Another daytime curfew has been imposed in Kathmandu amid reports of new clashes between police and protesters in the Nepalese capital and growing international pressure for authorities to repeal a "shoot-to-kill" policy. At least seven people were reportedly wounded Monday after police fired tear gas and rubber bullets at hundreds of protesters.
