Er, no. "This business" is based on statements made by Martin Webster, making the clear and unambiguous allegation that he and Nick Griffin conducted an inverted affair for four years. An allegation which Mr. Griffin remains strangely unable or unwilling to refute. The "security services" have nothing to do with it.

The Road to the Muslim Holocaust

"We are being challenged by Islam these years - globally as well as
locally. It is a challenge we have to take seriously. We have let this
issue float about for too long because we are tolerant and lazy. We
have to show our opposition to Islam and we have to, at times, run the
risk of having unflattering labels placed on us because there are some
things for which we should display no tolerance. And when we are
tolerant, we must know whether it is because of convenience or
conviction�. Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, 15 April 2005.

Tolerance is a falsehood often pronounced with difficulty in�Western
societies. Small�countries such as�Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands,
Austria, and Norway are leading the pack in the war on Muslims at home,
and may be on the road to�encouraging a new Holocaust against humanity.

While�these countries are part of the US-led coalition, which is
responsible�for the mass murder of Iraqis,�they�have also introduced
discriminate and draconian immigration laws which are specifically
directed against Muslims fleeing war and economic hardship. The
pretexts are always the phantom of the �War on Terror�.

Historically, Muslims have been at the receiving end of
Western-Christian violence for centuries. Following the�9/11 attack on
the USA,�Western Europe joined the US in its anti-Muslim crusade:��We
are all Americans now� united against Muslims.�In this context,�
9/11�is used to legitimise a new form of Western-Christian
fascism.�Media pundits�such as Christopher Hitchens and Daniele Pipes,
who support the anti-Muslim�ideology are springing up like mushrooms
all over the Western world. Using the clich� of �free speech�, they are
fuelling a vicious and violent war against Muslims around the world.

The recent blasphemous images of Prophet Mohammed are nothing
more�than a campaign�which promotes�racism and violence.

Islam is a peaceful religion, and Muslims are not �terrorists�. The
insult to Prophet Mohammed, who is revered by over a billion people
around the world, has nothing to do with �free speech�. Had the Danish
cartoonist shown instead George Bush and Tony Blair slaughtering
hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi women and children, he would
have had lost his job by now and would be condemned by the same people
who are barking about �free speech�. Would any newspaper in Europe dare
to discuss Europe�s strict censorship laws of discussing the Holocaust?

Barely a month ago, in early�January 2006, Flemming Rose, the
�cultural� editor of the Danish Jyllands-Posten (J-P), the newspaper
that published the blasphemous cartoons, told Dan Bilefsky of the
International Herald Tribune, that, �he would not publish a cartoon of
Ariel Sharon strangling a Palestinian baby, since that could be
construed as �racist��. In the past, J-P has also refused to run
drawings lampooning Jesus Christ submitted in April 2003 by Danish
illustrator Christoffer Zieler, because they were �offensive, not
funny�. Zieler was also advised by the editor, Jens Kaiser: �I don't
think Jyllands-Posten's readers will enjoy the drawings. As a matter of
fact, I think that they will provoke an outcry. Therefore, I will not
use them�. (The Guardian, 06/02/2006). It is �free speech� only if
Westerners agree, otherwise, it is �offensive� or �anti-Semitism�.

The Danish Far Right Party (Dansk Folkeparti) is the country�s third
biggest party and underpins a hard-line centre-right coalition
government claimed that Muslims are secretly planning to takeover
Denmark. Although Muslims make about 2 per cent of the Danish
population, one in four Danes have been brainwashed by their
opportunist monarchs, politicians and the media to seriously believe
that there will one day be �more Muslims� in Denmark than non-Muslims.

The 2005 report of the International Helsinki Federation for Human
Rights (IHF) on �Intolerance and Discrimination against Muslims in the
EU� found that attacks on Muslims have markedly increased
recently.�Muslims in Sweden, Denmark and Austria are encountering
difficult barriers. In Sweden, Muslims are advised to change their
names to �Swedish-sounding ones� to increase their chance of
employment. According to the report, 64 per cent of Muslims interviewed
in Britain said that they were �unfairly targeted by counter-terrorism
policies�. In Denmark and Austria, the report reveals, Muslim women
wearing headscarves are less likely to find work or pursue education.
In Sweden, rightwing parties warn of a �Muslim invasion�. Other
Europeans such as Belgium, Holland, France, Italy and Spain are also
contaminated with far right groups and anti-Muslim parties.

In Belgium, the country which has one of the �most vicious and inhuman
of all colonial histories�, the far right Party (The Vlaams Blok or
Belang) dominates local politics, with an agenda to repatriate all
people of colour to their countries of origin. One of its prominent
leaders, Filip Dewinter, told the BBC recently; �When I see Muslim
culture I think that our culture is superior. Our values, our way of
life are superior and we have to say so. I don't think the way of life
of Muslims is compatible with our way of life�. Muslim is our enemy, is
the new European anti-Semitism motto.

