Why Indeed Did the WTC Buildings Collapse?

Seventeen reasons for advancing the
controlled-demolition
hypothesis while challenging the �official�
fire-caused
collapse hypothesis are delineated here. (No rebuttal
can be complete, of course, unless it addresses all
seventeen of these points.)
1. Molten Metal, Flowing and in Pools
Hydrocarbon (jet fuel) and office furniture fires DO
NOT explain
the observation of molten metal, flowing in pools,
clearly observed
in the wreckage of the WTC towers. They simply could
not burn
hot enough or long enough to cause this.
However, high explosives would provide an easy and
adequate
explanation for this observed phenomenon.
2. High Temperatures and Sulfidation in WTC 7 Steel
Sulfidation was observed in structural steel samples
from WTC 7
and one of the WTC towers, which would require
temperatures of
approx. 1000�C.
It is very rare for hydrocarbon and office furniture
fires to burn
at above a maximum of 650�C, however explosive cutter
charges
(e.g. HDX, RDX and thermate in some combination) would
easily explain
these temperatures.
3. Near-Symmetrical Collapse of WTC 7
WTC 7 collapsed rapidly and nearly-straight-down
symmetrically.
A complete and nearly-symmetrical collapse of a steel
frame
building due to random fires is unprecedented in
history,
and very unlikely.
On the other hand, a major goal of controlled
demolition using
cutter-charges/explosives is the complete and
straight-down-symmetrical
collapse of buildings, which provides a much more
adequate explanation.
The reader should review controlled-demolition
examples
at http://www.implosionworld.com/cinema.htm for
examples of
complete symmetrical collapses due to carefully
pre-positioned
explosives. (The videos of the Philips Building,
Southwark Towers,
and Schuylkill Falls Tower collapses are particularly
instructive.)
4. No Previous Steel-frame Skyscraper Collapses Due to
Fires, None
No steel-beam high-rise has EVER before 9/11/01 (or
since) completely
collapsed due to fires! However, such complete and
nearly symmetrical
collapses in tall steel-frame buildings have occurred
many times before
-- all of them due to pre-positioned explosives in a
procedure called
�implosion� or controlled demolition.
How likely is it, then, for such an occurrence in
downtown Manhattan�
three steel-frame skyscrapers completely collapsed on
the same day,
September 11, 2001, presumably without the use of
explosives?
5. Squib-timing During WTC 7 Collapse
Horizontal puffs of smoke and debris are observed
emerging from WTC-7
on upper floors, in regular sequence, just as the
building starts to
collapse.
(Remember - no plane hit WTC 7, and the office fires
were relatively
small
and in random locations. A number of steel-framed
buildings have burnt
MUCH hotter, and for MUCH longer, and none has EVER
collapsed.)
This collapse, at free-fall speed, and the observed
squibs proceeding
up the side of the building is consistent with
pre-positioned
cutter-charges
in a controlled demolition.
In addition, Larry Silverstein, the building owner,
clearly said in an
interview
that the decision was made to "pull" WTC 7.
To successfully "pull" a building (i.e. to "pull" out
the main support
beams
and perform a controlled demolition) takes weeks of
expert planning
and a careful prepositioning of the explosives in just
the right
places.
Also note, the CIA office on floor 47 of the 47 storey
WTC 7 was
conveniently evacuated BEFORE the collapse.
6. Early Drop of North Tower Antenna
Pre-positioned cutter charges would easily explain the
almost
simultaneous
failure of the 47 enormous steel core columns of this
building which
supported the antenna.
The official theories do not provide an adequate
explanation for why
the North Tower communications antenna dropped early.
7. Eyewitness Accounts of Flashes and Loud Explosions
Multiple loud explosions in rapid sequence were heard
and reported
by numerous observers in and near the WTC Towers.
Firemen and others
described flashes and explosions in upper floors near
where the plane
entered, and in lower floors of WTC 2 just prior to
its collapse,
far below the region where the plane had struck the
tower.
