Yes, Alan, we indeed got Amy Goodman's attention! Just nice to let
her know that she is not *quite* loved and fawned-over by all
liberals, Nope! And good that she knows that we are "onto" her game.
Admittedly, twas kinda nice to burst her lovely little bubble.

Speakers? Greg Nixon was the best. He's got my vote for President
anyday! Smiles. As far as Sander Hicks? Well... At one point,
when he said something about Osama Bin Laden outside of Amy Goodman's
office? I screamed out: Osama did not DO 9/11! (Sure made my
position clear)!

Needless to say, with my anger that tinged upon animosity, I was
*not* chosen to be the one to have an uh, "chat" with Ms. Goodman!
LOL

But Sander Hicks was okay. Very much about the fact that 9/11 was an
inside job, and done by the administration, etc. Over lunch I told
him that I had not read his book, that many say he is Limited
Hangout, and I wanted to know what he had to say to that? His
response, as coming from a reporter, seemed to be genuine... that he
wanted to be very careful to put in his book only those facts that he
clearly felt he could prove with certainty and credibility (and not
conjecture).

So... I can not know what is in the heart of a person. All I can say
is that he seemed to want the spotlight on him, of course, as he is
running for political office. And, to his credit, he did go much
further into truth than any politician running for office that I have
ever heard.

Personally, I preferred Greg Nixon's angry, loud rants (I know he
*must* be hoarse), as they are much closer to my own way of thinking
and feeling about the political situation of the day. Right now we
are in such a boatload of trouble that there is no time, IMHO, for
being "P.C." any longer.

Yesterday's 9/11 March in NYC was far more emotional an experience
for this truth activist.

In a word, friends? The stuff is finally now starting to hit the fan.
While few of us have all the answers that we require, most of us
who have been studying 9/11 know with great certainty that we
have way, way too many questions to be even moderately comfortable
with the Official Story.

No longer within the realm of "conspiracy theory," discussing the lies,
errors, and omissions of the 9/11 Commission Report is now common-
place conversation. But there are still far too many Americans who do
not know that there even *are* questions about the "Official Story" we've

Subject: My write up on the Pentagon

I have made a few posts here in the past, but I wrote something I am
going to post to a blog, and thought you might be interested in it,
since I have some expertise into what might have happened on 911.

Mike

I would like to give you my input as to the events on September 11,
and why it is a physically provable fact that all of the damage done
to the Pentagon could not have occurred solely from a Boeing 757
impact, and therefore the 9/11 Commission report is not complete and
arguably a cover up. I will not speculate about what may have been
covered up, I will only speak from my professional opinion.

I am a Mechanical Engineer who spent many years in Aerospace,
including structural design, and in the design, and use of shaped
charge explosives (like those that would be used in missile
warheads).

The structural design of a large aircraft like a 757 is based around
handling the structural loads of a pressurized vessel, the cabin, to
near atmospheric conditions while at the lower pressure of cruising
altitudes, and to handle the structural and aerodynamic loads of the
wings, control surfaces, and the fuel load. It is made as light as
possible, and is certainly not made to handle impact loads of any
kind.

If a 757 were to strike a reinforced concrete wall, the energy from
the speed and weight of the aircraft will be transferred, in part
into the wall, and to the structural failure of the aircraft. It is
not too far of an analogy as if you had an empty aluminum can,
traveling at high speed hitting a reinforced concrete wall. The
aluminum can would crumple (the proper engineering term is buckle)
and, depending on the structural integrity of the wall, crack,
crumble or fail completely. The wall failure would not be a neat
little hole, as the energy of the impact would be spread throughout
the wall by the reinforcing steel.

This is difficult to model accurately, as any high speed, high
energy, impact of a complex structure like an aircraft, into a
discontinuous wall with windows etc is difficult. What is known is
that nearly all of the energy from this event would be dissipated in
the initial impact, and subsequent buckling of the aircraft.

We are lead to believe that not only did the 757 penetrate the outer
wall, but continued on to penetrate separate internal walls totaling
9 feet of reinforced concrete. The final breach of concrete was a
nearly perfectly cut circular hole in a reinforced concrete wall,
with no subsequent damage to the rest of the wall. If we are to
believe that some how this aluminum aircraft did in fact reach this
final wall. It is physically impossible for the wall to have failed
in a neat clean cut circle, period. When I first saw this hole, a
chill went down my spine because I knew it was not possible to have
a reinforced concrete wall fail in this manner, it should have caved
in, in some fashion.

How do you create a nice clean hole in a reinforced concrete wall?
with an explosive shape charge. An explosive shape charge, or
cutting charge is used in various military warhead devices. You
design the geometry of the explosive charge so that you create a
focused line of energy. You essentially focus nearly all of the
explosive energy in what is referred to as a jet. You use this jet
to cut and penetrate armor on a tank, or the walls of a bunker. The
signature is clear and unmistakable. In a missile, the explosive
charge is circular to allow the payload behind the initial shape
charge to enter what ever has been penetrated.

I do not know what happened on 911, I do not know how politics works

engines were never recovered from the wreckage, and the fact that
our government has direct video coverage of the flight path, and
impact, from at least a gas station and hotel, which they have
refused to release.

You can call me a tin hat, crazy, conspiracy theory, etc, but I can
say from my expertise that the damage at the Pentagon was not caused
solely by a 757.