In the �liberal-minded� Netherlands, famous for its brutal and violent
colonial history, racism is becoming part of�Dutch values. Muslims have
become targets of religiously motivated attacks. After the killing of
an anti-Muslim fanatic and unknown Dutch film maker, Theo van Gogh,
allegedly by a Dutch Muslim of African origin, after making the obscene
film about Islam, the Netherlands erupted in anti-Muslim racism. The
death of a Muslim-hater is used to justify much uglier crimes. Islamic
schools and Mosques were bombed and set on fire. Muslim women were
attacked throughout Holland. The rightwing Dutch government is
embarking on anti-Muslim legislation to crack down on immigration and
close down �suspected� Mosques, and give police�power to arrest people
of Muslim faith. Although Muslims make up about one million (6%) of the
Dutch population, former EU Commissioner Frits Bolkestein, said
recently: �The most common first name registered at birth these days in
Amsterdam is Mohammed. This, they say, is the Europe-to-be�.

In France, the situation is not much different. The French can be proud
of their well-known anti-Muslim and anti-Arab hatred. President Jacques
Chirac has adopted Jean Marie Le Pen's extremist anti-Muslim policy,
which has increased violence against Muslims and denied Muslim women
the right to education and employment. According to the IHF report, the
French Front National (an offshoot of fascism), stated publicly that
France's Muslims �share an allegiance to a wider community of believers
that threatens national sovereignty�. Even Muslims who were born in
France have no standing in the ideals of Libert�, �galit�, Fraternit�,
and the plague is spreading to neighboring countries.

The new German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, compared Islam with the �rise
of fascism�. The East German politician who was selected to solve
Germany�s unemployment and other social ills seems to find the war on
Muslims a much easier issue.

Thousands of Muslims have been arrested and screened by German police
only because �their profiles have matched basic criteria, including an
affiliation with Islam�, reveals the IHF report. The German state of
Baden-Wurttemberg has enacted what is called the �Muslim test�, in
which Muslim applicants for citizenship are asked about their views on
September 11, gay relationships and whether their teenage daughters are
allowed to attend swimming classes. Can you imagine all Germans (in
Baden-Wurttemberg) have exactly the same opinion on all three? �I am
afraid we have not learned from our history. My main fear is that what
we did to Jews we may now do to Muslims. The next holocaust would be
against Muslims," Dr. Wolfram Richter, professor of economics at the
University of Dortmund told Ziauddin Sardar of�New Statesman magazine
in Britain. It has always been easier to use�crimes in order to commit
even greater�crimes.

Finally, in Australia, the draconian �anti-terror� laws are designed
specifically to victimise Muslims. Indeed, young Muslim men have been
thrown in Guantanamo-like prisons not because they committed crimes,
but because they are Muslims. Some companies have closed their
employment�s doors to Muslim Australians and migrants from Muslim
backgrounds. In addition, the army of commentators in the Australian
media � one of the most controlled in the world � are accusing the
police of �softly� treating Australians of Middle Eastern backgrounds.
This deliberate falsehood is designed not only to discredit the Police,
but also to increase injustice and violence against Muslims.

The IHF report�s director, Aaron Rhodes warned that; �these
developments threaten to undermine positive efforts at integration and
further increase the vulnerability of Muslims to human rights
violations and marginalisation�. Hence the IHF report recommends that
all EU governments �enhance efforts to prosecute and punish
discriminatory and violent acts�. However, the warning may fall on deaf
ears. As Sardar writes; �Even among individuals with more relaxed
attitudes to interracial relationships, racism is unashamed and
upfront�. The governments may be pouring fuel on fire.

To clarify one thing that seemed to be missed by most Westerners,
Muslims are not ignorant of Western cultures, or Christianity, which is
never part of Western civilisation anyway. Jesus wasn�t born in Denmark
or Norway. The fact, that many Muslims are studying in Western and
American universities and many Muslims adopted segments of Western
popular culture is proof of Muslims acceptability. This
misunderstanding of Muslim societies, which suffered greatly under
Western imperialism, is embedded in the West's ignorance and imagined
superiority, which continue today.

As vassals of U.S. imperialism, these small�European nations such as
Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands are using their deceptive position
of �neutral countries� to commit gross crimes around the world. From
Palestine to Iraq and Afghanistan, their armies are complicit in U.S.
war crimes against defenceless peoples. In addition, they
are�participants in U.S. �War on Terror� and in U.S. �rendition� policy
� the policy of kidnapping and covertly delivering an individual or
individuals for interrogation and torture in undisclosed location or
country.

For example, Norway is credited with the Oslo �Peace Process�, the
�fig-leaf for the ongoing colonization of the West Bank and Gaza
Strip�, and the destruction of Palestine. Indeed, the Oslo �Peace
Process� allowed Israel to confiscate over 50 per cent of the West Bank
and construct dozens of Jewish-only colonies for Talmudic extremist
fanatics.

The Netherlands, is leading the way in �building democracy� and
terrorising the people of Afghanistan. Denmark with 530 soldiers is
part of the so-called �coalition of the willing�, the group of vassals
that participated in the illegal and criminal invasion of Iraq. Indeed,
Danish soldiers are complicit in the sadistic torture and abuse of
Iraqi prisoners and detainees.