Reliable eyewitnesses at the scene also report hearing
and feeling
explosions
in the BASEMENT below their feet, BEFORE hearing the
eplosions from
the plane hitting the building far above. (This
testimony has been
widely
reported in the Spanish press, but largely ignored by
the media in the
U.S.)
These observations are not adequately explained by jet
fuel and office
furniture fires, but they are consistent with a
carefully planned
explosive demolition.
8. Ejection of Steel Beams and Debris-plumes, Towers
The horizontal ejection of steel beams for hundreds of
feet and the
pulverization of concrete to flour-like powder,
observed clearly
in the collapses of the WTC towers, provide further
evidence for
the use of explosives.
9. �Burning Questions that Need Answers�
The structural steel, which would provide evidence of
a controlled
demolition, was quickly removed, cut up and sold for
scrap.
Why was the "evidence" so quickly and efficiently
removed from
the crime scene?
Does someone have something to hide?
10. Controlled Demolition �Implosions� Require Skill
To get WTC 7 to collapse into its own footprint in
such a beautiful,
symmetrical fashion as it did, instead of toppling
over sideways,
takes a great deal of planning and skill.
In fact, this feat requires such skill that only a
handful
of demolition companies in the world will attempt it.
Why would terrorists bring the building down so
beautifully,
when bringing it down sideways could cause more
devestation?
And could anyone have done this job so quickly and
efficiently
amidst the turmoil of the events of 9/11/01?
11. Faculty at WTC Review Support Investigation
About sixty people from the faculties of Physics,
Mechanical
Engineering,
Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Psychology,
Geology,
and Mathematics all saw Professor Jones evidence and
scientific
arguments
for the controlled demolition theory. (A local
university and college
were
represented - BYU and Utah Valley State College)
After 2 hours of intense debate, all present at this
seminar agreed
that his theory of controlled demolition was worthy of
further
investigation
and independent scrutiny.
12. Comments on Paper by Bazant and Zhou
The WTC towers were solidly constructed with 47 steel
core columns
and 240 perimeter steel beams. 287 steel-columns
total.
Many doubt that random fires/damage could burn hot
enough to cause them
to collapse straight down (official theory), but
explosives would
provide
an easy explanation.
13. Comments on Final NIST Report on WTC Towers
Professor Jones has read through the hundreds of pages
of the Final
NIST
report on the collapses of the WTC Towers (NIST,
2005), and he agrees
with the reasoned arguments of many people who
challenge NIST's
collapse theory, and believes NIST is simply ignoring
a lot of the
data.
However, Occam's razor suggests that the simplest
explanation
which addresses and satisfies ALL the evidence (i.e.
controlled
demolition)
is most probably correct.
14. Support from New Civil Engineering Article
An article in the journal New Civil Engineering (NCE)
lends support to
concerns about the NIST analysis of the WTC collapses.
Here we have serious concerns about the NIST WTC
collapse report
raised by structural and fire engineers, augmenting
the arguments
raised here by a physicist.
15. Analysis by Whistleblower Kevin Ryan
NIST nowhere provides a likelihood analysis for their
non-explosive
collapse model.
Kevin Ryan, the whistleblower from Underwriters
Laboratories, did his
own
brief statistical analysis regarding the NIST report.
Ryan estimates that the probability that fires and
damage (the
�official theory�)
could cause the Towers complete collapse is less than
one in a
TRILLION,
and the probability is much less still when the
complete collapse of
WTC7
is included (Ryan, 2005).
Jones strongly agrees with Kevin Ryan:
"This [�official�] story just does not add up�.
That fact should be of great concern to all
Americans�.
There is no question that the events of 9/11 are the
emotional driving force behind the War on Terror.
And the issue of the WTC collapse is at the crux of
the story of
9/11."
16. Rapid Collapses and Conservation of Momentum
Pre-planted explosives easily explain the near
free-fall speed of
collapse
of the Twin Towers and WTC 7.
The "official" "pancake" theory contradicts the law of
conservation
of momentum � one of the foundational Laws of Physics.
How does FEMA, NIST and 9-11 Commission explain this
contradiction?
They don't - they simply ignore it.
Also, amazingly, the falling Towers turn to fine dust
as the collapse
ensues.