Those words meant something to Gene Simes, a Vietnam Marine Veteran . So in an atmosphere of
continuing cuts in Veteran Administration Budgets, reduced quality of veteran’s care, increasing numbers of wounded returning from battle, inappropriate use of military personnel for vaccine research as well as the increased use of the Freres Doctrine against active military forces, VFVC, Inc. was founded.
A History buff, Gene knew about the earliest battles unbelievably won by a bunch of rag-tag farmers ill prepared against the well trained English troops. He was aware of America’s youth going into battles ill
prepared for the journey, yet American Military Forces geared up and came out in front. When a nation puts their men, and now their women, on a battle field, that nation had best be prepared to take care of those youngsters when they come home, especially if they do not come home whole. That is what VFVC is all about.
From George Washington’s march on Yorktown’s then unexpectedly defeating General Cornwallis, to a band of jobless veterans, American’s have always stood firm when enough was enough!
Calling themselves the “Bonus Expeditionary Forces”, led by a former cannery worker named Walter W. Walters, jobless veterans arrived in the Capital in May of 1931. Thirteen years after World War I came to an end, these men were demanding the “Bonus” Congress had promised to them.
The first firings in this new battle came in June 2005 when Gene and a contingency of his followers marched to the Capital. Invited by Congressman Bon Filner of the 51st District in California, the group was welcomed by Jeffrey Phillips, Communications Director of the Veterans Affairs Committees to discus issues with, and make requests to, Congressional Representatives. The dialogue lasted more than two and a half hours. They met again December 6. This time for more than four and a half hours. Congressman Buyers observed this meeting for a short time and left never having introduced himself.
Full Congressional answers to those dialogues came in the 2006 VA budget, which did not include needed additional funding. A statement by Congressman Buyers to upgrade the VA bureaucracy with more political appointees and make it more business-like was even more insulting. The change of time for veterans to be heard on the 2007 budget and the administration’s continued fight to re-institute the anthrax vaccine program were the final insults.
So, retired Marine Gene Simes went back to Central New York to plan for the next round of fire: If reason and facts can not convince, then something new must be added to the mix. If a few reasoning individuals was not enough, will more be better? A Veterans march on Washington just might wake up the “City that ignores”
“The word is out. We are adding volunteer State Organizers every day,” explained Chairman Simes. “Other Veteran Organizations are joining in. ‘Theveteransmarch2006’ is ON!

stevedoring [loading and unloading] of military equipment at the Texan

On the night of December 23, 1913, the U.S. Congress committed
perhaps the greatest act of treason in history. It surrendered the
nation's sovereignty and sold the American people into slavery to a
cabal of arch-charlatan bankers who proceeded to plunder, bankrupt,
and conquer the nation with a money swindle.
The "money" the banks issue is merely bookkeeping entries. It cost
them nothing and is not backed by their wealth, efforts, property,
or risk. It is not redeemable except in more debt paper. The Federal
Reserve Act forced us to pay compound interest on thin air. We now
use worthless "notes" backed by our own credit that we cannot own
and are made subject to compelled performance for the "privilege."
From 1913 until 1933 the U.S. paid the "interest" with more and more
gold. The structured inevitability soon transpired; the Treasury was
empty, the debt was greater than ever, and the U.S. declared
bankruptcy. In exchange for using notes belonging to bankers who
create them out of nothing on our own credit, we are forced to repay
in substance (labor, property, land, businesses, resources - life)
in ever-increasing amounts. This may be the greatest heist and fraud
of all time.
When a government goes bankrupt, it looses its sovereignty. In 1933
the U.S. declared bankruptcy, as expressed in Roosevelt's Executive
Orders 6073, 6102, 6111, and 6260, House Joint Resolution 192 of
June 5, 1933 confirmed in Perry v. U.S. (1935) 294 U.S. 330-381, 79
LEd 912, as well as 31 United States Code (USC) 5112, 5119 and 12
USC 95a.
The bankrupt U.S. went into receivership, reorganized in favor of
its creditors and new owners. 1913 turned over America lock, stock,
and barrel to a handful of criminals whose avowed intent from the
beginning was to plunder, bankrupt, conquer, and enslave the people
of the United States of America and eliminate the nation from the
face of the earth. The goal was, and is, to absorb America into a
one-world private commercial government, a "New World Order."
With the Erie RR v. Thompkins case of 1938 the Supreme Court
confirmed their success; we are now in an international private
commercial jurisdiction in colorable admiralty-maritime under the
Law Merchant. We have been conned and betrayed out of our
sovereignty, rights, property, freedom, common law, Article III
courts, and Republic. The Bill of Rights has been statutized
into "civil rights" in commerce.

America has been stolen. We have been made slaves: permanent
debtors, bankrupt, in legal incapacity, rendered "commercial
persons," "residents," and corporate franchisees known as "citizens
of the United States" under the so-called "14th Amendment."
Said "Amendment" (which was never ratified - see Congressional
Record, June 13, 1967; Dyett v. Turner, (1968) 439 P2d 266, 267;
State v. Phillips, (1975)

Here is what is going to very quickly happen internationally. All of
the governments around the world are going to unite. They will
create one big giant credit union for collecting the debt for the
International Banksters. We have allowed ourselves to get into this
very sad situation, but that is the way it is.