This brings us to how the Jewish Holocaust � as an example of
Christian Europe brutality � was initiated. Of course, anti-Semitism
(anti-Jews and anti-Arabs hatred) was widespread in Christian Europe
centuries prior to Nazi Germany. However, modern�anti-Semitism was
initiated in 1879 by William Marr, the German who founded the �League
for Anti-Semitism�. Marr's racist views (Europe�s biological racism)
were that Jews constituted a distinct racial group which was both
physically and morally inferior, and therefore must be exterminated.
With the rise of European racism against minorities in the 19th
century, European Jews were targeted, as Muslims are targeted today.
Differences between Jews and other European citizens manufactured and
used as pretext to justify crimes against Jews. Jews were accused of
�taking over� the world and so on.

Adolf Hitler�s election on 30 January 1930, was�based on his ideology
of �one people [�master race� or �bermenschen], one empire, and one
leader�. Hitler�s election paved the way for one of the
greatest�criminal acts in human history. Marr�s European biological
racism continued during the rule of Nazism and became the vehicle for
genocide. Jews, Gypsies, Czechs, Poles,�the mentally and physically
handicapped, homosexuals and others not belonging to the �master race�
were targeted for extermination. Jews were specifically targeted.
Bombings of synagogues, blasphemous cartoons depicting Jews, and
anti-Jews posters were wide-spread all over Europe.

During the occupation of Europe by the Wehrmacht (German forces), in
France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, etc. the locals were
rounding up Jews, Gypsies and other folk much faster than the Nazis
could handle them. And if this wasn�t enough, the so-called �neutral�
countries such as Switzerland were sending fleeing refugees back to the
Nazis � as they do now with Muslims in daylight � and looking after the
Third Reich money in their own bank.

Do Western Europeans want to repeat history�s biggest crime against
humanity? It is the duty of every civilized citizen to point a�finger
at any form of racism and violence against minorities. Our duty is to
reject opportunist monarchs, politicians, the media, celebrities and
anyone trying to manipulate the public and breed racism and violence.

European Media Provokes
Muslims To Inflame Zionist
'Clash Of Civilizations'

Under the guise of free speech, a leading Danish newspaper published a
dozen provocative anti-Islamic cartoons clearly designed to offend
Muslims. The predictable result has greatly increased the possibility
of violence and left Denmark in a costly and dangerous predicament.
�
Four months after Jyllands-Posten (JP), Denmark's most widely read
morning paper, published 12 anti-Islamic cartoons, Danes woke up to
the fact that there is a very high price to be paid for promoting the
"clash of civilizations."
�
The fact that the editors behind the anti-Islamic images claim to be
exercising free speech while refusing to address Europe's strict
censorship laws regarding discussion of the Holocaust and the ongoing
imprisonment of historical revisionists reveals the existence of a
more sinister agenda behind the provocative cartoons.
�
"Agents of certain persuasion" are behind the egregious affront to
Islam in order to provoke Muslims, Professor Mikael Rothstein of the
University of Copenhagen told the BBC. The key "agent" is Flemming
Rose, the cultural editor of JP, who commissioned cartoonists to
produce the blasphemous images and then published them in Denmark's
leading morning paper last September.
�
The International Herald Tribune, which reported on the offensive
cartoons on January 1, noted that even the liberalism of Rose had its
limits when it came to criticism of Zionist leaders and their crimes.
Rose also has clear ties to the Zionist Neo-Cons behind the "war on
terror."

Rose told the international paper owned by The New York Times that
"he would not publish a cartoon of Israel's Ariel Sharon strangling a
Palestinian baby, since that could be construed as 'racist.'"
�
Asked why he was protecting Sharon, a known war criminal, while
abusing Muslims and their Prophet in the name of free speech, Rose
told American Free Press that he had been "misquoted" in the Times
article.
�
Rose traveled to Philadelphia in October 2004 to visit Daniel Pipes,
the Neo-Con ideologue who says the only path to Middle East peace will
come through a total Israeli military victory. Rose then penned a
positive article about Pipes, who compares "militant Islam" with
fascism and communism.
�
In April 2003, President George W. Bush nominated the rabid
anti-Muslim Pipes to the board of the United States Institute of
Peace, a congressionally sponsored think tank dedicated to "the
peaceful resolution of international conflicts."
�
Ministers from 17 Muslim nations condemned the publication of the
cartoons as an egregious "offence to Islam" and called on the Danish
government to ensure that it would not be repeated.
�
When the Danish government, which supports the "war on terror" with
more than 500 troops in Iraq, refused to issue an apology for the
offensive cartoons, Muslim consumers across the Middle East began a
boycott of Danish products.
�
Within days the boycott had severely affected Danish exporters and
the politicians in Copenhagen scrambled to undo the damage. Arla
Foods, a large Danish-Swedish dairy company, was badly hit by the
boycott. The company, which had annual sales of some $480 million in
the Middle East, saw its sales in the region plummet to nil as Muslim
shopkeepers pulled Danish products off the shelves.
�
"We have taken 40 years to build up a very big business in the Middle
East, and we've seen it come to a complete stop in five days," company
spokeswoman Astrid Gade Niels told the BBC.
�
"Our sales in the Middle East have come to a complete stop - in all
countries in the region," she said. "We have found ourselves in the
middle of a game that we have no part in."
�
As the boycott damaged Danish business and a bomb scare closed the
office of his newspaper, Rose continued to defend his decision to
commission and publish the offensive cartoons. "We stand by the
publication of these 12 cartoons," he said.
�
Asked if he would have done it knowing what the reaction would be,
Rose said: "That is a hypothetical question. I would say that I do not
regret having commissioned those cartoons and I think asking me that
question is like asking a rape victim if she regrets wearing a short
skirt Friday night at the discotheque."
�
The dangerous "game" that was started by the Danish editor has now
been picked up by at least 7 newspapers across Europe. Supposedly in
support of the Danes, papers in France, Germany, Italy, the
Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland simultaneously reprinted the
cartoons on February 1. The timing suggests that this response was
coordinated by a hidden hand.
�
In Paris, for example, Arnaud Levy, editor-in-chief of the
financially-strapped France-Soir, chose to print all 12 of the
offensive cartoons. Asked if there had been coordination between
European editors about the simultaneous publication of the cartoons,
Levy said, "Absolutely not."
�
The following day, Jacques Lefranc, managing editor of France-Soir,
was fired by the paper's owner Raymond Lakah, an Egyptian magnate,
according to employees. Chief editor Levy, however, remained on the
job.
�
Peter Mandelson, Trade Commissioner for the European Union, strongly
reprimanded the newspapers for pouring "oil on the fire" by reprinting
the offensive cartoons.
�
Robert M�nard, secretary general of Reporters Without Borders, a
Paris-based media monitor, however, supported the publication of the
blasphemous cartoons saying, "All countries in Europe should be behind
the Danes and Danish authorities to defend the principle that a
newspaper can write what it wishes to, even if it offends people.
�
"I understand that it may shock Muslims, but being shocked is part of
the price of being informed," he told The New York Times.
�
However, when it comes to discussion of the Holocaust, media monitors
like M�nard accept without question the government-imposed censorship
laws and imprisonment of historical revisionists. At least 4
well-known historians are currently in prison in Germany and Austria

