. Once it's accurately determined
they are ritual abuse victims, I start to investigate deeper by testing the
subconscious mind; by the way, I do it without the use of hypnosis.
Once I locate the highest demon, called the "Strongman", I attempt to cast
it out along with Legion.. In conjunction with the deliverance, we will
sometimes have a Christian communion service but we try not follow a
ritualistic pattern too much. After the deliverance, there needs to be
intensified Christian support that should include, prayer, friendship,
understanding, teaching, counsel, and accountability. The person needs to do
whatever it takes to stay away from any relationships and associations that
gets in the way of the healing process. I guess it seems too simple for some
therapists to understand or comprehend because I have people come to me who
have been through conventional psychiatric therapy for years yet I am able
to get many of them free, anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days...
Let me give you an example of what occurred with one of the first survivors
I was able to help. She was a twin who grew up in Great Falls, Montana and
was programmed by Josef Mengele, who she remembered as "Dr. Mingles".
Anyway, the unique feature about her, that I never heard about from anyone
else until then, was her mind was programmed that someday her MPD would be
reversed so she could be used as a ruler over many covens within the
Illuminati. So, while working with her I discovered that one of her
personalities was programmed that if we would give her a normal Christian
communion service, her MPD would be reversed. We discussed it some and got
approval from her husband to go along with it. At the end of the service,
she fell over backwards and was unconscious. About 10 minutes later she woke
up and knew she was no longer multiple. This was several years ago and it
never did come back [the MPD]. Eventually, I developed more efficient ways
of dealing with this thing and understanding the larger scope of what all is
involved.
RP: I noticed you mentioned this woman was to be groomed at a high-level
within the Illuminati. What's your perspective or insight into this
nefarious organization?
MK: The Illuminati is a Luciferian religion that is counterfeit to the
church of Jesus Christ [not the Mormon one]. Illuminati means, "Light
Bearers" or "Enlightened Ones". The Illuminati belief system says that
freedom is only obtained through the entrance of true or pure light (sodomy)
and life (sacrifice) is only obtained through death. They tell their people
that nothing can ever penetrate that power because the [unholy] trinity of
Cain, Nimrod, and Joseph seals it in. The core religion of their belief
system comes from the Cabala, a book containing mysticism, and written by a
sect of the Pharisees who went into Babylon after the destruction of
Jerusalem. As a matter of fact, the holy language of the Illuminati is
Hebrew... As history records, the official birth of the Illuminati was in
1776 and started by a trained Jesuit named Adam Weishaupt and financed by
the House of Rothschild. The idea was to get together 13 powerful families
or bloodlines; with the Rothschilds being the most influential, to rule the
world.
RP: Can you be more specific as to the role the Rothschilds play into all of
this?
MK: Well, most people who are into conspiracy know the Rothschilds are the
most powerful family in the world. But you really don't hear about the
details relating to how they have set themselves up to be "King of the
Jews", and to usher in the Anti-Christ. It was the Rothschilds who
financially backed the nation of Israel so they could eventually set up the
throne for the Anti-Christ in Jerusalem. And yet during WWII, their money
and resources were used to kill millions of Jews, but these were seen as the
expendable Jews from the House of Jacob. Remember, these guys have the
audacity to use the Bible as a blueprint to take over the world...
Let me give you some background information. On one level, the Rothschilds
secretly call themselves the House of David from the tribe of Judah. Now,
Rothschild translated from German to English means, "red shield". During
Biblical times, the Edomite's fortress was the red rocks of Petra. Esau, the
twin brother of Jacob, was described as, " red and hairy". So this
information fits perfectly with what survivors have been telling me. That on
a deeper level, the Rothschilds are also claiming to be descendants of Esau
and thus, are really from the House or tribe of Esau. What they are trying
to do, is to get the birthright back from the House of Jacob, who are the
real Jews. However, the book of Obadiah talks about the destruction of the
Edomites in the last days. So this leads us to another interesting point. In
Revelation 3:9 it says, "Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan,
which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them
to come and worship before thy feet..." Then I ask the question, "Who is the
synagogue of Satan?" The only logical conclusion I can come up with is the
Illuminati Rothschilds...
OK, now lets look at some other things. Mayer Amschel Rothschild had 5 sons
and in order to keep the wealth in the family, there was a lot of
inbreeding, like what the European royal families did. One of their hobbies
was horse racing and they were known to be horse breeders as well. I think
this may have given them additional insight into purifying their bloodline.
Normally you would think that random inbreeding would bring degeneration to
the genetic pool, but they had the mindset to eliminate the weak ones
[offspring] and save the ones who were strong and healthy. So this is part
of their master plan: to improve the genetics in order to have a superior
bloodline.
RP: It seems identical to what the Nazis were doing in an attempt to create
the Aryan race.
MK: Yes, but that was a smokescreen because you had Nazis like Hitler and
Mengele who did not have Aryan features. The way I see it is that the Nazi's
master race concept was a controlled experiment and the knowledge was used
for the real master race, which is alive and well today... Adolph Hitler was
more of a puppet for propaganda purposes, whereas , I believe Josef Mengele
was one of the "chosen ones" [a Rothschild] to bring forth the Anti-Christ.
RP: What makes you think Josef Mengele was a Rothschild?
MK: To me, it's the only thing that makes sense. First of all, let's go back
to the start of the Illuminati. The three men who collaborated and were able
to put it together were Jacob Frank, Mayer Amschel Rothschild and Josef
Johan Adam Weishaupt --that is Weishaupt's complete name, which begins with
Josef. Now the Joseph in the Bible was the favorite son of Jacob and the
savior of the 12 tribes while in Egypt. The survivors who were experimented
on and programmed by Mengele, would refer to him by different names. Two of
those names were David and Alexander, which happen to be the first names of
the last two generations of Rothschilds. You have to remember that their
genealogy and the names they choose for the "chosen ones" are very
significant to them. Also, the name Joseph in the Illuminati is considered,
"the name above all names". When Rothschild survivors are being sodomized,
the name Joseph is chanted and inbedded into their subconscious. They
inately know that Josef Mengele is a Rothschild... Another point to consider
is that within their belief system, the three men that are immortal; that
never die are Cain, Nimrod, and Joseph.
RP: Marion, if I may interject for a moment?
MK: Go ahead.
RP: I noticed Josef Mengele's father Karl did not look anything like him.
His father was fair-skinned and robust while Josef had dark features and a
slight build. Now I realize that some people would say that Josef inherited
more of his physical traits from his mother. But, from several of the
Illuminati survivors that I have been in contact with, this appears to be a
consistent trend; that is, having one parent that is biologically-related
and one that is not.
MK: Exactly. What the Rothschilds have done is to place their seed into
other important Illuminati families. In this way, they can hide the true
identities of their offspring... But getting back to Mengele -- He was a
devout Catholic and was reported to have all the Catholic spiritual gifts,
including, stigmata. At the same time, he was heralded as the top-ranking
person in the Illuminati. The Vatican never did ex-communicate him or any
other of the top Nazi's because the Illuminati and the Catholic church are
part of the same Babylonian religion. His fascination with twins may not
only have been for genetic experimentation, but to also play out the role of
the twins, Jacob and Esau in the Bible, which states, "Jacob have I loved,
Esau have I hated". You see, Jacob got the birthright even though he was the
second-born. Survivors have told me Josef Mengele is a second-born twin and
they sacrificed the first one in order for him [Josef] to gain more power.
The name of the first twin may have been "Kore" which is a Hittite name. You
see, Esau's first wife was a Hittite and you can find that Abraham bought
the burial place for Sarah from a Hittite whose father's name was Kore. Well
then, the interesting thing is that Esau's first born son had seven sons.
Son number 5 was Kore. From Mayer Amschel down to 5 generations may have
been Kore and Josef, besides Guy, who is probably a half-brother and more of
a "front" man. Another interesting thing is you'll find the name James in
many of the Rothschild names, which is another translation for Jacob.
Remember, Joseph was the son of Jacob, so they have made it look like the
whole line of men leading to the Anti-Christ is from the House of Jacob --
see how this fits together?
RP: Yeah. It seems to make sense in a morbid and convoluted way.
MK: So in the book of Revelation it says that the Anti-Christ or the Beast
is the eighth of seven. Starting with Meyer Amschel Rothschild and inserting
Josef Mengele at the right place of the generation of families it comes out
to number 5. The sixth is David, representing the House of David, and listed
at number 7 is Alexander. He was named after Alexander the Great, who was
not only a revered general, but was also the Supreme Pontiff of the
Babylonian religion during his reign. He was the swiftest conqueror of the
world and also a sodomite. These close-in Rothschild survivors all have this
MONARCH programming, which includes an internal computer system called ALEX.
In order to access it, you need to find the master access code number,
repeat it three times in a row, and designate the type of information you
would like to retrieve. What I have surmized from getting into the minds of
these people is that Alexander may be the name for Anti-Christ. Alexander
means, "mighty one of Cain", according to one researcher... The Illuminati
believes they will win the final battle at Armageddon, seize the vineyard
[the world], overthrow Jesus Christ and have Lucifer rule with the master
race for 1000 years. Hitler even talked about 1000 years -- the Third Reich.
RP: Do you have any additional insights into the Illuminated Rothschilds?
MK: Now these survivors have told me that the, "Key of David" is the
Rothschild sodomy. The penetration occurs at an upward angle, so it strikes
the nerves at the end of the spine and produces white flashes of light in
the brain. They do this on a regular basis -- sort of maintenance program to
keep everything intact. As a side note, there are Catholic black masses
where they sodomize children with a crucifix calling it the, "Peace of Mary"
because once the dissociation occurs, it almost produces a calming affect;
sort of a peaceful feeling...
Another ceremony described to me is that the Rothschilds take a pregnant 13
year old girl to a place like the Mayan pyramids and perform a ritual in
which an Anaconda snake will swallow the baby as it's being delivered. This
symbolizes giving your first fruits to god... OK, there is supposedly a
replica of the Dachau concentration camp at the Aldin Plateau in S.E.