Explosives could readily account for this.
How does NIST explain this phenomena? Quite simply,
they don't. They
simply
admit that they ignore the data to be observed during
the actual
collapses
of the towers.
However, if we seek the truth of the matter, we must
NOT ignore
this crucial data.
17. Inconsistencies in �Official� Models
The "official" FEMA theories require a series of
inconsistent
and incompatible models.
In contrast, the controlled demolition hypothesis
accounts for
all the available data about the collapse of the WTC
buildings
rather easily.
Conclusions:
* There are glaring inadequacies in the �final�
reports funded
by the US government.
* The official theory lacks repeatability in that no
actual models
or buildings (before or since 9-11-01) have been
observed to
completely
collapse due to the proposed fire-based mechanisms.
* On the other hand, the theory of pre-positioned
explosives fits all
the
observable evidence, and therefore should NOT be
dismissed, but
deserves
closer scientific scrutiny and debate.

Now, as the lights burn low in the evening of humanity, when madness has spread its poison over most of the globe and throughout most of our bodies, I just want to say thanks for a lovely evening and I'm sorry the way things turned out.
What exactly is your plan as system failure approaches, if I may ask?
Personally, I don't have one. As a result of publishing delays, news overload, and general confusion, I appear to find myself at the end of my current publishing career, beset by financial woes from which I likely will not recover. Even though I have a new book coming out and another in the works, my efficacy as an Internet essayist appears to be at and end, owing to the choices I have made that have resulted in my exclusion from virtually all established Internet news venues, at least the ones I liked.
An array to supposedly sincere voices have turned against me. I leave it to you to determine the validity of their assertions.
But what was the bomb I threw that made so many turn away in reflexive fear?

I hit a nerve. What was the nerve I hit?
What has caused the widespread banning of my essays at supposedly hip, progressively political sites across the Internet? What boundary in the enforced silence of government censorship did I cross?
I ID'd the perps, is what. And gave everyone a glimpse into some serious gatekeeper behavior on the Net.
Did you ever ask who the gatekeepers protect?
Jewish bankers. For 250 years, at least. War after war. Just check who's financing the ones we have now. Israeli financiers, who profited from advance knowledge of 9/11 stock trades and reaped insurance dividends as well, control all of American politics through influence in government (Kissinger, Perle, Wolfowitz), media (Hollywood and networks), and money (Rothschild, Rockefeller and their numerous clones).
Sure there are other dupes involved who profess different creeds and lineages. But always look at who’s handling the money.
This is the secret government. It's not-so-secret if you have the money to buy into the great scam producer, that churns money out of blood. But if you're an ordinary wage-earner, you're stuck in the dreary sitcom of partisan party politics where all the characters say only what they are allowed to say by the cash-bloated puppeteers who control them.
That you can't say the word Jew in connection with 9/11, the Iraq war, or the outright purchase of the American Congress, are more than clear indicators of the full spectrum dominance of Jewish influence in American culture, resulting in approval of the same kind of torture they routinely use in Israel, is all frighteningly similar to what it was in Germany before Hitler took power.
Full spectrum dominance. Endless war. Needlessly killed people. Will you be one of them?

Hundreds of essays on hundreds of websites around the world, hundreds of radio interviews, a few on TV or video, thousands of e-mail exchanges that expanded my mind to the point where I had to burst out with what I knew.
It was the reason for all this needless conflict. How much good my telling you about it remains to be seen. But ever since I saw that all the misleading labels — Frankists, Illuminati, New World Order — were only synonyms for the same group, I don’t pay much attention to labels. They’re really only for smearing someone. Better to use the actual word.
The very word that’s forbidden. I have pushed that envelope as far as I can and have been banned, ridiculed, proscribed and prevented from publishing what are obvious truths that everyone on this planet needs to know.