There is clearly a more sinister reason why the Danish Prime Minister
Anders Fogh Rasmussen refuses to issue a formal apology as demanded by
Arab and Muslim governments. The hard-line position taken by
Rasmussen, an ally in the "war on terror," has more to do with
advancing the "clash of civilizations" than defending free speech in
Europe.

It is well known that Islam is an aniconic religion which prohibits
depictions of the Prophet in the same way that the Second Commandment
prohibits "graven images." The European editors are certainly aware of
the fact that Islam prohibits the use of icons or visual images to
depict living creatures and that it is blasphemous to publish cartoons
of the prophet Mohammed. Yet, they have recklessly and intentionally
insulted millions of Muslims and are unwilling to apologize.

"The Danish paper set out to offend and provoke outrage in the Muslim
community," a Muslim in Britain wrote to the BBC. "Muslims are able to
distinguish between those who wish to debate and those who wish to
insult. Trying to camouflage insults under the guise of debate or free
speech fools nobody."

There is a deeper reason behind the publication of the offensive
cartoons. Given the unapologetic position taken by the Danish
government and the editors it appears very likely that tension with
Islamic nations will increase and the international crisis will deepen.
This is, after all, exactly what the global planners behind the "clash
of civilizations" want.

The completely predictable reaction among Muslims sets the stage for
violence and "false-flag" terror attacks as Europeans prepare to host
the Olympics in Turin, Italy. The Turin-based La Stampa irresponsibly
published the cartoons on Feb. 1, two days after Milan's Corriere
della Sera.
�
The anti-Islamic cartoon scandal is no laughing matter. If and when a
terror attack does occur and the cartoons and angry Muslims are blamed
for being the cause, the reason they were published will become clear.
Europeans will become increasingly polarized and hostility to Islam
will grow.
�
A month ago, when I first became aware of the provocative anti-Muslim
cartoons published in JP, I immediately contacted the editors and
asked why they had allowed their newspaper to be dragged into such a
ridiculous and provocative situation.
�
With Europe already involved in two Middle Eastern wars and with the
political tension with Iran increasing daily, I asked the editors, "Do
you truly wish to antagonize Muslims?"
�
"I support freedom of speech and am against self-censorship," Rose,
who commissioned the cartoons, wrote in response. It was, however,
clearly not simply to exercise Denmark's non-existent freedom of
speech that Rose commissioned the anti-Muslim cartoons. The more
sinister motive of advancing the "clash of civilizations" among
Europeans was evidently behind the offensive images.

"If the issue is really one of free speech, would you publish
cartoons making fun of the Jewish Holocaust?" I asked Rose and the
editors. "If not, do you at least support the right of newspapers and
individuals to raise historical questions about the Holocaust?"
�
Yet after a month of correspondence with Rose and the editors, they
have completely avoided answering my questions about the Holocaust and
the right of free speech for historical revisionists in Europe.

On Wednesday, February 1, a quiet, "churchy-looking" gentleman in a
white shirt and tie walked into a packed auditorium on the campus of
Utah Valley State College and electrified the room like a rock star.
The 150-seat auditorium was filled to capacity, with every seat
occupied, and people sitting in the aisles from the stage floor to the
back of the room. Video cameras on tripods lined the back row. Two
documentary-film crews were in attendance, in addition to the school's
camera crew, and various independent journalists. Seven "spill-over"
rooms, with seating for 40-50 each, were also filled to capacity.