Siberia. This is reported to be a major programming center for Rothschild
offspring. On this site is a large temperature and humidity-controlled
warehouse where they are stockpiling the skins off the backs of 12,000
sacrificed women from each of the other 12 bloodlines. These skins are being
made into aprons for the 144,000 bodyguards of the Anti-Christ during the,
"Abomination of Desolation", as mentioned in the book of Daniel. This is a
counterfeit of the 144,000 in the book of Revelation who will serve Jesus.
Something else I've uncovered from these survivors is that Area 51 in Nevada
is called the, "New Jerusalem", where there appears to be a large
underground ceremonial temple, lake, and oasis called the, "Garden of Eden".
RP: Do you think the UFO stuff there is a camouflage or diversion?
MK: I think it's a deceptive ploy to cover up what the Illuminati has there.
No doubt, there are high-tech machines developed by the NWO, but you'll find
that a lot of these secret underground places have a different agenda as to
what they're feeding the public.
RP: I think there was one more thing we discussed awhile back that had to do
with injections into the heart...
MK: Oh, you mean the blood injections into the heart?
RP: Yes.
MK: Well, they do that for at least a couple of reasons. One, is to
traumatize the person so they dissociate more and the other is to weed out
the weak ones -- some don't make it; you know, survival of the fittest.
RP: Have there been any repercussions, like threats on your life for helping
Illuminati Rothschild survivors?
MK: Virtually none. The Lord has helped me to not be afraid and as long as
he wants me to be alive and untouched, he won't allow anyone to get to me.
RP: What do you think of _______ (name of individual intentionally
withheld), who is regarded as one of the foremost authorities on the
Illuminati and mind control and has written several books on the subject
matter?
MK: I think he's a double-agent working for the other side [the Illuminati].
______ never gets to the bottom line of what it takes to get people free of
this stuff. He tells a lot of truth but complicates it and leaves a lot of
people feeling hopeless and confused... I saw a video of when he spoke at
the Prophecy Club about the CIA programming Amish boys for assassinations.
He slipped up and almost said, "we" do this and quickly changed it to,
"they" referring to the CIA. It seemed to un-nerve him a little bit... He
says he's a Christian yet leaves his family and moves in with a MONARCH
woman, who he says he's deprogrammed but the reality is she's still being
controlled. And this is not just my opinion but also therapists who
specialize in MPD or what they now call, DID [Dissociative Identity
Disorder]. Some of these experts in the field who have evaluated him during
his presentations say that he has the characteristics of a programmer and
someone under mind control... He and ______ had gone to a church near
Portland [Oregon] telling the pastor they have an Illuminati family in their
congregation and would like to talk to them about it. My question is, "How
did they know they were Illuminati without even knowing them?". What I think
they are trying to do is gain trust by exposing the secrets but even in his
book he says the Illuminati put out their secrets and plans up front.
RP: I have also read that book you are referring to and on one of the pages
he discusses how programmers test young children at an early age to see what
occupations they are best suited for. One of the specializations was that of
a, "social and religious reformer". Interestingly, ______ was interviewed by
Contact: The Phoenix Liberator, which is regarded as a CIA "front" tabloid.
Anyhow, during the interview he was asked what his calling was and he
replied: "to be a social and religious reformer".
MK: Yes, and I know of one survivor who drew a picture of a man at a ritual.
Now this was several years ago before ______ became well known. I showed the
drawing to his ex-wife and she knew right away that was him. She also showed
it to her youngest son at he said, "that's daddy!"... I've seen the
psychological evaluation of that young boy and it clearly shows PTSD [ Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder] through sexual abuse.
RP: Any final thoughts you'd like to share?
MK: Ah, yes... I understand how hard it is for survivors to break away from
their tormentors or whatever you want to call them. If they have not truly
accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, I really can't help them
much because we're in a different paradigm or mindset. If they are
Christians wanting to get out, it's still difficult for them because of
trust issues. When survivors make up their mind and come to me for help,
there's a lot of resistance at first because they've been brainwashed to
think there is no way out from this. I don't have any hidden agendas, I
don't ask for money but I am up front and confrontational, which doesn't
mean I don't have compassion for them... I've been accused of not being
sensitive enough or not empathetic enough but that's not necessarily what's
going to set them free from all of this. So the bottom line is this: once
they get serious to the extent of committing their time and trust to me, I
can probably help them -- and I think I have a pretty decent track record
and reputation to prove it.

Nazi Mind Control
Amidst the subtle cerebral circumvention of the gullible populace, through a
multitude of manipulated mediums, lies one of the most diabolical atrocities
perpetrated upon a segment of the human race; a form of systematic mind
control which has permeated every aspect of society for almost fifty
years.To objectively ascertain the following, one may need to re-examine
preconceived ideologies relating to the dualistic nature of mankind.
Resolving the philosophical question of whether we are inherently good or
inherently evil is tantamount in shaping our perception of reality;
specifically, the spiritual variable within the equation of life.
This exposition is substantiated by declassified U.S. government documents,
individuals formerly connected to the U.S. intelligence communities,
historical writings, researchers knowledgeable in mind control, publications
from mental health practitioners, and interviews taken from survivors
unwittingly subjected to a highly complex form of trauma-based mind control
known as MONARCH programming.
A word of caution for survivors of intensively systematic mind control
and/or some form of ritualized abuse: There are numerous “triggers” in this
article. It is therefore recommended not to read it unless appropriate
support systems are in place or if you have a thoroughly reintegrated
personality.
A Brief History of Control
The Mystery Religions of ancient Egypt, Greece, India and Babylon helped lay
the foundation for occultism, meaning “hidden knowledge.” One of the
earliest writings giving reference to occultism is the Egyptian Book of the
Dead, a compilation of rituals explicitly describing methods of torture and
intimidation (to create trauma), the use of potions (drugs) and the casting
of spells (hypnotism), ultimately resulting in the total enslavement of the
initiate.[1] These have been the main ingredients for a part of occultism
known as Satanism, throughout the ages. During the 13th Century, the Roman
Catholic church increased and solidified its dominion throughout Europe with
the infamous Inquisition. Satanism survived this period of persecution,
deeply entrenching itself under the veil of various esoteric groups.
In 1776, a Bavarian Jesuit by the name of Adam Weishaupt was commissioned by
the House of Rothschild to centralize the power base of the Mystery
Religions into what is commonly known as the Illuminati, meaning
“Enlightened Ones.” This was an amalgamation of powerful occultic
bloodlines, elite secret societies and influential Masonic fraternities,
with the desire to construct the framework for a “New World Order.” The
outward goal of this Utopia was to bring forth universal happiness to the
human race. However, their underlying intention was to gradually increase
control over the masses, thus becoming masters of the planet.
The Anglo Alliance
By the 19th century, Great Britain and Germany were recognized as the
primary geographic areas of Illuminati control. It then should be of little
surprise to know the first work in Behavioral Science research was
established in England in 1882, while much of the early medical and
psychiatric techniques involved in mind control were pioneered at the Kaiser
Wilhelm Institute in Germany. The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations was
set up in London in 1921 to study the “breaking point” of humans. Kurt
Lewin, a German psychologist, became the director of the Tavistock Institute
in 1932, about the same time Nazi Germany was increasing its research into
neuropsychology, parapsychology and multi-generational occultism.
Interestingly, a progressive exchange of scientific ideas was taking place
between England and Germany, most notably in the field of eugenics: the
movement devoted to “improving” the human species through the control of
hereditary factors in mating. The nefariously enigmatic union between the
two countries was bonded, partly through the Order of the Golden Dawn, a
secret society which consisted of many high ranking officials in the Nazi
party and British aristocracy. Top SS Nazi officer Heinrich Himmler, was in
charge of a scientific project called Lebersborn, which included selective
breeding and adoption of children, a peculiarly large number of twins among
them.[2] The purpose of the program was to create a super-race (Aryans) who
would have total allegiance to the cause of the Third Reich(New World
Order).
Much of the preliminary experimentation concerning genetic engineering and
behavior modification was conducted by Dr. Josef Mengele at Auschwitz, where
he coldly analyzed the effects of trauma-bonding, eye-coloring and
“twinning” upon his victims. Beside the insidious surgical experimentation
performed at the concentration camp, some of the children were subjected to
massive amounts of electroshock. Sadly, many of them did not survive the
brutality.
Concurrently, “brain-washing” was carried out on inmates at Dachau, who were
placed under hypnosis and given the hallucinogenic drug mescaline. During
the war, parallel behavioral research was led by Dr. George Estabrooks of
Colgate University. His involvement with the Army, CID, FBI and other
agencies remains shrouded in secrecy. However, Estabrooks would occasionally
“slip” and discuss his work involving the creation of hypno-programmed
couriers and hypnotically-induced split personalities.[3]
After WWII, the U.S. Department of Defense secretly imported many of the top
German Nazi and Italian Fascist scientists and spies into the United States
via South America and the Vatican. The code name for this operation was
Project PAPERCLIP.[4] One of the more prominent finds for the U.S. was
German General Reinhard Gehlen. Hitler’s Chief of Intelligence against
Russia. Upon arriving in Washington D.C. in 1945, Gehlen met extensively
with President Truman, General William “Wild Bill” Donovan, Director of the
Office of Strategic Services(OSS) and Allen Dulles, who would later become
the stalwart head of the CIA. The objective of their brain-storming sessions
was to reorganize the nominal American intelligence operation, transforming
it into a highly-efficient covert organization. The culmination of their
efforts produced the Central Intelligence Group in 1946, renamed the Central
Intelligence Agency(CIA) in 1947.
Reinhard Gehlen also had profound influence in helping to create the
National Security Council, from which the National Security Act of 1947 was
derived. This particular piece of legislation was implemented to protect an
unconscionable number of illegal government activities, including
clandestine mind control programs.
