American Ports Still "Disturbingly" Insecure... "Vulnerable To The Proverbial Trojan Horse"... By The Huffington Post Inspections at overseas ports of high-risk cargo bound for the U.S. are ``disturbingly low,'' and the system for flagging suspect containers is flawed, according to a congressional report.
