country, and the reason for it has been very well explained for
years, but no one wants to hear it because its America's CHURCHES
that have caused it.

Durango CO--Late yesterday afternoon (3-20-06), Judith

Pfeif and a gathering of concerned citizens approached

the Publisher, Mr. Richard G. Ballantine, and the

Editor, Mr. Bill Roberts of the local newspaper The

Durango Herald with a Petition asking them to print a

story about the 911 cover up exposing the 911 lie.

This huge cover up and the lies about 911 are

responsible for the better part of the chaos we see in

our world today. All we are asking from the press is

to print the truth.

The Woman Judith Pfeif, who is the organizer of a

group called, “Caring for Our Community” along with

those concerned others delivered to the Publisher and

Editor of the Herald, a petition signed by over 300

other concerned citizens from the local area and town

of Durango, CO. She had been collecting signatures for

months prior to this presentation of the facts.

Along with the petition, she gave them some other

stories and evidence setting the precedent of prior

reporting; one being a story from Maxim Magazine.

Laminated without anything but the story, Mr.

Ballantine and Mr. Roberts both intently viewed the

story. It’s a sad day in America when we have to get

the truth from a smut magazine.

The most powerful evidence of the 911 cover up given

to the Editor and Publisher of the Durango Herald was

in the five DVD 911-Videos she handed them. The names

of the DVDs given to them for excellent source

material to report from were: 911-In Plane Site, Loose

Change 1, Confronting the Evidence/Painful Deceptions,

and The Greatest Lie Ever Told. The Editor and more

notably the Publisher Mr. Ballantine really seemed to

be investigative as they were previewing the stories

and videos they received.

Among the documentation she presented was also several

prior Letters to the Editor relating to this

information, 133 Websites with Evidence of U.S. Govt

Complicity in 9-11, and a copy of the Yahoo Search

page showing over 6,000,000 hits on the subject “911

cover up.” She finished up by giving them a copy of

this Poll from CNN proving that 90% of the People

polled thought there was a government “cover up”

surrounding the 911 Event.

The great thing to admire is that these fearless

intrepid truth seekers took the initiative to go and

present the truth to the local ‘gatekeeper media’ and

the sad part of this good effort is that there were

not more informed people supporting her efforts.

Let’s all hope that this crack in the dam releases a

flood of truth on our Nation and that the bells of

free press ring in this horrible truth about the 911

cover up. This is a cover up that the rest of the

World already knows about and wonders why the American

people does nothing about it. We the People are trying

desperately to save our Country from the corruption

and Lies that have placed the bondage of ignorance

upon her. The corporate Borg main stream media have

played ‘gatekeeper to long now. Let’s remember after

all, 911 is the root of all these false flag wars on

everything. Maybe if we can finally get the truths to

come out, we can save our freedoms, our way of life,

and America.

A PETITION FOR TRUTH FROM THE MEDIA

We the people of Durango, La Plata County, and beyond

do now petition the Newspapers DURANGO HERALD and the

TELEGRAPH to print truth.

We the undersigned are absolutely disgusted that you

will not report the real truth about the “911 cover

up” that has been responsible for all the innocents

dying in Iraq and Afghanistan including over 10,000 of

our own soldiers. (They don’t count those that die in

hospitals in Germany or die on the plane going there

as fallen dead in Iraq)

You are doing the community a serious dis-service and

giving it a black eye by being complicit in these and

the other crimes of the new world order that is

responsible for this and other crimes against the

People of this Country and County. It is a big let

down and sadly sickening when you get to the end of

the paper because there is no real news or substance

to it anymore.

Since you seemingly have no sense or any moral

intelligence at all, here is the definition of

COMPLICITE according to the Encarta dictionary:

com·plic·it [kem plíssit] adj.

Involved in something illegal: involved in something

illegal or wrong.

It was clear that some of the staff were complicit in

the attempt to cover up the scandal. [Late 20th

century. Back-formation from complicity.]

As people continue to awaken to this horrible truth,

you will look guiltier and guiltier in the eyes of the

people who have stopped buying your wasted paper

product. You are already seen by thousands as guilty

of COMPLICITY because you refuse to report the truth

about the “911 cover-up” and are therefore, part of

the cover up.

If there was one adequate reporter there in your

offices, or if the owners are not part of the plan to

bring down America with the lies and deceit; they

would simply put “911 cover up” into the YAHOO search

engine and discover over 7,000,000 hits on this

subject. Maybe there is some substance to this reality

if there are this many hits on the subject. Any 4th

grader could do a better job of reporting this

horrible truth to the People of this County and State

then the non-reporting and IGNORING OF THE ISSUES the

DURANGO HERALD and TELEGRAPH are guilty of.