The Evolution of Project MKULTRA
With the CIA and National Security Council firmly established, the first in
a series of covert brain-washing programs was initiated by the Navy in the
fall of 1947. Project CHATTER was developed in response to the Soviet’s
“successes” through the use of “truth drugs.” This
rationale, however was simply a cover story if the program were to be
exposed. The research focused on the identification and testing of such
drugs for use in interrogations and the recruitment of agents.[5] The
project was officially terminated in 1953.
The CIA decided to expand their efforts in the area of behavior
modification, with the advent of Project BLUEBIRD, approved by director
Allen Dulles in 1950. Its objectives were to; (1) discover a means of
conditioning personnel to prevent unauthorized extraction of information
from them by known means, (2) investigate the possibility of control of an
individual by application of special interrogation techniques, (3)
investigate memory enhancement and (4) establish defensive means for
preventing hostile control of agency personnel. In August 1951, Project BLUE
BIRD was renamed Project ARTICHOKE, which evaluated offensive uses of
interrogation techniques, including hypnosis and drugs The program ceased in
1956. Three years prior to the halt of Project ARTICHOKE, Project MKULTRA
came into existence on April 13, 1953 along the lines proposed by Richard
Helms, Deputy Director of Central Intelligence (DDCI) with the rationale of
establishing a “special funding mechanism of extreme sensitivity.”[6] The
hypothetical etymology of “MK” may possibly stand for “Mind Kontrolle.” The
obvious translation of the German word “Kontrolle” into English is
“control.”[7] A host of German doctors, procured from the post war Nazi
talent pool, were an invaluable asset toward the development of MKULTRA. The
correlation between the concentration camp experiments and the numerous
sub-projects of MKULTRA are clearly evident. The various avenues used to
control human behavior under MKULTRA included radiation, electroshock,
psychology, psychiatry, sociology, anthropology, graphology, harassment
substances and paramilitary devices and materials “LSD” being the most
widely dispensed “material”. A special procedure, designated MKDELTA, was
established to govern the use of MKULTRA abroad. MKULTRA/DELTA materials
were used for harassment, discrediting or disabling purposes.[8] Of the 149
subprojects under the umbrella of MKULTRA having been identified, Project
MONARCH, officially begun by the U.S. Army in the early 1960’s (although
unofficially implemented much earlier) appears to be the most prominent and
is still classified as TOP SECRET for “National Security” reasons.[9]
MONARCH may have culminated from MKSEARCH subprojects, such as operation
SPELLBINDER, which was set up to create “sleeper” assassins (i e.
“Manchurian candidates”) who could be activated upon receiving a key word or
phrase while in a post-hypnotic trance. Operation OFTEN, a study which
attempted to harness the power of occultic forces was possibly one of
several cover programs to hide the insidious reality of Project MONARCH.
Definition and Description
The name MONARCH is not necessarily defined within the context of royal
nobility, but rather refers to the monarch butterfly. When a person is
undergoing trauma induced by electroshock, a feeling of light-headedness is
evidenced; as if one is floating or fluttering like a butterfly. There is
also a symbolic representation pertaining to the transformation or
metamorphosis of this beautiful insect: from a caterpillar to a cocoon
(dormancy, inactivity ), to a butterfly (new creation) which will return to
its point of origin. Such is the migratory pattern that makes this species
unique.
Occultic symbolism may give additional insight into the true meaning Psyche
is the word for both “soul” and “butterfly” coming from the belief that
human souls become butterflies while searching for a new reincarnation. [10]
Some ancient mystical groups, such as the Gnostics, saw the butterfly as a
symbol of corrupt flesh. The “Angel of Death” (remember Mengele?) in Gnostic
art works was portrayed crushing the butterfly.[11] A marionette is a puppet
that is attached to strings and is controlled by the puppet master, hence
MONARCH programming is also referred to as the “Marionette Syndrome.”
“Imperial Conditioning” is another term used, while some mental health
therapists know it as “Conditioned Stimulus Response Sequences.” Project
MONARCH could be best described as a form of structured dissociation and
occultic integration, in order to compartmentalize the mind into multiple
personalities within a systematic framework. During this process, a Satanic
ritual, usually including Cabalistic mysticism, is performed with the
purpose of attaching a particular demon or group of demons to the
corresponding alter(s). Of course, most skeptics would view this as simply a
means to enhance trauma within the victim. negating any irrational belief
that demonic possession actually occurs.
Alters and Triggers
Another way of examining this convoluted victimization of body and soul is
by looking at it as a complex computer program: A file (alter) is created
through trauma, repetition and reinforcement. In order to activate (trigger)
the file, a specific access code or password (cue or command) is required.
The victim/survivor is called a “slave” by the programmer/handler, who in
turn is perceived as “master” or “god.” About 75% are female, since they
possess a higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate easier than
males. Subjects are used mainly for cover operations, prostitution and
pornography; involvement in the entertainment industry is notable. A former
military officer connected to the DIA, told this writer, “In the ‘big
picture’ these people [MONARCH victims] are in all walks of life, from the
bum on the street to the white-collar guy”. In corroboration, a retired CIA
agent vaguely discussed the use of such personnel to be used as “plants” or
“chameleons” for the purpose of infiltrating a designated group, gathering
information and/or injecting an ulterior agenda.
There are an inordinate amount of alters in the victim/survivor with
numerous back-up programs, mirrors and shadows. A division of light-side
(good) and dark-side (bad) alters are interwoven in the mind and rotate on
an axis.
One of the main internal structures, (of which their are many) within the
system is shaped like a double-helix, consisting of seven levels. Each
system has an internal programmer which oversees the “gatekeeper” (demons?)
who grant or deny entry into the different rooms. A few of the internal
images predominately seen by victims/survivors are trees, the Cabalistic
“Tree of Life,” with adjoining root systems, infinity loops, ancient symbols
and letters, spider webs, mirrors or glass shattering, masks, castles,
mazes, demons/monsters/aliens, sea shells, butterflies, snakes, ribbons,
bows, flowers, hour glasses, clocks, robots, chain-of-command diagrams
and/or schematics of computer circuitry boards.
Bloodlines and Twinning
A majority of the victims/survivors come from multi-generational Satanic
families (bloodlines) and are ostensibly programmed “to fill their destiny
as the chosen ones or chosen generations”(a term coined by Mengele at
Auschwitz). Some are adopted out to families of similar origin. Others used
in this neurological nightmare are deemed as the “expendable ones”
(non-bloodliners), usually coming from orphanages, foster care homes, or
incestuous families with a long history of pedophilia. There also appears to
be a pattern of family members affiliated with government or military
intelligence agencies.
Many of the abused come from families who use Catholicism, Mormonism, or
charismatic Christianity as a “front” for their abominable activities
(though members of other religious groups are also involved.)
Victims/survivors generally respond more readily to a rigid religious
(dogmatic, legalistic) hierarchical structure because it parallels their
base programming. Authority usually goes unchallenged, as their will has
been usurped through subjective and command-oriented conditioning.
Physical identification characteristics on victims/survivors often include
multiple electrical prod scars and/or resultant moles on their skin. A few
may have had various parts of their bodies mutilated by knives, branding
irons, or needles, Butterfly or occult tattoos are also common. Generally,
bloodliners are less likely to have the subsequent markings, as their skin
is to “remain pure and unblemished.”
The ultimate purpose of the sophisticated manipulation of these individuals
may sound unrealistic, depending upon our interpretive understanding of the
physical and spiritual realms. The deepest and darkest alters within
bloodliners are purported to be dormant until the “Anti-Christ~’ is
revealed. These “New World Order” alters supposedly contain call-back orders
and instructions to train and/or initiate a large influx of people (possibly
clones or “soulless ones”), thereby stimulating social control programs into
the new millennium. Non-biological “twinning” is yet another bizarre feature
observed within MONARCH programming. For instance, two young non related
children would be ceremoniously initiated in a magical “soul-bonding” ritual
so they might be “inseparably paired for eternity” (possibly another Mengele
connection?). They essentially share two halves of the programmed
information, making them interdependent upon one another. Paranormal
phenomenon such as astral projection, telepathy, ESP, etc. appear to be more
pronounced between those who have undergone this process.
Levels of MONARCH Programming [12]
ALPHA. Regarded as “general” or regular programming within the base control
personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory retention, along
with substantially increased physical strength and visual acuity. Alpha
programming is accomplished through deliberately subdividing the victims
personality which, in essence, causes a left brain-right brain division,
allowing for a programmed union of L and R through neuron pathway
stimulation.
BETA. Referred to as “sexual” programming. This programming eliminates all
learned moral convictions and stimulates the primitive sexual instinct,
devoid of inhibitions. “cat” alters may come out at this level.
DELTA. This is known as “killer” programming, originally developed for
training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth
Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal adrenal output and
controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are devoid of fear; very
systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide
instructions are layered in at this level. THETA considered to the “psychic”
programming. Bloodliners (those coming from multi-generational Satanic
families) were determined to exhibit a greater propensity for having
telepathic abilities than did non-bloodliners. Due to its evident
limitations, however, various forms of electronic mind control systems were
developed and introduced, namely, bio-medical human telemetry devices (brain
implants), directed-energy lasers using microwaves and/or electromagnetics.
It is reported these are used in conjunction with highly-advanced computers
and sophisticated satellite tracking systems.
OMEGA. A “self-destruct” form of programming, also known as “Code Green.”
The corresponding behaviors include suicidal tendencies and/or
self-mutilation. This program is generally activated when the
victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much memory is being
recovered.
GAMMA. Another form of system protection is through “deception” programming,
which elicits misinformation and misdirection. This level is intertwined
with demonology and tends to regenerate itself at a later time if
inappropriately deactivated.
Method and Components
The initial process begins with creating dissociation within the subject,
usually occurring from the time of birth to about six years. This is
primarily achieved through the use of electroshock (ECT) and is at times
performed even when the child is in the mother’s womb. Due to the severe
trauma induced through ECT, sexual abuse and other methods, the mind splits
off into alternate personalities from the core. Formerly referred to as
Multiple Personality Disorder, it is presently recognized as Dissociative
Identity Disorder and is the basis for MONARCH programming. Further
conditioning of the victim’s mind is enhanced through hypnotism, double-bind
coercion, pleasure-pain reversals, food, water, sleep and sensory
deprivation, along with various drugs which alter certain cerebral
functions.