On this very conservative campus (in the most conservative county in
the most conservative state in the union), where community leaders
pulled out all the stops in 2004 to prevent Michael Moore from speaking
as part of his anti-Bush, pro-Kerry "Slacker Uprising Tour," Dr. Steven
Jones, this pious professor from the Mormon Church-owned Brigham Young
University, calmly, gently, gave a simple physics lesson on the
collapse of the World Trade Center buildings, the implications of which
awed the audience with a sense of world-historical significance, and
implied an indictment of the present administration so utterly
devastating that it made Moore's Farenheit 9/11 look like a Bush
apologia.

Dr. Jones argues that the physics behind the government's explanation
of the collapse of the twin towers on September 11 do not make sense,
and that a better (and perhaps only) explanation for the collapse of
the twin towers is that they were demolished, exactly the way
structural engineers bring down large buildings, by pre-positioned
explosive devices set off in precise sequences.

He argues that the 650-degree Celsius temperature of burning jet fuel
would not have been hot enough to even bend the steel frame of the WTC
towers, let alone to melt or evaporate it, at every point along a
horizontal line at exactly the same instant, as the official
explanation of the collapse of the towers demands. And even if it was
hot enough to evaporate the steel, the towers would not have collapsed
as they did, pancaking perfectly into their own footprints the way they
did. On the rare times when such structures have failed, they have
toppled over sideways. And even if they did pancake perfectly into
their own footprints, they would not have done it in the 6.6 seconds it
took for them to fall. The steel and concrete in the sixty or so floors
that collapsed would have taken some time to break, and thus slowed the
collapse somewhat as it unfolded, rather than falling at the speed of a
dropped apple with nothing between it and the ground but thin air.

And even if it did collapse, at super speed, phwack phwack phwack,
floor by floor, as fast as an apple falling through the air, impelled
by the weight of the decapitated structure above it, its solid steel
frame severed like a head by a flaming guillotine, that does not
explain the molten steel seen at the Ground Zero clean-up site many
days after the event. What could have caused such heat? he asked.

And on it went, point by point, for almost two hours. Nothing about
the physics of "what we know" about 9/11 seemed to add up. And all
that's not to mention the mysterious collapse of the forgotten WTC-7,
the third steel-frame building that imploded due to fire, not only that
day, but in the history of architectural design. The building that was
not hit by a plane, that was surrounded by other buildings equally
impacted but structurally undamaged by the collapse of the towers,
that, with no jet fuel or violent impact, but due to a small number of
scattered "debris fires," collapsed, pancaking perfectly into its own
footprint, looking exactly like video images of buildings being
demolished by pre-positioned explosive devices. Playing the one
available video of WTC-7 collapsing at slow speed, Dr. Jones used his
laser pointer to indicate the visible explosive "squibs" clearly seen
in the video shooting their way up the sides of the building as it
comes down.

He showed still images of the twin towers with similar
micro-explosions, with steel beams clearly visible, ejected out of the
side of the towers, ahead of the dust, before the above portions
collapsed.

It is a devastating presentation, and one could feel the
disequilibrium of 150 minds reeling at once.

In an orchestrated set-up, George W. Bush announced that a plan to fly a plane into the LA Library Tower was thwarted in 2002 and within minutes news networks were showing footage of the same building being destroyed in the movie Independence Day.
Bush stated that the attack was prevented only with the help of NSA surveillance of communications, an attempt to shut up critics of the spying scandal in a move about as sophisticated as a 300lb Pittsburgh Steelers fan after a heavy drinking session.
The mayor of Los Angeles, Antonio Villaraigosa, immediately went public with comments of his absolute bewilderment concerning the alleged plot.
"I'm amazed that the president would make this (announcement) on national TV and not inform us of these details through the appropriate channels," the mayor said in an interview with The Associated Press. "I don't expect a call from the president � but somebody."
Within minutes of the President's speech, news networks were showing images from the movie Independence Day (pictured), where the Library Tower is destroyed as part of the alien invasion.

We have to understand that the Mayor being completely oblivious to the supposed terror plot most likely means that it was completely invented by Karl Rove and his fellow scriptwriters. That meant that a target had to be chosen and they chose the Library Tower knowing full well that news networks would show images of it being destroyed from the movie Independence Day.
In the mind of the passive viewer this information enters the brain as if it is real, and they suspend disbelief to embrace the notion that the building was destroyed by terrorists. This residue remains in the viewer's psyche and the validity of the government's response to the 'attack,' in this instance passing the soon to expire Patriot Act and justifying spying on Americans, is unquestionable.
This isn't another tin-foil hat conspiracy theory, the suggestibility of television is a scientific fact that has been accepted for decades.
This represents an organized campaign of mind control and fearmongering. They have played the terror card so many times that the fingerprints of deception can be lifted and verified almost immediately.
These are the same people that brought you fake fat bin Laden 'confession' tapes found in a shack in Jalalabad and could psychically predict tapes tying Osama to Saddam airing on Al Jazeera days before they surfaced.

