The leader of Al Qaeda in Iraq, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, surfaced Tuesday in a Web site video mocking the U.S.-led effort in Iraq. In the video, he also displays what are said to be newly developed missiles for the insurgents' battle. The CIA believe the voice on the tape is al-Zarqawi, and a U.S. counterterrorism official called his rhetoric "a lot of jihadist bravado."