The next stage is to embed and compress detailed commands or messages within
the specified alter. This is achieved through the use of hi-tech headsets,
in conjunction with computer-driven generators which emit inaudible sound
waves or harmonics that affect the RNA covering of neuron pathways to the
subconscious and unconscious mind. “Virtual Reality” optical devices are
sometimes used simultaneously with the harmonic generators projecting
pulsating colored lights, subliminals and split-screen visuals. High voltage
electroshock is then used for memory dissolution.
Programming is updated periodically and reinforced through visual, auditory
and written mediums. Some of the first programming themes included the
Wizard of Oz and Alice and Wonderland, both heavily saturated with occultic
symbolism. Many of the recent Disney movies and cartoons are used in a
two-fold manner: desensitizing the majority of the population, using
subliminals and neuro-linguistic programming, and deliberately constructing
specific triggers and keys for base programming of highly-impressionable
MONARCH children. A prime example of how subliminal programming works is by
looking at the recent Disney cinematic sensation Pochahontas, curiously
billed as their “33rd” (highest degree in Scottish Rite Freemasonry)
animated movie. In the movie, Grandmother Willow is a mystical 400 year old
tree who counsels the motherless Pochahontas to listen to her heart and help
her realize all the answers lie within. Grandmother Willow is constantly
talking in “double-speak” and using “reversals” (i.e. “Sometimes the right
path is not the easiest one”; the esoteric derivative being: the left path
[the path that leads to destruction] is the easiest one. In Illuminati
Structured MPD Systems, the willow tree represents the occultic powers of
Druidism. The intrinsic imagery of the tree’s branches, leaves and root
systems are very significant, as some of the dark spiritual proper ties
associated with the Willow Tree Programming are: (I)
The branches are used to whip victims in rituals for “cleansing” purposes,
(2) A willow tree can endure severe weather disturbances (i.e. storms) and
is known for it’s pliability or flexibility. Victims/Survivors of the
programming describe the willow’s branches wrapping around them, with no
hope of escape, (3) The deep root system of the willow tree makes the
victim/survivor feel as if they are falling deeper and deeper into an abyss
while in a hypnotic trance.
Music plays an instrumental role in programming, through combinations of
variable tones, rhythms and words. Frightmeister Stephen King’s numerous
novels and subsequent movies, are purported by credible sources to be used
for such villainous purposes. One of his latest books, Insomnia, features a
picture of King with the trigger phrase “WE NEVER SLEEP,” (indicative of
someone with MPD/ DID) below an all-seeing eye. A partial list of other
mediums used to reinforce base programming are:
Pinnochio, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The
Little Mermaid, The Lion King, E. T., Star Wars, Ghost Busters, Trancers II,
Batman, Bewitched, Fantasy Island, Reboot, Tiny Toons, Duck Tails, The Dead
Sea Scrolls and The Tall Book of Make Believe. A few movies which depict or
portray some aspect of MONARCH programming are Hell raiser 3, Raising Cain,
Labyrinth, Telefon, Johnny Mneumonic, Point of No Return, The Lawnmower Man
and Closet Land.
Programmers and Places
It’s difficult to figure out who the original programmer of this satanic
project was, due to the substantial amount of disinformation and
cross-contamination propagated by the “powers that be.” The two that went by
the color-coded name of Dr. Green are a Jewish doctor named Dr. Gruenbaum,
who supposedly collaborated with the Nazis during WWII, and Dr. Josef
Mengele, whose trademark of cold blooded and calculating brutality has not
only scarred the souls of survivors from Auschwitz, but also a countless
number of victims throughout the world. Mengele’s direct involvement at the
infamous Auschwitz concentration camp was suspiciously downplayed during the
Nuremberg Trials, and consequently no intensified effort by the U.S. and
it’s allies was directed toward his capture.[13] As a means to confuse
serious investigators as to his whereabouts, U.S. officials would report
Mengele being a non-threatening, recluse in Paraguay or Brazil, or that he
was simply dead (the “Angel of Death” miraculously must have come back to
life at least five different times).
His unprecedented research, at the expense of thousands of lives,
undoubtedly was a significant bonus to U.S. interests, Besides using the
pseudonym of Dr. Green, survivors knew him as Vaterchen (daddy), Schoner
Josef (beautiful Joseph), David and Fairchild. A gracefully handsome man of
slight stature, Mengele would disarm people with his gentle demeanor,while
at other times, he would explode into violent rages.[14] Other
characteristics remembered by survivors were the cadence of his shiny black
boots as he paced back and forth and his I-love-you/l-love-you-not” daisy
game. When he pulled off the last daisy petal, he would maliciously torture
and kill a small child in front of the other child he was programming.
Distraught survivors also recalled being thrown naked into cages with
monkeys, who were trained to viciously abuse them. Evidently, Mengele
enjoyed reducing people to the level of animals. He also would purposely
restrain his victims from crying, screaming, or showing any excessive
emotion.
Dr. D. Ewen Cameron, also known as Dr. White, was the former head of the
Canadian, American and World Psychiatric Associations. Because of Cameron’s
extensive experience and credentials, the ClA’s Allen Dulles funneled
millions of dollars throughout organizations like the society for the
Investigation of Human Ecology, which Cameron ruthlessly presided
over. Experimentations were conducted at several locations in Montreal,
mostly at McGill University, St Mary’s Hospital and Allan Memorial
Institute.
Besides the conventional methods of psychiatric tyranny, such as
electroshock drug injections and lobotomies, Cameron conceived the technique
of “psychic driving,” wherein unsuspecting patients were kept in a drug
induced coma for several weeks and administered a regimen of electroshocks,
while electronic helmets were strapped to their heads and repetitive
auditory messages were transmitted at variable speeds.[15]
Many of those exploited were abused children which had been run through the
Roman Catholic orphanage system. Not surprisingly, Dr Cameron has been
conveniently left out of most psychiatric journals. This may have been, in
fact, largely due to Project MKULTRA being publicly exposed in 1970, through
lawsuits filed by Canadian survivors and their families. The CIA and
Canadian government settled out of court so as not to be required to
officially admit to any wrongdoing.
A former U.S. Army Lt. Col. in the DIA’s Psychological Warfare Division,
Michael Aquino, is the latest in a line of alleged government-sponsored
sadists. Aquino, an eccentric genius, founded the Temple of Set, an offshoot
of Anton LaVey’s Church of Satan. His obsession with Nazi pagan rituals and
his hypnotic manipulation of people made him an ideal candidate for the
position of “Master Programmer.” Aquino was connected with the Presidio Army
Base day care scandal, in which he was accused child molestation. Much to
the dismay of the young victims’ parents, all charges were dismissed.
Code-named “Malcolm”, Aquino developed training tapes on how to create a
MONARCH slave and worked as a liaison between Government/Military
Intelligence and various criminal organizations and occult groups in the
distribution of MONARCH slaves.[16]
Heinrich Mueller was another important programmer who went under the code
names “Dr. Blue” or “Gog.” He apparently has two sons who have carried on
the trade. The original “Dr. Black” was apparently Leo Wheeler, the nephew
of deceased General Ear1e G. Wheeler, who was the commander of the Joint
Chiefs of Staffs during the Vietnam War. Wheeler’s protege, E. Hummel is
active in the Northwest, along with W. Bowers (from the Rothschild
bloodline).
Other alleged master mind manipulators, past and present, are: Dr. Sydney
Gottleib, Lt. Col John Alexander, Richard Dabney Anderson (USN), Dr. James
Monroe, Dr. John Lilly, Lt. Comdr. Thomas Narut, Dr William Jennings Bryan,
Dr. Bernard L. Diamond, Dr. Martin T. Orne, Dr. Louis J. West, Dr Robert J.
Lifton, Dr. Harris Isbel and Col. Wilson Green In order to keep MKULTRA from
being easily detected, the CLA segmented its subprojects into specialized
fields of research and development at universities, prisons, private
laboratories and hospitals Of course, they were rewarded generously with
government grants and miscellaneous funding.
The names and locations of some of the major institutions involved in
MONARCH programming experimentation were/are:
Cornell, Duke, Princeton, UCLA, University of Rochester, MIT, Georgetown
University Hospital, Maimonides Medical Center, St. Elizabeth’s Hospital
(Washington D.C.), Bell Laboratories, Stanford Research Institute,
Westinghouse Friendship Laboratories, General Electric, ARCO and Manking
Research Unlimited, The “final product” was/is usually created on military
installations and bases, where maximum security is required. Referred to as
(re) programming centers or near-death trauma centers, the most heavily
identified are:
China Lake Naval Weapons Center, The Presidio, Ft. Dietrick, Ft. Campbell,
Ft. Lewis, Ft. Hood, Redstone Arsenal, Offutt AFB, Patrick AFB, McClellan
AFB, MacGill AFB, Kirkland AFB, Nellis AFB, Homestead AFB, Grissom AFB,
Maxwell AFB and Tinker AFB
Other places recognized as major programming sites are Langley Research
Center, Los Alamos National Laboratories, Tavistock Institute and areas in
or by Mt. Shasta, CA, Lampe, MO and Las Vegas, NV.
Notable Names
One of the first documented cases of a MONARCH secret agent was that of the
voluptuous 1940’s model, Candy Jones. The book, The Control of Candy Jones,
(Playboy Press) portrays her 12 years of intrigue and suspense as a spy for
the CIA. Jones, whose birth name is Jessica Wilcox, apparently fit the
physiological profile as to be one of the initial experiments or human
guinea pigs under the government’s “scientific” project, MKULTRA.