Furthermore, as Kurt Nimmo points out, one of the supposed ringleaders of the operation, Riduan Isamuddin, was �operations chief� of Jemaah Islamiyah, which was a creation of Indonesian intelligence and is widely acknowledged to be wholly controlled by the CIA.
If the government has really thwarted an attack on LA you can bet your bottom dollar that they would have waved it in front of the anti-war crowd's face before invading Iraq in March 2003.
This is as obvious a political points scoring move as you're ever going to see. It has been deliberately and synthetically concocted to stifle heated criticism of the NSA spying.
This, despite the fact that the spying debate still circles around foreign phone calls, when the real issue is the admitted fact that the Pentagon and other government agencies have been caught and continue to spy on peaceful anti-war and activist groups entirely made up of American citizens.

interest, are the graphic illustrations of torture techniques and photographs of
the now crumbling Meknes palace built by Christian slaves. This is not for
the faint hearted.
Whereas, the tireless work of feisty born-again Christians led to the
abolition of slavery in America, this was not the case in North Africa and other
Islamic strongholds. Ironically, years after Pellow’s death, a descendant of
his took to the seas to fight against the barbaric slave masters. Without
revealing too much, the book’s amazing epilogue reads like a tribute to the
actions over words principle. Giles Milton’s White Gold is a treasure, and we owe
it to North Africa’s one million European white slaves to never forget. They
were a stolen generation.
But this book is not just about victims. Many brave English souls who
advocated for the abolition of black slavery turned their attention to the plight

This book was a great help and worked a treat. Mile’s vivid descriptions backed with thorough research make the task easier. Whereas, the tireless work of feisty born-again Christians led to the abolition of slavery in America, this was not the case in North Africa and other Islamic strongholds. Ironically, years after Pellow’s death, a descendant of his took to the seas to fight against the barbaric slave masters. Without revealing too much, the book’s amazing epilogue reads like a tribute to the actions over words principle. Giles Milton’s White Gold is a treasure, and we owe it to North Africa’s one million European white slaves to never forget. They were a stolen generation.
But this book is not just about victims. Many brave English souls who advocated for the abolition of black slavery turned their attention to the plight of European captives. Groups like the Society of Knights Liberators of the White Slaves of Africa <http://www.people.memphis.edu/~ggholson/unitus/tut/AFRO-1.PDF> (pdf file 684KB) were instrumental in creating awareness. So too were some Church of England churches. Yet, after marathon “talkfests” with barbarian traders, the abolitionists only made significant gains after adopting hawkish strategies. interests being placed above national security. The Vice President's

full responsibility."

In the aftershock of September 11, 2001, there is a heightened awareness
among most Americans of how precious their freedom is. They also realise the
need for better government intelligence work to fight terrorism. But they should
not let the government usurp basic liberties.
This is a danger as more and more anti-terrorist laws and rules
straightjacket the nation. There is a congruent danger: the rise of neoconservatism on
the right. The movement is using the threat of terrorism to expand government
at home and abroad. America must safeguard its freedoms in the fight against
terrorism, but protect itself from pernicious policies that erode freedom in
the name of liberty.
Since September 11, Congress and the Justice Department have implemented
laws and rules to protect America. But some of these new steps threaten civil
liberties. One example is the Patriot Act. This 131-page law, which few
legislators read, abandons procedural norms and expands the power of the executive
branch, which is already too powerful.
Under no circumstances should an American be held captive in the US
indefinitely, with no charges filed and no legal representation afforded. Yet this
has happened under the Patriot law. And now there is talk of a Patriot II.
James Buchanan, the Nobel laureate, argues that governments will acquire more
power when the opportunity arises. History shows this to be true, and the
Patriot law reflects it. Today, with the war on terrorism, the opportunities for
the state to expand are ubiquitous. Both liberals and conservatives are casting
a blind eye toward unnecessary usurpations of power, if not openly calling
for them.
Alan Dershowitz, the Harvard law professor, has mooted the idea of "torture
warrants", by which courts could authorise the use of torture to elicit
information. The neoconservative agenda is a particular threat to liberty perhaps
greater than the ideologically spent ideas of left-liberalism. Always a
movement of bright intellectual leaders, neoconservatism has mostly been a
movement with a head but no body. One rarely runs into a neocon on the street.
Underlying neoconservatism is a desire to reshape America and the world
through the efforts of a robust federal government. For years, the Weekly
Standard, the neoconservative magazine, has promoted the need for initiatives to
reinforce America's international power. Merely living in a free society appears
to be insufficient for neoconservatives.
During George W. Bush's campaign for president, the neoconservative
influence was felt in domestic policy ideas such as faith-based initiatives that
would involve the federal government in private local charities, often with a
religious orientation. It was also seen in the call for a greater federal role
in local education. These are both inconsistent with the concept of limited
government and federalism.
But neocons tend to be dismissive of the idea that the federal government
should be limited to the protection of an individual's right to life, liberty
and the pursuit of happiness. As William Kristol, the editor of the Standard,
has put it: "Are we willing to say that the country is worse off because of
FDR or JFK or LBJ? I'm not willing to say that." So much for limited
government.
During his campaign, Mr. Bush said many sensible things about foreign
policy, including the need for the US to have "humility" in its relations with
other nations. But since September 11, neoconservative influence on US foreign
policy has reached new heights. We have grave concerns over the doctrine of
preventive war and the seeming abdication of the responsibilities of Congress
with respect to committing lives and treasure to armed conflict.
Some in the neoconservative movement have openly called for an American
empire around the globe. Max Boot, the writer, recently praised what he termed
America's "imperialism" and said it should impose its views "at gunpoint".
James Woolsey, the former director of the Central Intelligence Agency, has called
for a decades-long campaign to re-order the entire Middle East along
neoconservative lines. Such thinking is profoundly un-American.
All is not gloom. What is needed now is for limited government conservatives
of the variety exemplified by Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater to join
forces with libertarians and enlightened liberals who respect civil liberties.
They should speak out in support of America's heritage of liberty.
Globalisation has been primarily an American undertaking and it has been
good for the world's poor. The country's science, technology, and
entrepreneurship are healing the sick, cleaning the environment, and making the world a
better and more enjoyable place in which to live. America is a great nation with
little to apologise for. It has an enemy to defeat. The challenge is not to
defeat itself.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- International warships under the command of the U.S.
Navy moved Thursday into waters off Yemen, attempting to block possible
escape routes for 23 prisoners who escaped last week, a senior U.S. military
official said.

