Apr. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad ruled out compliance with a United Nations deadline to halt uranium enrichment, saying diplomatic efforts won't lead the Islamic Republic to abandon its nuclear ambitions.