The most publicized case of MONARCH monomania has surfaced through the book
TRANCE Formation of America:
The True Life Story of a ClA Slave by Cathy O’Brien. On the back cover it
emphatically states, “Cathy O’Brien is the only vocal and recovered survivor
of the Central Intelligence Agency’s MKULTRA Project Monarch mind control
operation” This documented autobiography contains compelling accounts of
O’Brien’s years of unrelenting incest and eventual introduction into Project
MONARCH by her perverted father. Along with co-author Mark PhiIlips, her
rescuer and deprogrammer, Cathy covers an almost unbelievable array of
conspiratorial crime: forced prostitution (white slavery) with those in the
upper echelons of world politics, covert assignments as a “drug mule” and
courier, and the country-western music industry’s relationship with illegal
CIA activities.
Paul Bonaci a courageous survivor who endured almost two decades of
degradation under Project MONARCH, has disclosed strong corroborating
evidence of widescale crimes and corruption from the municipal/state level
all the way up to the White House.[17] He has testified about
sexually-abused males selected from Boy’s Town in Nebraska and taken to
nearby Offut AFB, where he says they were subjected to intense MONARCH
programming, directed mainly by Commander Bill Plemmons and former Lt. Col.
Michael Aquino.[18] After thoroughly tormenting the young boys into mindless
oblivion, they were used (along with girls) for pornography and prostitution
with several of the nation’s political and economic power brokers. Bonnaci
recalled being transported from the Air Force base via cargo planes to
McClelland AFB in California. Along with other unfortunate adolescents and
teenagers, he was driven to the elite retreat, Bohemian Grove. The
perpetrators took full advantage of these innocent victims, committing
unthinkable perversions in order to satisfy their deviant lusts. Some
victims were apparently murdered, further traumatizing already terrified and
broken childr en. An insuitable actress of marginal talent (now deceased), a
morally-corrupt T.V. evangelist, a heralded former Green Beret officer and a
popular country-western singer are a few others likely having succumbed to
MONARCH madness. Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan-Sirhan, Charlie Manson, John
Hinckley Jr., Mark Chapman, David Koresh, Tim McVeigh and John Salvi are
some notable names of infamy, strongly suspected of being pawns who were
spawned by MKULTRA.
Deprogrammers and Exposers
Dr. Corydon Hammond, a Psychologist from the University of Utah, delivered a
stunning lecture entitled “Hypnosis in MPD: Ritual Abuse” at the Fourth
Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality, June
25, 1992 in Alexandria, Virginia. He essentially confirmed the suspicions of
the attentive crowd of mental health professionals, wherein a certain
percentage of their clients had undergone mind control programming in an
intensively systematic manner. Hammond alluded to the Nazi connection,
military and CIA mind control research, Greek letter and color programming
and specifically mentioned the Monarch Project in relation to a form of
operative conditioning.
Shortly after his ground breaking speech, he received death threats. Not
wanting to jeopardize the safety of his family, Dr. Hammond stopped
disseminating any follow-up information, until recently. Mark Phillips, a
former electronics subcontractor for the Department of Defense, was privy to
some of the top secret mind control activities perpetrated by the U.S.
government. His inquisitive demeanor, strong conscience and heart-felt
concern for Cathy O’Brien, a “Presidential Model’ under Project MONARCH,
prompted him to reveal the inner-workings of this grand deception beginning
about 1991. As the story goes, he helped Ms. O’Brien escape from her captors
and was able to deprogram her in about a years time in Alaska. The
controversial Phillips has his share of critics who are skeptical of the
veracity of his claims. New Orleans therapist Valerie Wolf introduced two of
her patients before the President’s Committee on Human Radiation Experiments
on March 15, 1995 in Washington D.C. The astonishing testimony made by these
two brave women included accounts of German doctors, torture, drugs,
electroshock, hypnosis and rape, besides being exposed to an undetermined
amount of radiation. Both Wolf and her patients stated they recovered the
memories of this CIA program without regression or hypnosis techniques.[19]
Wolf presently devotes much of her time to counseling such survivors.
A former labor attorney for Atlantic Richfield Co., David E. Rosenbaum,
conducted a nine. year investigation (1983-1992) concerning allegations of
physical torture and coercive conditioning of numerous employees at an ARCO
plant in Monaca, PA.[20] His clients, Jerry L. Dotey and Ann White, were
victims of apparent radiation exposure; but as Mr. Rosenbaum probed deeper
in the subsequent interview sessions, a “Pandora’s Box” was unveiled. His
most astonishing conclusion was that Jerry Dotey and Ann White were likely
the off-spring of Adolf Hitler, based in part on the uncanny resemblance
from photos (facial features; bone structure and size were taken into
consideration). Rosenbaum also states, “They both exhibit feelings and
experiences that indicate they are twins.” Dotey and White were allegedly
subjected to torture of many kinds while under drug induced hypnosis, with
each one undergoing at least three training techniques by plant physicians.
Each victim was trained to enter into a hypnotic state upon the occurrence
of specific stimuli, usually involving a “cue” word or phrase and trained to
“remember to forget” what transpired in the hypnotic state. They were
repeatedly subjected to identical stimulus-response sequence, to produce
nearly automatic reactions to the particular status. MKULTRA veteran, Dr.
Bernard Diamond, Dr. Martin Orne and Dr. Josef Mengele regularly visited the
ARCO plant, according to Rosenbaum. The special conditioning of Dotey and
White was intended for the artificial creation of dual German personalities.
Rosenbaum, who is Jewish, has maintained a deep friendship with the two,
despite the seemingly precarious circumstances.
Other renowned therapists involved in deprogramming are Cynthia Byrtus,
Pamela Monday, Steve Ogilvie, Bennett Braun, Jerry Mungadze and Colin Ross.
Some Christian counselors have been able to eliminate parts of the
programming with limited success.
Journalists who have recently expounded on the subject matter in exemplary
fashion are Walter Bowart, Operation Mind Control,
Jon Rappoport, U.S. Government Mind-Control Experiments on Children and
Alex Constantine, Psychic Dictatorship In The USA
Conclusion
The most incriminating statement to date made by a government official as to
the possible existence of Project MONARCH was extracted by Anton Chaitkin, a
writer for the publication, The New Federalist.
When former CIA Director William Colby was asked directly, “What about
monarch?” he replied angrily and ambiguously, “We stopped that between the
late 1960’s and the early 1970’s.” Suffice to say that society, in its
apparent state of cognitive dissonance, is generally in denial of the over
whelming evidence of this multifarious conspiracy. Numerous victims/
survivors of Project MONARCH are in desperate need of help. However, the
great majority of people are too preoccupied with themselves to show any
genuine compassion toward these severely wounded individuals. Apathy has
taken over the minds of the masses, who choose to exist within the comforts
of this world. Reality has thus become obscured by relativism and
selfishness.
Although there has been some progress in deprogramming and reintegrating
therapies, a much greater problem needs to be rectified. The Holy Bible
addresses this problem as the fragmentation of the soul (Ezekiel 13:20). A
spiritual restoration is what is truly needed (Psalm 23:3) but can only take
place by completely trusting in Jesus Christ as the way to salvation (John
3:16; I Peter 3:18) and deliverance from demonic oppression and/or
possession (Mark 16:17). The true humility of Christ and the love of God
effectively counters the pride and hatred of Satan.
Statistically, the road to recovery for these survivors of unimaginable
depravity is a long and tedious one, but God is the ultimate healer and only
within his time, through His strength and by His grace, can the captives be
set free (Isaiah 61:1).

Nazi Mind Control
Amidst the subtle cerebral circumvention of the gullible populace,
through a multitude of manipulated mediums, lies one of the most
diabolical atrocities perpetrated upon a segment of the human race;
a form of systematic mind control which has permeated every aspect
of society for almost fifty years.To objectively ascertain the
following, one may need to re-examine preconceived ideologies
relating to the dualistic nature of mankind.
Resolving the philosophical question of whether we are inherently
good or inherently evil is tantamount in shaping our perception of
reality; specifically, the spiritual variable within the equation of
life.
This exposition is substantiated by declassified U.S. government
documents, individuals formerly connected to the U.S. intelligence
communities, historical writings, researchers knowledgeable in mind
control, publications from mental health practitioners, and
interviews taken from survivors unwittingly subjected to a highly
complex form of trauma-based mind control known as MONARCH
programming.
A word of caution for survivors of intensively systematic mind
control and/or some form of ritualized abuse: There are
numerous "triggers" in this article. It is therefore recommended not
to read it unless appropriate support systems are in place or if you
have a thoroughly reintegrated personality.
A Brief History of Control
The Mystery Religions of ancient Egypt, Greece, India and Babylon
helped lay the foundation for occultism, meaning "hidden knowledge."
One of the earliest writings giving reference to occultism is the
Egyptian Book of the Dead, a compilation of rituals explicitly
describing methods of torture and intimidation (to create trauma),
the use of potions (drugs) and the casting of spells (hypnotism),
ultimately resulting in the total enslavement of the initiate.[1]
These have been the main ingredients for a part of occultism known
as Satanism, throughout the ages. During the 13th Century, the Roman
Catholic church increased and solidified its dominion throughout
Europe with the infamous Inquisition. Satanism survived this period
of persecution, deeply entrenching itself under the veil of various
esoteric groups.
In 1776, a Bavarian Jesuit by the name of Adam Weishaupt was
commissioned by the House of Rothschild to centralize the power base
of the Mystery Religions into what is commonly known as the
Illuminati, meaning "Enlightened Ones." This was an amalgamation of
powerful occultic bloodlines, elite secret societies and influential
Masonic fraternities, with the desire to construct the framework for
a "New World Order." The outward goal of this Utopia was to bring
forth universal happiness to the human race. However, their
underlying intention was to gradually increase control over the
masses, thus becoming masters of the planet.
The Anglo Alliance
By the 19th century, Great Britain and Germany were recognized as
the primary geographic areas of Illuminati control. It then should
be of little surprise to know the first work in Behavioral Science
research was established in England in 1882, while much of the early
medical and psychiatric techniques involved in mind control were
pioneered at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Germany. The Tavistock
Institute of Human Relations was set up in London in 1921 to study
the "breaking point" of humans. Kurt Lewin, a German psychologist,
became the director of the Tavistock Institute in 1932, about the
same time Nazi Germany was increasing its research into
neuropsychology, parapsychology and multi-generational occultism.