Evidence:
The World Trade Towers were brought down by CONTROLLED DEMOLITION – Experts Engineers in the Fields of Construction and Demolitions report that the way the Towers fell, could only have been done by Controlled Demolition, and not by planes or fire, as (fraudulently) described by the official Bush Administration, , Keene Commission, Report. –Such as the facts
(1) that the towers fell at the speed of gravity, with no resistance from the floors below
(2) the pieces were all in the same size, the size to fit on a truck, as in controlled demolition,
(3) the Construction of the towers had outside steel girders, and 2 rounds of inside steel girders, which a plane could not have taken all out, and if it did, the inside girders would still have remained, like a stereo record stacker, even as it fell.
(4) Jet fuel only burns at 1700 degrees, and would have burned up in 15 seconds, and it takes 2,700 degrees to melt steel, so the Keene Report could not have been true, in its main statement, that the jet fuel melted the steel in the girders and supports, causing them to bend and buckle.
(5) Fire Engineering experts report that fire has never brought down a skyscraper.
(6) There are pictures of people standing in holes made by the planes, so the Keene report could not be true, that the jet fuel burned so hot, to melt the steel, and nothing could withstand it,
(7) The black boxes, some body parts, and passports of the hijackers were reported to have been found, although the fuel burned so hot that it burned up the entire plane and melted steel girders, the Keene Commission reports, but not explains???
(8) People in the towers reported explosions before the planes hit, and multi-explosions from floors below the plane hit.
(9) Molten steel remained for 6 weeks after, which is consistent with bombs and controlled demolition, and not crushing collapse
(10) The top of tower 1, tilted off to the side, but righted itself, and fell into the buildings base. That could only happen if controlled demolition was taking out the bottom of the building at the same time.
(11) Marvin Bush (brother) was head of security, and shut down all security cameras 2 weeks before hand, and that is how long it would take to set the controlled demolition.
(12) The hole in the Pentagon was only 16 feet by 16 feet by 16 feet, and no plane was in the picture. The roof caved in, after pictures were taken of the original small hole. The hole was consistent with a bomb, or drone missile. There was little debris on the lawn, except wooden furniture, books, and wire rolls (not plane debris). The Keene Report admitted that, but stated that the whole plane burned up, (including the titanium engines which could not have burned), although they state that body parts of passengers were found, and returned to relatives, and passports of the hijackers were found in the rubble. How????
(13) 6 of the 11 hijackers were found alive, in Arabia, or Egypt. The Keene Commission refused to acknowledge or answer.
(14) Building 7 came down, in controlled demolition fashion, also, and no plane hit it!!!
(15) War game tactics were being conducted at the same time by the Airforce causing confusion, for a mock terrorist attack, so that no planes came to rescue, until almost 2 hours or so later.
(16) There were dozens of warnings of the attacks, and the government took no precautions.
(17) Karl Rove, Bush’s advisor, stated in his speech to the Republican National Convention 1/20/01, that THEY NEED AND WILL HAVE A WAR, IN ORDER TO BE RE-ELECTED. Cheney, Wolfowitz, Marvin Bush, and other Bush Regime War Profiteers, wrote in their, 2000 document, “Rebuilding America’s Defenses, Project for a New American Century,” that THEY NEEDED A “CATASTROPHIC AND CATALYZING EVENT LIKE A NEW PEARL HARBOR.
(18) . On 7/4/04, on TV, CBS News Sunday Morning, with Charles Osgood, Walter Cronkite said, “The Bush Administration is waging war on the U.S., and is the most corrupt government ever to exist, because it is conquering the world, and doing everything subversively.”
Along with previous corrupt Bush Administration Tactics:
Eliminate access to courts or ways to defend one’s self, and police protection, Manipulate the Citizens of the U.S. into being like sheep to slaughter, By making citizens to be ignorant, alone, afraid, with low self-esteem, And unable to organize, or to do any thing against the government, Surveillance by corrupt CIA, police and corrupt government operatives, Hire in government, only personnel with corrupt morals or records!! Arabs who criticize Shiites are persecuted in the same way Americans are persecuted if they criticize Zionists.
How Iranians Think and Operate
There are big powerless minorities in Iran, but the Iranians in power believe in holy clans. Iranians worship through the holy clan. The holy clan is placed above prophets and holy scriptures. The Shah belonged to one, Khomeini belonged to another. Switching clans does not change much.