The ships, stationed about 14 miles (22 kilometers) offshore, will patrol
busy international waters near Yemen.

The vessels moved into the area within the last 48 hours. They are under the
command of the U.S. Navy Central Command in Bahrain. ( Map of region

Interpol, the international crime-fighting organization, has said that at
least 13 of the 23 who escaped prison Friday were "convicted al Qaeda
terrorists, some of whom were involved in attacks on U.S. and French ships
in 2000 and 2002."

Among the escapees were the reputed mastermind of the October 2000 attack on
the USS Cole, Gamal Ahmed Badawi, and Jaber Elbaneh, a U.S. citizen. ( Watch

Badawi was sentenced to death in September 2004 for orchestrating the Cole
attack while it was docked in Aden, Yemen. Seventeen sailors were killed and
39 others wounded when two suicide bombers detonated an explosives-laden
boat next to the destroyer.

Elbaneh is charged in the United States with providing material support to
terrorists and was a member o! f a cell near Buffalo, New York, the FBI
said.

Elbaneh, 39, dodged the fate of six of his counterparts, who pleaded guilty
to terrorism-related charges in 2003 and are serving seven- to 10-year
sentences in federal prison.

The United States has offered a $5 million reward for information leading to
the arrest of Elbaneh, who is suspected of traveling with the other six men
to Afghanistan to train at an al Qaeda camp.

"Elbaneh is considered dangerous and is a threat to the U.S. and its
interests. The FBI will work with its domestic and international partners to
locate and arrest Jaber Elbaneh," FBI spokesman Richard Kolko said.

If the fugitives are not caught in the next month, the United States may
have to reconsider its presence in Yemen, which includes an embassy and
small military contingent in Sanaa, according to the senior sources.

The longer they remain at large, the greater the security risk to Americans
inside Yemen, the sources said.

Escape an inside job?

Investigators are exploring the possibility that the recent jailbreak was an
inside job involving members of the Yemeni security forces, said sources
familiar with the investigation.

Some of the prison staff have been detained for questioning, sources said.
The prisoners escaped through a 150-yard (140-meter) tunnel to a nearby
mosque. Government-supported Yemeni newspapers have reported that inmates
chanted inside the prison to mask the sound of digging, and officials at a
nearby mosque were aware of the digging but ignored it.

Interpol has issued an "international blue notice" for the escapees,
clearing the way for other nations to detain the men even if there is no
formal arrest warrant.

The agreement made no changes to the very flimsy evidentiary standard
required to connect someone to a so-called "terrorist" before searching
places and records. The Senators only agreed to three minor cosmetic
changes, with a focus on library records, with no regard to the broad

passge in 2001.

It should be noted the original PATRIOT Act was passed in the wake of 9/11
while all of the Senate office buildings were shut down after receiving

Euro Factor to the Iran �Crisis�

The referral of Iran to the UN Security Council by the International
Atomic Energy Agency is not a step towards resolving the presumed
nuclear problem between that country and the �international community�.
It is a step towards further confrontation, with the deliberate
intention by the US-UK axis to provide political cover for its real
aim: subjugation of Iran.

This is phase three of the Anglo-American �war on terror� which,
deciphered from its Orwellian doublespeak and put into intelligible
language, means the ongoing Anglo-American war of aggression on
humanity.

The truly worrying thing is that such are the contradictions between
the reckless fantasies of Anglo-American neo-imperialism and the limits
of its own power that the warmongers may be tempted to actually trigger
the very outcome they say they are trying to prevent: a nuclear
conflagration.

First of all, let us dispel the latest smokescreen from the IAEA. Iran
is being reported to the UN Security Council for alleged breaches of
IAEA protocols. But these protocols, such as research into the
enrichment of uranium, were only ever put in place by Iran on a
voluntary basis. How can someone be in breach of something that they
put forward in a non-binding, voluntary capacity? Besides, the ongoing
IAEA arrangement was part of a quid pro quo in which the EU-3--Britain,
France, Germany--would in return for Iran�s cooperation provide
specific economic incentives and safeguards concerning Iran�s national
security.

But as seasoned observer of non-proliferation issues Selig Harrison
said: "The EU, held back by the US, has failed to honour this bargain."