Interestingly, a progressive exchange of scientific ideas was taking
place between England and Germany, most notably in the field of
eugenics: the movement devoted to "improving" the human species
through the control of hereditary factors in mating. The nefariously
enigmatic union between the two countries was bonded, partly through
the Order of the Golden Dawn, a secret society which consisted of
many high ranking officials in the Nazi party and British
aristocracy. Top SS Nazi officer Heinrich Himmler, was in charge of
a scientific project called Lebersborn, which included selective
breeding and adoption of children, a peculiarly large number of
twins among them.[2] The purpose of the program was to create a
super-race (Aryans) who would have total allegiance to the cause of
the Third Reich(New World Order).
Much of the preliminary experimentation concerning genetic
engineering and behavior modification was conducted by Dr. Josef
Mengele at Auschwitz, where he coldly analyzed the effects of trauma-
bonding, eye-coloring and "twinning" upon his victims. Beside the
insidious surgical experimentation performed at the concentration
camp, some of the children were subjected to massive amounts of
electroshock. Sadly, many of them did not survive the brutality.
Concurrently, "brain-washing" was carried out on inmates at Dachau,
who were placed under hypnosis and given the hallucinogenic drug
mescaline. During the war, parallel behavioral research was led by
Dr. George Estabrooks of Colgate University. His involvement with
the Army, CID, FBI and other agencies remains shrouded in secrecy.
However, Estabrooks would occasionally "slip" and discuss his work
involving the creation of hypno-programmed couriers and hypnotically-
induced split personalities.[3]
After WWII, the U.S. Department of Defense secretly imported many of
the top German Nazi and Italian Fascist scientists and spies into
the United States via South America and the Vatican. The code name
for this operation was Project PAPERCLIP.[4] One of the more
prominent finds for the U.S. was German General Reinhard Gehlen.
Hitler's Chief of Intelligence against Russia. Upon arriving in
Washington D.C. in 1945, Gehlen met extensively with President
Truman, General William "Wild Bill" Donovan, Director of the Office
of Strategic Services(OSS) and Allen Dulles, who would later become
the stalwart head of the CIA. The objective of their brain-storming
sessions was to reorganize the nominal American intelligence
operation, transforming it into a highly-efficient covert
organization. The culmination of their efforts produced the Central
Intelligence Group in 1946, renamed the Central Intelligence Agency
(CIA) in 1947.
Reinhard Gehlen also had profound influence in helping to create the
National Security Council, from which the National Security Act of
1947 was derived. This particular piece of legislation was
implemented to protect an unconscionable number of illegal
government activities, including clandestine mind control programs.
The Evolution of Project MKULTRA
With the CIA and National Security Council firmly established, the
first in a series of covert brain-washing programs was initiated by
the Navy in the fall of 1947. Project CHATTER was developed in
response to the Soviet's "successes" through the use of "truth
drugs." This
rationale, however was simply a cover story if the program were to
be exposed. The research focused on the identification and testing
of such drugs for use in interrogations and the recruitment of
agents.[5] The project was officially terminated in 1953.
The CIA decided to expand their efforts in the area of behavior
modification, with the advent of Project BLUEBIRD, approved by
director Allen Dulles in 1950. Its objectives were to; (1) discover
a means of conditioning personnel to prevent unauthorized extraction
of information from them by known means, (2) investigate the
possibility of control of an individual by application of special
interrogation techniques, (3) investigate memory enhancement and (4)
establish defensive means for preventing hostile control of agency
personnel. In August 1951, Project BLUE BIRD was renamed Project
ARTICHOKE, which evaluated offensive uses of interrogation
techniques, including hypnosis and drugs The program ceased in 1956.
Three years prior to the halt of Project ARTICHOKE, Project MKULTRA
came into existence on April 13, 1953 along the lines proposed by
Richard Helms, Deputy Director of Central Intelligence (DDCI) with
the rationale of establishing a "special funding mechanism of
extreme sensitivity."[6] The hypothetical etymology of "MK" may
possibly stand for "Mind Kontrolle." The obvious translation of the
German word "Kontrolle" into English is "control."[7] A host of
German doctors, procured from the post war Nazi talent pool, were an
invaluable asset toward the development of MKULTRA. The correlation
between the concentration camp experiments and the numerous sub-
projects of MKULTRA are clearly evident. The various avenues used to
control human behavior under MKULTRA included radiation,
electroshock, psychology, psychiatry, sociology, anthropology,
graphology, harassment substances and paramilitary devices and
materials "LSD" being the most widely dispensed "material". A
special procedure, designated MKDELTA, was established to govern the
use of MKULTRA abroad. MKULTRA/DELTA materials were used for
harassment, discrediting or disabling purposes.[8] Of the 149
subprojects under the umbrella of MKULTRA having been identified,
Project MONARCH, officially begun by the U.S. Army in the early
1960's (although unofficially implemented much earlier) appears to
be the most prominent and is still classified as TOP SECRET
for "National Security" reasons.[9] MONARCH may have culminated from
MKSEARCH subprojects, such as operation SPELLBINDER, which was set
up to create "sleeper" assassins (i e. "Manchurian candidates") who
could be activated upon receiving a key word or phrase while in a
post-hypnotic trance. Operation OFTEN, a study which attempted to
harness the power of occultic forces was possibly one of several
cover programs to hide the insidious reality of Project MONARCH.
Definition and Description
The name MONARCH is not necessarily defined within the context of
royal nobility, but rather refers to the monarch butterfly. When a
person is undergoing trauma induced by electroshock, a feeling of
light-headedness is evidenced; as if one is floating or fluttering
like a butterfly. There is also a symbolic representation pertaining
to the transformation or metamorphosis of this beautiful insect:
from a caterpillar to a cocoon (dormancy, inactivity ), to a
butterfly (new creation) which will return to its point of origin.
Such is the migratory pattern that makes this species unique.
Occultic symbolism may give additional insight into the true meaning
Psyche is the word for both "soul" and "butterfly" coming from the
belief that human souls become butterflies while searching for a new
reincarnation. [10]
Some ancient mystical groups, such as the Gnostics, saw the
butterfly as a symbol of corrupt flesh. The "Angel of Death"
(remember Mengele?) in Gnostic art works was portrayed crushing the
butterfly.[11] A marionette is a puppet that is attached to strings
and is controlled by the puppet master, hence MONARCH programming is
also referred to as the "Marionette Syndrome." "Imperial
Conditioning" is another term used, while some mental health
therapists know it as "Conditioned Stimulus Response Sequences."
Project MONARCH could be best described as a form of structured
dissociation and occultic integration, in order to compartmentalize
the mind into multiple personalities within a systematic framework.
During this process, a Satanic ritual, usually including Cabalistic
mysticism, is performed with the purpose of attaching a particular
demon or group of demons to the corresponding alter(s). Of course,
most skeptics would view this as simply a means to enhance trauma
within the victim. negating any irrational belief that demonic
possession actually occurs.
Alters and Triggers
Another way of examining this convoluted victimization of body and
soul is by looking at it as a complex computer program: A file
(alter) is created through trauma, repetition and reinforcement. In
order to activate (trigger) the file, a specific access code or
password (cue or command) is required. The victim/survivor is called
a "slave" by the programmer/handler, who in turn is perceived
as "master" or "god." About 75% are female, since they possess a
higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate easier than males.
Subjects are used mainly for cover operations, prostitution and
pornography; involvement in the entertainment industry is notable. A
former military officer connected to the DIA, told this writer, "In
the `big picture' these people [MONARCH victims] are in all walks of
life, from the bum on the street to the white-collar guy". In
corroboration, a retired CIA agent vaguely discussed the use of such
personnel to be used as "plants" or "chameleons" for the purpose of
infiltrating a designated group, gathering information and/or
injecting an ulterior agenda.
There are an inordinate amount of alters in the victim/survivor with
numerous back-up programs, mirrors and shadows. A division of light-
side (good) and dark-side (bad) alters are interwoven in the mind
and rotate on an axis.
One of the main internal structures, (of which their are many)
within the system is shaped like a double-helix, consisting of seven
levels. Each system has an internal programmer which oversees
the "gatekeeper" (demons?) who grant or deny entry into the
different rooms. A few of the internal images predominately seen by
victims/survivors are trees, the Cabalistic "Tree of Life," with
adjoining root systems, infinity loops, ancient symbols and letters,
spider webs, mirrors or glass shattering, masks, castles, mazes,
demons/monsters/aliens, sea shells, butterflies, snakes, ribbons,
bows, flowers, hour glasses, clocks, robots, chain-of-command
diagrams and/or schematics of computer circuitry boards.
Bloodlines and Twinning
A majority of the victims/survivors come from multi-generational
Satanic families (bloodlines) and are ostensibly programmed "to fill
their destiny as the chosen ones or chosen generations"(a term
coined by Mengele at Auschwitz). Some are adopted out to families of
similar origin. Others used in this neurological nightmare are
deemed as the "expendable ones" (non-bloodliners), usually coming
from orphanages, foster care homes, or incestuous families with a
long history of pedophilia. There also appears to be a pattern of
family members affiliated with government or military intelligence
agencies.
Many of the abused come from families who use Catholicism,
Mormonism, or charismatic Christianity as a "front" for their
abominable activities (though members of other religious groups are
also involved.)
Victims/survivors generally respond more readily to a rigid
religious (dogmatic, legalistic) hierarchical structure because it
parallels their base programming. Authority usually goes
unchallenged, as their will has been usurped through subjective and
command-oriented conditioning.
Physical identification characteristics on victims/survivors often
include multiple electrical prod scars and/or resultant moles on
their skin. A few may have had various parts of their bodies
mutilated by knives, branding irons, or needles, Butterfly or occult
tattoos are also common. Generally, bloodliners are less likely to
have the subsequent markings, as their skin is to "remain pure and
unblemished."