We the undersigned petition you to please break the

stranglehold on this Country and lead the mainstream

press back to truthful reporting by really doing the

homework on this issue and then doing the reports.

Durango is one of the leading cities in the nation as

far as its awareness and spiritual insight. It would

be stupendous if our paper became world famous for

breaking this story finally, four years later.

It’s not too late to save the rest of our soldiers

still in Iraq and we should immediately bring them all

home. Only your continued ignorance of the truth will

keep them there and you will be complicit in the

deaths of all who will die after you read this

petition for not allowing the truth to come forward to

stop this madness.

There are at least two strong arguments against the "no-plane"
theory. And a theory is what it is.

First, the question remains - why go through the hoops of making
a fake-plane scenario, enlisting the efforts of ALL major and local
news outlets - when the simpler solution is to use actual airplanes ?

Second, it seems the no-planers have forgotten that commercial
airliners flying low in proximity to the streets of New York, would
make a helluva lot of noise. Our senses include the ability to hear,
as well as see.

There is a simple reason the Naudet Brothers panned their camera
up to capture the first hit at a distance. The plane was incredibly
loud. Loud enough to distract them from the documentary they had
started months previously. Loudness of engines is a viable piece
of evidence. It tends to prove that a commercial jet was nearby.
To argue against that would take even more acrobatics. Huge
"flying" speakers moving over New York ? I don't think so.

No-planers woulkd argue that the Naudet Brothers were "in on the
plan", and added the sound later. However, the live video on their
film "9/11", is an obvious response to sound. Loud sound. If there
were no sound, why pan upward from what they were doing ?
Plus there is NO evidence that they could be involved in some
vast conspiracy.

I found a private video that has much the same scenario regarding
"Flight 175". A hand held camera of some guy on the street who
was asked, "what happened?" As he is answering, in comes that
uncomfortable fact of sound again. And again, the sound is so
loud as to cause the photographer to pan quickly upward. This time,
too late to catch the plane - but in time to catch the resulting explosions.

In standard Rules of Evidence, if you hear a gunshot and quickly look
up to see a falling person, obviously being hit, you can conclude that the
gunshot was responsible for the person's wounds. That would be
called direct evidence.

For the sounds of whatever Flight 11 was, I refer to to the Naudet
Brothers "9/11" film.

For the sounds of whatever Flight 175 was, I refer you to the 2nd
video link below.

1st video, apparently taken from New York harbor by a private
individual. Striking is the fact that the camera is unsteady, and
birds fly through the picture. This, and the fact that it apparently
first appeared on PAX TV, lends credidence that it was untampered
with. Too many witnesses.

2nd video, apparently street level, pretty close to the base of Tower I.
Also a shaky hand-held shot. Another apparent untampered viddeo - this
one of Tower 2, NOTE: Plane not visible. Since no plane was seen to be

is untampered with. But the loud sound of a commercial jet is unmistakable.
As are the sounds of the immediate hit.

Rosalee pointed out this site. Brief plane sited, I believe about 3
miles away. (Considering "9/11 Eyewitness" at a measured 1.8 miles.)
No sound, but the video is untouched for the first frames. The later
zoom-in suffers from "enlargement blues", apparently fairly common
to the event when you zoom in.

I am continuing to look for videos of the event of Tower 2, that have
not had the opportunity to be "tweaked" by anyone. Such videos
tend to offer proof that actual planes were used. Even one such
video would strongly argue against cgi or bluescreen being used.

I will not engage in lengthy, obfuscating arguments about these. Sorry
Gerard, they stand for themselves. It's a case where a picture is worth
a thousand words. When sound is present, there is even more meaning.

member, then I have more doubts about DBSmith than I do about AJ.

I went to court Tuesday on the Civil Harrassment TRO against Tim White. Checking the court calendar, I was alarmed that the case number stamped on the file was not evidenced as being on any docket.

The clerks in the filing office were also alarmed. Upon researching the file, one of the clerks discovered that the wrong file number had been stamped on my paperwork. She then advised me that the hearing was Wednesday, not Tuesday, as had been written on my paperwork. More alarm. That turned out to be false information, and I made a mental note that this was the same clerk who had stamped my file with an incorrect file number.

I went to court Tuesday, and at the hearing informed the judge that the Denver sheriffs had been unable to find White to serve him. I requested a re-issue of the TRO, which was granted.