In his book "Islamic Government," Khomeini stated that lying is a religious duty when one needs it to reach power. House Counsel are preparing a draft document laying out the President's
wartime authority to remain in office past 2008, The Register has learned.
The scheme is described as an emergency "continuity presidency," made
necessary by the extraordinary circumstances and unique challenges of
protecting the United States from the threat of international terrorism.
"The world changed on 9/11," a confidential DoJ memo obtained by The
Register explains, "and no Administration in US history is better suited to
adapt productively to those changes than this one.
"The Attorney General supports the basic framework in the White House
Counsel's draft proposal for a future Executive Order establishing a
Continuity Presidency, with two provisos: 1. There must be at least the
appearance of a time limit, which the AG believes might be satisfied by
tying the duration of the Continuity Presidency to the duration of the GWOT
[global war on terrorism]; and 2. The House and Senate Majority Leaders and
the Chairpersons of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees must issue a
written certification that they have approved the plan.
"AG does not believe that the plan will succeed unless those conditions can
be met. Suggest you liase with [the White House office of] Legislative
Affairs and get their sense of the liklihood that the key Members will work
with us."
The memo is signed Christine McIntyre, Special Assistant to the United
States Attorney General, and is addressed to Philip Van Zandt, Special
Assistant to White House Counsel Harriet Miers.
A second memo leaked to The Register, this time from DoJ Assistant McIntyre
to Jock Mahoney, Special Assistant to US Solicitor General Paul Clement, and
to Philip Van Zandt at the White House, anticipates an immediate Supreme
Court challenge to the scheme, and offers a few suggestions for defending
the Administration's action.
"We will be attacked on the basis of Article II Section 1, and on Amendment
XXII," McIntyre writes. "Thus it is absolutely crucial that the anticipated
Executive Order for a Continuity Presidency make no mention whatsoever of a
Third Term.' This will eliminate appeals to Amendment XXII, and leave us
free to focus our attack on Article II Section 1 alone. Thus, the Executive
Order has got to be framed as a necessary - and Congressionally authorized -
extension of the President's Second Term, so that we can base our arguments
on the Joint Resolution and Article II Section 2.
"Above all," McIntyre warns, "we must emphasize that the 2001 Joint
Resolution, in which Congress empowered the President to 'use all necessary
and appropriate force ... to prevent any future acts of international
terrorism against the United States,' and Article II Section 2 of the United
States Constitution, give the President ample authority to issue an
Executive Order for a Continuity Presidency for the duration of the GWOT, to
exercise fully his mandate to protect the American people from harm.
"We must also press the national security angle hard and emphasize that the
United States would be endangered severely by a change of government at this
time. America cannot afford to give the terrorists such an opportunity."
Now, this might not seem like much for the Bushies to pin their imperial
hopes on, but the White House has already succeeded in expanding the 2001
Joint Resolution, and Article II Section 2 of the Constitution, to include
virtually any step, legal and illegal, that the Administration wishes to
take in prosecuting the war on terror.
For a recent example we might recall repeated White House and DoJ assertions
that the Joint Resolution and Article II Section 2 authorize the President
to eavesdrop on US citizens in clear violation of federal law. And neither
Congress nor the Supremes have shown any inclination to rein him in.
So, as sketchy as the justification is, if the Congressional leadership and
the US Supreme Court should capitulate to Bush, as they have tended to do in
the past, it seems possible that he might remain in the White House past the
expiration of his second term, as he obviously intends.
The Register contacted the offices of the US Attorney General and the White
House Counsel, and both declined to comment. Neither denied the memos,
however.
Are they a hoax? We consulted renowned constitutional scholar Bud Jamison,
of the prestigious Washington legal firm Horowitz Feinberg & Horowitz, for
insight.
"I don't think they're a hoax, but I also don't think that there's anything
here for the public to worry about, except the sad comment it makes on the
current Administration," Jamison told The Register.
"I think we can assume - even for the sake of argument alone - that there is
a draft proposal along these lines circulating. Obviously, we can only
speculate about the full content and wording of the proposal, but based on
the comments in these memos, I think we can do that fairly productively,"
Jamison said.