The recommencement of uranium enrichment is Iran�s sovereign
prerogative. And the plain truth is that Iran has and will be doing
nothing outside of the only legally binding statute governing the
issue, the Non-Proliferation Treaty, which grants all signatory nations
an "inalienable right to develop nuclear technology for peaceful,
energy purposes," as already pointed out in this newspaper recently by
Ghani Jafar.

For two years Iran has been negotiating with the EU-3 over its nuclear
programme. Iran�s considerable petroleum and gas reserves are
nevertheless finite and like every other fuel supplier the country may
indeed have reached �Peak� � the technical term the oil industry uses
to mean final reserves � lasting perhaps another two decades. Iran has
been prudently making the transition to an alternative energy source -
nuclear. (In the same way as US President George Bush urged his country
during his State of the Union speech last week!)

Iran has always said that its nuclear programme is about civilian use
of energy. Despite allowing the IAEA unprecedented access to its
nuclear facilities, and the IAEA not being able to find any evidence of
clandestine nuclear weapons production, the same sinister allegations
and suspicions of �nuclear ambitions� are relentlessly thrown at Iran
by the US and EU.

Several real initiatives put forward by Iran in its efforts to resolve
the latest diplomatic �impasse� and head off a referral to the UN
Security Council were haughtily dismissed by the EU-3 as "nothing new".
And calls for further dialogue by the Iranian foreign minister were
rebuffed. It must be said that Britain has taken the lead in adopting
this intransigent attitude by the EU troika. Days before the IAEA
ruling, British Prime Minister Tony Blair told his parliament that "not
only has Iran breached its international nuclear obligations but it is
exporting terrorism around the world."

Clearly this is a soft cop, hard cop routine. There was never any
intention of a reasonable, diplomatic �solution�. The real intention
was to set up an appearance of a diplomatic process, which could then
be presented as tried, exhausted and failed. Now, it�s over to the hard
cop.

Just like phase one and two of the Anglo-American war on humanity in
which Afghanistan and Iraq were placed in the firing lines, there were
similar attempts to create a diplomatic facade. But all the while, the
troops were being readied, the tanks cranked up and the bombers loaded.
It is to their Machiavellian credit that the Anglo-Americans appear to
have now managed to get the French, Germans, Chinese and Russians on
board. We are still some way off the trigger of aggression and these
last four mentioned may have no intention of going all the way of
endorsing Security Council sanctions. But as we have seen with
Afghanistan and Iraq, Washington and London didn�t need UN sanctions to
launch into aggression; they just need to create a false sense of
crisis in world security. This same process is now happening once
again.

The collision course with Iran is a central aim of the Project for the
New American Century, the real manifesto for which Bush was elected.
This geopolitical strategy for full-spectrum dominance has already
taken considerable shape, with US-British military penetration into
vast areas of the critical energy territories in Western and Central
Asia. Iran being the second-largest source of petroleum and gas is
obviously a prize even bigger than Iraq. Its strategic importance is
underlined by Iran�s existing and potential geopolitical connections to
Pakistan, India, China and Russia.

There�s also a revenge factor. Since the Americans and British were
kicked out of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1979 after more than two
decades of a cosy arrangement with their brutal client, the Shah, there
would be, for them, the immense satisfaction of �imperial recovery�.

But here�s the real trigger for a military attack on Iran. It�s Iran�s
intention to challenge the all-dominant US petrodollar oil trade by
setting up a rival euro oil market.

Many political commentators have pointed out that the deficit-ridden US
and British economies have only been able to continue their
unsustainable ways because the US dollar enjoys the artificial
privilege of being the world�s reserve currency. The world�s two
existing oil markets, the NYMEX in New York and the International
Petroleum Exchange in London, both owned by US capital, insist on all
oil transactions being conducted in US dollars. For this reason, all
countries must have substantial reserves of dollars to ensure vital
supplies of fuel energy. This means that the US economy can go on
accumulating stratospheric debts because they can just keep printing
more dollars, knowing that the rest of the world will have to take them
in order to keep their oil supplies coming.

American political analyst Mike Whitney points out that the US is now
running a total debt of $8 trillion, which makes it by far the world�s
biggest economic basket case.

Whitney said: "America�s currency monopoly is the perfect pyramid
scheme. As long as nations are forced to buy oil in dollars, the US can
continue its profligate spending with impunity. The only threat to this
strategy is the prospect of competition from an independent oil
exchange, forcing the faltering dollar to go nose to nose with more
stable, debt-free currencies such as the euro.

"That would compel central banks to diversify their currency holdings,
sending billions of dollars back to America and ensuring a devastating
economic crash."

Iran has already given notice to the world that it intends opening this
new euro oil market next month. With the devastating blow that this
move will cause to the US-British economies, we can expect Washington
and Britain to precipitate a pre-emptive confrontation with Iran over
its �nuclear ambitions� and �threats�, using poor little
(nuclear-armed-to-the-teeth) Israel as a proxy.

The profoundly disturbing contradiction is this: the Anglo-American
neo-imperialists need to subjugate Iran for economic survival, yet
their conventional military resources are pinned down in overstretched
geopolitical adventures. The Anglo-American war on humanity could thus
reach new depths of illegality and depravity, through the unleashing of
nuclear weapons.