I went across the street to the Santa Monica Police Department to file the re-issue. The police had refused to file the original TRO against White last month. When the officers at the lobby window began the same nonsense, I became adamant. This time, they accepted the file.

As I was preparing to leave, I saw (2) one hundred dollar bills lying on the ground at my feet. I picked them up and told the police that someone must have dropped the money, and I wanted to alert them. I said I possibly could have dropped it myself, but didn't think so--therefore I tried to hand it over to the lobby cops.

Officer Padilla brought out an evidence envelope and began to prepare a police report. When I asked to see the police report, she showed me what she had written. More alarm.

In the first paragraph, Padilla had written that I had insisted the money was mine. This was patently untrue. When I pointed this out to her, she grabbed the report back from me and said I couldn't see the rest of it. More alarm.

I requested to speak to the Watch Commander. While waiting for him to come downstairs, I called an attorney friend. He is a hard-working and diligent criminal attorney who is very aware that I have endured police mis-conduct in the recent past.

I made another call to a friend up North. When the WC appeared, I handed the phone to him and the friend began to question him. The WC stated the phone went dead, and handed it back to me. More alarm.

I was granted the opportunity to make my own statement as to my Obviously Criminal Conduct in finding money and turning it in. The situation appeared to be in resolution.

Later that evening, I got a call from the lawyer. He had been concerned that there was another attempt to arrest me and had high-tailed it over to the P.D.

Just another morning in the NWO....

Or alternatively the front portion had to be smashed up so much with in the space available inside for the aft to go all the way in. So who is going to judge that conundrum. Could it have been simulated in some software package how much the front portion would collapse in the available space inside and how far the front would have entered inside?

That is why real 767 could not have been used without these guarantees.

gathering of concerned citizens approached the Publisher, Mr. Richard G.
Ballantine, and the Editor, Mr. Bill Roberts of the local newspaper The
Durango Herald with a Petition asking them to print a story about the
911 cover up exposing the 911 lie.
This huge cover up and the lies about 911 are responsible for the better
part of the chaos we see in our world today. All we are asking from the
press is to print the truth.
The Woman Judith Pfeif, who is the organizer of a group called, "Caring
for Our Community" along with those concerned others delivered to the
Publisher and Editor of the Herald, a petition signed by over 300 other
concerned citizens from the local area and town of Durango, CO. She had
been collecting signatures for months prior to this presentation of the
facts.
Along with the petition, she gave them some other stories and evidence
setting the precedent of prior reporting; one being a story from Maxim
Magazine. Laminated without anything but the story, Mr. Ballantine and
Mr. Roberts both intently viewed the story. It's a sad day in America
when we have to get the truth from a smut magazine.

People polled thought there was a government "cover up" surrounding the

The great thing to admire is that these fearless intrepid truth seekers
took the initiative to go and present the truth to the local 'gatekeeper
media' and the sad part of this good effort is that there were not more
informed people supporting her efforts.

We the people of Durango, La Plata County, and beyond do now petition
the Newspapers DURANGO HERALD and the TELEGRAPH to print truth. We the
undersigned are absolutely disgusted that you will not report the real
truth about the "911 cover up" that has been responsible for all the
innocents dying in Iraq and Afghanistan including over 10,000 of our own
soldiers. (They don't count those that die in hospitals in Germany or
die on the plane going there as fallen dead in Iraq)
You are doing the community a serious dis-service and giving it a black
eye by being complicit in these and the other crimes of the new world
order that is responsible for this and other crimes against the People
of this Country and County. It is a big let down and sadly sickening
when you get to the end of the paper because there is no real news or
substance to it anymore.
Since you seemingly have no sense or any moral intelligence at all, here
is the definition of COMPLICITE according to the Encarta dictionary:

It was clear that some of the staff were complicit in the attempt to

of the plan to bring down America with the lies and deceit; they would

reality if there are this many hits on the subject. Any 4th grader could
do a better job of reporting this horrible truth to the People of this
County and State then the non-reporting and IGNORING OF THE ISSUES the
DURANGO HERALD and TELEGRAPH are guilty of. We the undersigned petition
you to please break the stranglehold on this Country and lead the
mainstream press back to truthful reporting by really doing the homework
on this issue and then doing the reports. Durango is one of the leading
cities in the nation as far as its awareness and spiritual insight. It
would be stupendous if our paper became world famous for breaking this
story finally, four years later. It's not too late to save the rest of
our soldiers still in Iraq and we should immediately bring them all
home. Only your continued ignorance of the truth will keep them there
and you will be complicit in the deaths of all who will die after you