"First, the fact that this proposal is in the works so far in advance of the
2008 elections suggests that real care is being taken, which in turn
suggests that President Bush is, for the moment, anyway, quite serious about
attempting this coup d'état.
"If it ever becomes public, I suspect we'll find that the proposed executive
order will postpone the 2008 elections - citing the exigencies of war -
rather than attempt to do battle with Article II Section 1 and the 22nd
Amendment," Jamison explained.
"But, Constitutionally speaking, Bush hasn't got a leg to stand on. Article
II Section 1 states plainly that the president is elected to a four-year
term, and the 22nd Amendment states plainly that he can serve only two terms
He's looking for weasel room, and he thinks that merely extending his
second term, rather than declaring a third term, will give it to him. He's
mistaken.
"I can't imagine even a sympathetic Supreme Court going along with this -
although I'll admit that I was surprised when they handed him the Florida
election in 2000. Still, what's being proposed here is literally a coup d
état; the Court is not going to sanction it, even if key members of Congress
do.
"If you think about what would happen, it quickly becomes a reductio ad
absurdum, Jamison explained.
"Consider the practical problems: the election might well go on in defiance
of the executive order. That might leave Bush no alternative but to declare
martial law. He would need support from the military in that case, and I
doubt he would get it. Remember, military personnel swear an oath to the
Constitution first, and to the President second. Where the two are in
conflict, most will consider the Constitution paramount.
"But suppose he were to let the election go on, and merely declare its
results invalid, say with another executive order. Even a Republican House
is going to impeach him, and even a Republican Senate is going to convict
him. He'll be the ex-President in a heartbeat," Jamison predicted.
"And suppose he still refuses to leave? The Secret Service might forcibly
eject him from the White House when the Senate conviction is handed down.
What a gross public humiliation that would be, to be seen kicking and
screaming as he's carried from the building. Bush can't risk it, especially
with his grandiose personality.
"The best he could hope for is a military faction that would support him and
defend the White House third-world-style, but there will certainly be a
larger faction that will oppose him. Bush would become a prisoner in the
White House, with his little Praetorian Guard. He'd be irrelevant. Congress
would take over all of the day-to-day business of running the federal
bureaucracy, and cut off money and other supplies to the White House. They'd
probably cut the electricity, too.
"So you can see how quickly this becomes absurd. Bush will either finish his
second term on schedule, or he'll be out of the White House before his
second term expires."
"I'm sure he'll go with option one," Jamison chuckled.
"But," Jamison continued, "Bush is so accustomed to having his way, and he
exists in such a weird bubble of manufactured reality, that I can picture
him believing that his second term could be extended. Still, I'm confident
that someone among the gaggle of boot-licking toadies he's surrounded
himself with will muster the nerve to sit him down and explain the facts of
life.
"This proposal will never see the light of day. It may take a while for
reality to sink in, but once Bush appreciates the potential for grotesque
public humiliation that he's courting, he'll kill it," Jamison concluded.
As for the inevitable political fallout from the leaked memos alone, Jamison
sees little for Bush to worry about.
"It shows incredibly poor judgment and galling arrogance on the
Administration's part, but that's nothing new. And you can be sure that Bush
and Cheney have got complete deniability in this little caper," he said.
"And that goes for Gonzales, Miers, and Clement too. The five or six people
involved will be sacked, and the press will be told that the affair was
merely the unauthorized creation of a handful of over-zealous underlings
acting on their own. The Republican-controlled Congress will decline to
investigate, and the issue will soon be forgotten. A break in the Natalee
Holloway investigation is all it takes for a story like that to be erased
permanently from the news."

Also, be sure to have in advance database web sites links information
before attacking any black medias.
And always be sure to attack them in the heart, their weak spot, think
where and when it's the most significant way you can heart them
really hard, precise and fast.
By this way, micro cell strike teams who are well organize can punch
them fast and hard and move to another target very efficiently without
the black medias can do anything.
This little cells strike anti- desinfopropaganda against NWO can also
change target respectively in a way they are not easily detectable on
their pattern attack in attacking each individual web sites again black
medias.

