Highlights of the Deception
===========================

Make sure the President is away from Washington doing some humanitarian, "hugable-lovable" Photo Op.

Make sure the TV media feed showing the WTC Airliner crash is complete with the required fakery.

Make sure you have a camera crew (Naudet Bros.) that just happens to be in a perfect spot to catch the first hit. Make sure to have the appropriate fakery is embedded in that as well.

Make sure you have plenty of witnesses, FBI reports, and other background info to convince the Public of the guilt of the "hijackers". A "magically" intact passport of one of the "dead" hijackers found around the crime scene would be a nice touch. Don't forget to leave luggage of Atta (big bad mean hijacker leader) at Boston airport with incriminating documents. (bonus: make sure to cover up Able Danger where an "Atta" was identified years before 9/11).

Plant credible witnesses at WTC and Pentagon to give eye-witness testimony.

Make sure to have video of celebrating Arabs on tap.

Other points to swing the "Deal":

Avoid all attempts to have an honest Commission to investigate. (If after a few years, the weight of the demands can not be resisted, do a "fix" on the Commission: Zelikow is probably the man for the job.)

Make sure fake bin-Laden videos and audios are created and mysteriously leak out confirming the all Bush Admin allegations about the "War on Terror"

Terrorize Congress with Biological Attacks (Anthrax might do the trick.) Hey, there's that one pesky Tabloid, let send a little wake-up call to them too.

Send out the message loud and clear that anyone who questions the official story: Well, they are with the Arab Terrorists!

Make sure everyone knows we at War, and the old "Mr. Nice Guy" rule of law doesn't apply.

*We may have some problems with Senator Wellstone. Ideas anyone?

Also, we initiated that contract for expanded detainee housing at Guantanamo in 1999, so we have capacity to "disappear people" there as needed.

And finally, we got this "20th" hijacker Moussaoui in custody. We don't know what we'll do with him, but he did such a good job of going to a flight school and acting crazy that we were forced to detain him rather than dismiss the reports of suspicious Arabs like we were able to do with most of the other operatives.