The ultimate purpose of the sophisticated manipulation of these
individuals may sound unrealistic, depending upon our interpretive
understanding of the physical and spiritual realms. The deepest and
darkest alters within bloodliners are purported to be dormant until
the "Anti-Christ~' is revealed. These "New World Order" alters
supposedly contain call-back orders and instructions to train and/or
initiate a large influx of people (possibly clones or "soulless
ones"), thereby stimulating social control programs into the new
millennium. Non-biological "twinning" is yet another bizarre feature
observed within MONARCH programming. For instance, two young non
related children would be ceremoniously initiated in a magical "soul-
bonding" ritual so they might be "inseparably paired for eternity"
(possibly another Mengele connection?). They essentially share two
halves of the programmed information, making them interdependent
upon one another. Paranormal phenomenon such as astral projection,
telepathy, ESP, etc. appear to be more pronounced between those who
have undergone this process.
Levels of MONARCH Programming [12]
ALPHA. Regarded as "general" or regular programming within the base
control personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory
retention, along with substantially increased physical strength and
visual acuity. Alpha programming is accomplished through
deliberately subdividing the victims personality which, in essence,
causes a left brain-right brain division, allowing for a programmed
union of L and R through neuron pathway stimulation.
BETA. Referred to as "sexual" programming. This programming
eliminates all learned moral convictions and stimulates the
primitive sexual instinct, devoid of inhibitions. "cat" alters may
come out at this level.
DELTA. This is known as "killer" programming, originally developed
for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force,
First Earth Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal
adrenal output and controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are
devoid of fear; very systematic in carrying out their assignment.
Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.
THETA considered to the "psychic" programming. Bloodliners (those
coming from multi-generational Satanic families) were determined to
exhibit a greater propensity for having telepathic abilities than
did non-bloodliners. Due to its evident limitations, however,
various forms of electronic mind control systems were developed and
introduced, namely, bio-medical human telemetry devices (brain
implants), directed-energy lasers using microwaves and/or
electromagnetics. It is reported these are used in conjunction with
highly-advanced computers and sophisticated satellite tracking
systems.
OMEGA. A "self-destruct" form of programming, also known as "Code
Green." The corresponding behaviors include suicidal tendencies
and/or self-mutilation. This program is generally activated when the
victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much memory
is being recovered.
GAMMA. Another form of system protection is through "deception"
programming, which elicits misinformation and misdirection. This
level is intertwined with demonology and tends to regenerate itself
at a later time if inappropriately deactivated.
Method and Components
The initial process begins with creating dissociation within the
subject, usually occurring from the time of birth to about six
years. This is primarily achieved through the use of electroshock
(ECT) and is at times performed even when the child is in the
mother's womb. Due to the severe trauma induced through ECT, sexual
abuse and other methods, the mind splits off into alternate
personalities from the core. Formerly referred to as Multiple
Personality Disorder, it is presently recognized as Dissociative
Identity Disorder and is the basis for MONARCH programming. Further
conditioning of the victim's mind is enhanced through hypnotism,
double-bind coercion, pleasure-pain reversals, food, water, sleep
and sensory deprivation, along with various drugs which alter
certain cerebral functions.
The next stage is to embed and compress detailed commands or
messages within the specified alter. This is achieved through the
use of hi-tech headsets, in conjunction with computer-driven
generators which emit inaudible sound waves or harmonics that affect
the RNA covering of neuron pathways to the subconscious and
unconscious mind. "Virtual Reality" optical devices are sometimes
used simultaneously with the harmonic generators projecting
pulsating colored lights, subliminals and split-screen visuals. High
voltage electroshock is then used for memory dissolution.
Programming is updated periodically and reinforced through visual,
auditory and written mediums. Some of the first programming themes
included the Wizard of Oz and Alice and Wonderland, both heavily
saturated with occultic symbolism. Many of the recent Disney movies
and cartoons are used in a two-fold manner: desensitizing the
majority of the population, using subliminals and neuro-linguistic
programming, and deliberately constructing specific triggers and
keys for base programming of highly-impressionable MONARCH children.
A prime example of how subliminal programming works is by looking at
the recent Disney cinematic sensation Pochahontas, curiously billed
as their "33rd" (highest degree in Scottish Rite Freemasonry)
animated movie. In the movie, Grandmother Willow is a mystical 400
year old tree who counsels the motherless Pochahontas to listen to
her heart and help her realize all the answers lie within.
Grandmother Willow is constantly talking in "double-speak" and
using "reversals" (i.e. "Sometimes the right path is not the easiest
one"; the esoteric derivative being: the left path [the path that
leads to destruction] is the easiest one. In Illuminati Structured
MPD Systems, the willow tree represents the occultic powers of
Druidism. The intrinsic imagery of the tree's branches, leaves and
root systems are very significant, as some of the dark spiritual
proper ties associated with the Willow Tree Programming are: (I)
The branches are used to whip victims in rituals for "cleansing"
purposes, (2) A willow tree can endure severe weather disturbances
(i.e. storms) and is known for it's pliability or flexibility.
Victims/Survivors of the programming describe the willow's branches
wrapping around them, with no hope of escape, (3) The deep root
system of the willow tree makes the victim/survivor feel as if they
are falling deeper and deeper into an abyss while in a hypnotic
trance.
Music plays an instrumental role in programming, through
combinations of variable tones, rhythms and words. Frightmeister
Stephen King's numerous novels and subsequent movies, are purported
by credible sources to be used for such villainous purposes. One of
his latest books, Insomnia, features a picture of King with the
trigger phrase "WE NEVER SLEEP," (indicative of someone with MPD/
DID) below an all-seeing eye. A partial list of other mediums used
to reinforce base programming are:
Pinnochio, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Beauty and the Beast,
Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, E. T., Star Wars, Ghost
Busters, Trancers II, Batman, Bewitched, Fantasy Island, Reboot,
Tiny Toons, Duck Tails, The Dead Sea Scrolls and The Tall Book of
Make Believe. A few movies which depict or portray some aspect of
MONARCH programming are Hell raiser 3, Raising Cain, Labyrinth,
Telefon, Johnny Mneumonic, Point of No Return, The Lawnmower Man and
Closet Land.
Programmers and Places
It's difficult to figure out who the original programmer of this
satanic project was, due to the substantial amount of disinformation
and cross-contamination propagated by the "powers that be." The two
that went by the color-coded name of Dr. Green are a Jewish doctor
named Dr. Gruenbaum, who supposedly collaborated with the Nazis
during WWII, and Dr. Josef Mengele, whose trademark of cold blooded
and calculating brutality has not only scarred the souls of
survivors from Auschwitz, but also a countless number of victims
throughout the world. Mengele's direct involvement at the infamous
Auschwitz concentration camp was suspiciously downplayed during the
Nuremberg Trials, and consequently no intensified effort by the U.S.
and it's allies was directed toward his capture.[13] As a means to
confuse serious investigators as to his whereabouts, U.S. officials
would report Mengele being a non-threatening, recluse in Paraguay or
Brazil, or that he was simply dead (the "Angel of Death"
miraculously must have come back to life at least five different
times).
His unprecedented research, at the expense of thousands of lives,
undoubtedly was a significant bonus to U.S. interests, Besides using
the pseudonym of Dr. Green, survivors knew him as Vaterchen (daddy),
Schoner Josef (beautiful Joseph), David and Fairchild. A gracefully
handsome man of slight stature, Mengele would disarm people with his
gentle demeanor,while at other times, he would explode into violent
rages.[14] Other characteristics remembered by survivors were the
cadence of his shiny black boots as he paced back and forth and his
I-love-you/l-love-you-not" daisy game. When he pulled off the last
daisy petal, he would maliciously torture and kill a small child in
front of the other child he was programming. Distraught survivors
also recalled being thrown naked into cages with monkeys, who were
trained to viciously abuse them. Evidently, Mengele enjoyed reducing
people to the level of animals. He also would purposely restrain his
victims from crying, screaming, or showing any excessive emotion.
Dr. D. Ewen Cameron, also known as Dr. White, was the former head of
the Canadian, American and World Psychiatric Associations. Because
of Cameron's extensive experience and credentials, the ClA's Allen
Dulles funneled millions of dollars throughout organizations like
the society for the Investigation of Human Ecology, which Cameron
ruthlessly presided
over. Experimentations were conducted at several locations in
Montreal, mostly at McGill University, St Mary's Hospital and Allan
Memorial Institute.
Besides the conventional methods of psychiatric tyranny, such as
electroshock drug injections and lobotomies, Cameron conceived the
technique of "psychic driving," wherein unsuspecting patients were
kept in a drug induced coma for several weeks and administered a
regimen of electroshocks, while electronic helmets were strapped to
their heads and repetitive auditory messages were transmitted at
variable speeds.[15]
Many of those exploited were abused children which had been run
through the Roman Catholic orphanage system. Not surprisingly, Dr
Cameron has been conveniently left out of most psychiatric journals.
This may have been, in fact, largely due to Project MKULTRA being
publicly exposed in 1970, through lawsuits filed by Canadian
survivors and their families. The CIA and Canadian government
settled out of court so as not to be required to officially admit to
any wrongdoing.
A former U.S. Army Lt. Col. in the DIA's Psychological Warfare
Division, Michael Aquino, is the latest in a line of alleged
government-sponsored sadists. Aquino, an eccentric genius, founded
the Temple of Set, an offshoot of Anton LaVey's Church of Satan. His
obsession with Nazi pagan rituals and his hypnotic manipulation of
people made him an ideal candidate for the position of "Master
Programmer." Aquino was connected with the Presidio Army Base day
care scandal, in which he was accused child molestation. Much to the
dismay of the young victims' parents, all charges were dismissed.
Code-named "Malcolm", Aquino developed training tapes on how to
create a MONARCH slave and worked as a liaison between
Government/Military Intelligence and various criminal organizations
and occult groups in the distribution of MONARCH slaves.[16]
Heinrich Mueller was another important programmer who went under the
code names "Dr. Blue" or "Gog." He apparently has two sons who have
carried on the trade. The original "Dr. Black" was apparently Leo
Wheeler, the nephew of deceased General Ear1e G. Wheeler, who was
the commander of the Joint Chiefs of Staffs during the Vietnam War.