CFR's Plan to Integrate
the
U.S., Mexico and Canada by Phyllis Schlafly, July 13,
2005
The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has just let the cat out of the
bag about what's really behind our trade agreements and security
partnerships with the other North American countries. A 59-page CFR
document spells out a five-year plan for the "establishment by 2010 of a
North American economic and security community" with a common "outer
security perimeter."
"Community" means integrating the United States with the corruption,
socialism, poverty and population of Mexico and Canada. "Common
perimeter" means wide-open U.S. borders between the U.S., Mexico and
Canada.
"Community" is sometimes called "space" but the CFR goal is clear: "a
common economic space ... for all people in the region, a space in which
trade, capital, and people flow freely." The CFR's "integrated" strategy
calls for "a more open border for the movement of goods and people."
The CFR document lays "the groundwork for the freer flow of people
within North America." The "common security perimeter" will require us
to "harmonize visa and asylum regulations" with Mexico and Canada,
"harmonize entry screening," and "fully share data about the exit and
entry of foreign nationals."
This CFR document, called "Building a North American Community
<http://www.cfr.org/pub8102/independent_task_force_report/building_a_north_american_community.php> ," asserts that George W. Bush, Mexican
President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin
"committed their governments" to this goal when they met at Bush's ranch
and at Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005. The three adopted the "Security
and Prosperity Partnership of North America" and assigned "working
groups" to fill in the details.
It was at this same meeting, grandly called the North American summit,
that President Bush pinned the epithet "vigilantes" on the volunteers
guarding our border in Arizona.
A follow-up meeting was held in Ottawa on June 27, where the U.S.
representative, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, told a
news conference that "we want to facilitate the flow of traffic across
our borders." The White House issued a statement that the Ottawa report
"represents an important first step in achieving the goals of the
Security and Prosperity Partnership."
The CFR document calls for creating a "North American preference" so
that employers can recruit low-paid workers from anywhere in North
America. No longer will illegal aliens have to be smuggled across the
border; employers can openly recruit foreigners willing to work for a
fraction of U.S. wages.
Just to make sure that bringing cheap labor from Mexico is an essential
part of the plan, the CFR document calls for "a seamless North American
market" and for "the extension of full labor mobility to Mexico."
The document's frequent references to "security" are just a cover for
the real objectives. The document's "security cooperation" includes the
registration of ballistics and explosives, while Canada specifically
refused to cooperate with our Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). To no
one's surprise, the CFR plan calls for massive U.S. foreign aid to the
other countries. The burden on the U.S. taxpayers will include so-called
"multilateral development" from the World Bank and the Inter-American
Development Bank, "long-term loans in pesos," and a North American
Investment Fund to send U.S. private capital to Mexico.
The experience of the European Union and the World Trade Organization
makes it clear that a common market requires a court system, so the CFR
document calls for "a permanent tribunal for North American dispute
resolution." Get ready for decisions from non-American judges who make
up their rules ad hoc and probably hate the United States anyway. The
CFR document calls for allowing Mexican trucks "unlimited access" to the
United States, including the hauling of local loads between U.S. cities.
The CFR document calls for adopting a "tested once" principle for
pharmaceuticals, by which a product tested in Mexico will automatically
be considered to have met U.S. standards.
The CFR document demands that we implement "the Social Security
Totalization Agreement negotiated between the United States and Mexico."
That's code language for putting illegal aliens into the U.S. Social
Security system, which is bound to bankrupt the system. Here's another
handout included in the plan. U.S. taxpayers are supposed to create a
major fund to finance 60,000 Mexican students to study in U.S. colleges.
To ensure that the U.S. government carries out this plan so that it is
"achievable" within five years, the CFR calls for supervision by a North
American Advisory Council of "eminent persons from outside government .
. . along the lines of the Bilderberg" conferences. The best known
Americans who participated in the CFR Task Force that wrote this
document are former Massachusetts Governor William Weld and Bill
Clinton's immigration chief Doris Meissner. Another participant,
American University Professor Robert Pastor, presented the CFR plan at a
friendly hearing