Wheeler's protege, E. Hummel is active in the Northwest, along with
W. Bowers (from the Rothschild bloodline).
Other alleged master mind manipulators, past and present, are: Dr.
Sydney Gottleib, Lt. Col John Alexander, Richard Dabney Anderson
(USN), Dr. James Monroe, Dr. John Lilly, Lt. Comdr. Thomas Narut, Dr
William Jennings Bryan, Dr. Bernard L. Diamond, Dr. Martin T. Orne,
Dr. Louis J. West, Dr Robert J. Lifton, Dr. Harris Isbel and Col.
Wilson Green In order to keep MKULTRA from being easily detected,
the CLA segmented its subprojects into specialized fields of
research and development at universities, prisons, private
laboratories and hospitals Of course, they were rewarded generously
with government grants and miscellaneous funding.
The names and locations of some of the major institutions involved
in MONARCH programming experimentation were/are:
Cornell, Duke, Princeton, UCLA, University of Rochester, MIT,
Georgetown University Hospital, Maimonides Medical Center, St.
Elizabeth's Hospital (Washington D.C.), Bell Laboratories, Stanford
Research Institute, Westinghouse Friendship Laboratories, General
Electric, ARCO and Manking Research Unlimited, The "final product"
was/is usually created on military installations and bases, where
maximum security is required. Referred to as (re) programming
centers or near-death trauma centers, the most heavily identified
are:
China Lake Naval Weapons Center, The Presidio, Ft. Dietrick, Ft.
Campbell, Ft. Lewis, Ft. Hood, Redstone Arsenal, Offutt AFB, Patrick
AFB, McClellan AFB, MacGill AFB, Kirkland AFB, Nellis AFB, Homestead
AFB, Grissom AFB, Maxwell AFB and Tinker AFB
Other places recognized as major programming sites are Langley
Research Center, Los Alamos National Laboratories, Tavistock
Institute and areas in or by Mt. Shasta, CA, Lampe, MO and Las
Vegas, NV.
Notable Names
One of the first documented cases of a MONARCH secret agent was that
of the voluptuous 1940's model, Candy Jones. The book, The Control
of Candy Jones, (Playboy Press) portrays her 12 years of intrigue
and suspense as a spy for the CIA. Jones, whose birth name is
Jessica Wilcox, apparently fit the physiological profile as to be
one of the initial experiments or human guinea pigs under the
government's "scientific" project, MKULTRA.
The most publicized case of MONARCH monomania has surfaced through
the book TRANCE Formation of America:
The True Life Story of a ClA Slave by Cathy O'Brien. On the back
cover it emphatically states, "Cathy O'Brien is the only vocal and
recovered survivor of the Central Intelligence Agency's MKULTRA
Project Monarch mind control operation" This documented
autobiography contains compelling accounts of O'Brien's years of
unrelenting incest and eventual introduction into Project MONARCH by
her perverted father. Along with co-author Mark PhiIlips, her
rescuer and deprogrammer, Cathy covers an almost unbelievable array
of conspiratorial crime: forced prostitution (white slavery) with
those in the upper echelons of world politics, covert assignments as
a "drug mule" and courier, and the country-western music industry's
relationship with illegal CIA activities.
Paul Bonaci a courageous survivor who endured almost two decades of
degradation under Project MONARCH, has disclosed strong
corroborating evidence of widescale crimes and corruption from the
municipal/state level all the way up to the White House.[17] He has
testified about sexually-abused males selected from Boy's Town in
Nebraska and taken to nearby Offut AFB, where he says they were
subjected to intense MONARCH programming, directed mainly by
Commander Bill Plemmons and former Lt. Col. Michael Aquino.[18]
After thoroughly tormenting the young boys into mindless oblivion,
they were used (along with girls) for pornography and prostitution
with several of the nation's political and economic power brokers.
Bonnaci recalled being transported from the Air Force base via cargo
planes to McClelland AFB in California. Along with other unfortunate
adolescents and teenagers, he was driven to the elite retreat,
Bohemian Grove. The perpetrators took full advantage of these
innocent victims, committing unthinkable perversions in order to
satisfy their deviant lusts. Some victims were apparently murdered,
further traumatizing already terrified and broken childr en. An
insuitable actress of marginal talent (now deceased), a morally-
corrupt T.V. evangelist, a heralded former Green Beret officer and a
popular country-western singer are a few others likely having
succumbed to MONARCH madness. Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan-Sirhan,
Charlie Manson, John Hinckley Jr., Mark Chapman, David Koresh, Tim
McVeigh and John Salvi are some notable names of infamy, strongly
suspected of being pawns who were spawned by MKULTRA.
Deprogrammers and Exposers
Dr. Corydon Hammond, a Psychologist from the University of Utah,
delivered a stunning lecture entitled "Hypnosis in MPD: Ritual
Abuse" at the Fourth Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and
Multiple Personality, June 25, 1992 in Alexandria, Virginia. He
essentially confirmed the suspicions of the attentive crowd of
mental health professionals, wherein a certain percentage of their
clients had undergone mind control programming in an intensively
systematic manner. Hammond alluded to the Nazi connection, military
and CIA mind control research, Greek letter and color programming
and specifically mentioned the Monarch Project in relation to a form
of operative conditioning.
Shortly after his ground breaking speech, he received death threats.
Not wanting to jeopardize the safety of his family, Dr. Hammond
stopped disseminating any follow-up information, until recently.
Mark Phillips, a former electronics subcontractor for the Department
of Defense, was privy to some of the top secret mind control
activities perpetrated by the U.S. government. His inquisitive
demeanor, strong conscience and heart-felt concern for Cathy
O'Brien, a "Presidential Model' under Project MONARCH, prompted him
to reveal the inner-workings of this grand deception beginning about
1991. As the story goes, he helped Ms. O'Brien escape from her
captors and was able to deprogram her in about a years time in
Alaska. The controversial Phillips has his share of critics who are
skeptical of the veracity of his claims. New Orleans therapist
Valerie Wolf introduced two of her patients before the President's
Committee on Human Radiation Experiments on March 15, 1995 in
Washington D.C. The astonishing testimony made by these two brave
women included accounts of German doctors, torture, drugs,
electroshock, hypnosis and rape, besides being exposed to an
undetermined amount of radiation. Both Wolf and her patients stated
they recovered the memories of this CIA program without regression
or hypnosis techniques.[19] Wolf presently devotes much of her time
to counseling such survivors.
A former labor attorney for Atlantic Richfield Co., David E.
Rosenbaum, conducted a nine. year investigation (1983-1992)
concerning allegations of physical torture and coercive conditioning
of numerous employees at an ARCO plant in Monaca, PA.[20] His
clients, Jerry L. Dotey and Ann White, were victims of apparent
radiation exposure; but as Mr. Rosenbaum probed deeper in the
subsequent interview sessions, a "Pandora's Box" was unveiled. His
most astonishing conclusion was that Jerry Dotey and Ann White were
likely the off-spring of Adolf Hitler, based in part on the uncanny
resemblance from photos (facial features; bone structure and size
were taken into consideration). Rosenbaum also states, "They both
exhibit feelings and experiences that indicate they are twins."
Dotey and White were allegedly subjected to torture of many kinds
while under drug induced hypnosis, with each one undergoing at least
three training techniques by plant physicians. Each victim was
trained to enter into a hypnotic state upon the occurrence of
specific stimuli, usually involving a "cue" word or phrase and
trained to "remember to forget" what transpired in the hypnotic
state. They were repeatedly subjected to identical stimulus-response
sequence, to produce nearly automatic reactions to the particular
status. MKULTRA veteran, Dr. Bernard Diamond, Dr. Martin Orne and
Dr. Josef Mengele regularly visited the ARCO plant, according to
Rosenbaum. The special conditioning of Dotey and White was intended
for the artificial creation of dual German personalities. Rosenbaum,
who is Jewish, has maintained a deep friendship with the two,
despite the seemingly precarious circumstances.
Other renowned therapists involved in deprogramming are Cynthia
Byrtus, Pamela Monday, Steve Ogilvie, Bennett Braun, Jerry Mungadze
and Colin Ross. Some Christian counselors have been able to
eliminate parts of the programming with limited success.
Journalists who have recently expounded on the subject matter in
exemplary fashion are Walter Bowart, Operation Mind Control,
Jon Rappoport, U.S. Government Mind-Control Experiments on Children
and
Alex Constantine, Psychic Dictatorship In The USA
Conclusion
The most incriminating statement to date made by a government
official as to the possible existence of Project MONARCH was
extracted by Anton Chaitkin, a writer for the publication, The New
Federalist.
When former CIA Director William Colby was asked directly, "What
about monarch?" he replied angrily and ambiguously, "We stopped that
between the late 1960's and the early 1970's." Suffice to say that
society, in its apparent state of cognitive dissonance, is generally
in denial of the over whelming evidence of this multifarious
conspiracy. Numerous victims/ survivors of Project MONARCH are in
desperate need of help. However, the great majority of people are
too preoccupied with themselves to show any genuine compassion
toward these severely wounded individuals. Apathy has taken over the
minds of the masses, who choose to exist within the comforts of this
world. Reality has thus become obscured by relativism and
selfishness.
Although there has been some progress in deprogramming and
reintegrating therapies, a much greater problem needs to be
rectified. The Holy Bible addresses this problem as the
fragmentation of the soul (Ezekiel 13:20). A spiritual restoration
is what is truly needed (Psalm 23:3) but can only take place by
completely trusting in Jesus Christ as the way to salvation (John
3:16; I Peter 3:18) and deliverance from demonic oppression and/or
possession (Mark 16:17). The true humility of Christ and the love of
God effectively counters the pride and hatred of Satan.
Statistically, the road to recovery for these survivors of
unimaginable depravity is a long and tedious one, but God is the
ultimate healer and only within his time, through His strength and
by His grace, can the captives be set free (Isaiah 61:1).
