UAE TERMINAL TAKEOVER EXTENDS TO 21 PORTS

WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 (UPI) --
A United Arab Emirates government-owned company is poised to take
over port terminal operations in 21 American ports, far more than the
six widely reported.
The Bush administration has approved
the takeover of British-owned Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Co.
to DP World, a deal set to go forward March 2 unless Congress
intervenes.
P&O is the parent company of P&O Ports North America, which leases
terminals for the import and export and loading and unloading and
security of cargo in 21 ports, 11 on the East Coast, ranging from
Portland, Maine to Miami, Florida, and 10 on the Gulf Coast, from
Gulfport, Miss., to Corpus Christi, Texas, according to the company's
Web site.
President George W. Bush on Tuesday
threatened to veto any legislation designed to stall the handover. Sen.
Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y. said after the briefing she expects swift,
bi-partisan approval for a bill to require a national security review
before it is allowed to go forward.
At issue is a 1992 amendment to a law that
requires a 45-day review if the foreign takeover of a U.S. company
"could affect national security." Many members of Congress see that
review as mandatory in this case.
But Bush administration officials said Thursday that review is only
triggered if a Cabinet official expresses a national security concern
during an interagency review of a proposed takeover.
"We have a difference of opinion on the
interpretation of your amendment," said Treasury Department Deputy
Secretary Robert Kimmitt. The Committee on Foreign Investment in the
United States, comprised of officials from 12 government departments and
agencies, including the National Security Council and the Department of
Homeland Security, approved the deal unanimously on January 17.
"The structure of the deal led us to
believe there were no national security concerns," said Homeland
Security Deputy Secretary Michael P. Jackson.
The same day, the White House appointed a
DP World executive, David
C. Sanborn, to be the administrator for the Maritime Administration of
the Department of Transportation. Sanborn had been serving as director
of operations for Europe and Latin America at DP World.
Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman
John Warner, R- Va., said he will request from both the U.S. attorney
general and the Senate committee's legal counsel a finding on the
administration's interpretation of the 1992 amendment. Adding to the
controversy is the fact Congress was not notified of the deal. Kimmitt
said Congress is periodically updated on completed CFIUS decisions, but
is proscribed from initiating contact with Congress about pending deals.
It may respond to congressional inquiries on those cases only.
Iowa Republican Sen. Charles
Grassley stated in a letter to Bush on Feb. 21 that he specifically
requested to be kept abreast of foreign investments that may have
national security implications. He made the request in the wake of a
controversial Chinese proposal to purchase an oil company last year.
"Obviously, my request fell on deaf ears.
I am disappointed that I was neither briefed nor informed of this sale
prior to its approval. Instead, I read about it in the media," he wrote.
According to Kimmitt, the deal was
reported on in major newspapers as early as last October. But it did not
get critical attention in the press until the Associated Press broke the
story Feb. 11 and the Center for Security Policy, a right-leaning
organization, wrote about it Feb.
13. CSP posited the sale as the Treasury Department putting commerce
interests above national security.
Kimmitt said because the 2005 Chinese proposal had caused such an uproar
before it ever got to CFIUS, the lack of reaction to the Dubai deal when
it was reported on last fall suggested it would not be controversial
enough to require special notification of Congress. Central to the
debate is the fact that the United Arab Emirates, while a key ally of
the United States in the Middle East, has had troubling ties to
terrorist networks, according to the Sept. 11 Commission report. It was
one of the few countries in the world that recognized the
al-Qaida-friendly Taliban government in Afghanistan; al-Qaida funneled
millions of dollars through the U.A.E. financial sector; and A.Q. Khan,
the notorious Pakistani nuclear technology smuggler, used warehouses
near the Dubai port as a key transit point for many of his shipments.
Since the terrorist attacks, it has cut ties with the Taliban, frozen
just over $1 million in alleged terrorist funding, and given the United
States key military basing and over-flight rights. At any given time,
there are 77,000 U.S. service members on leave in the United Arab
Emirates, according to the Pentagon.
Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England warned that the uproar about the
United Arab Emirates involvement in U.S. ports could risk alienating the
very countries in the Middle East the United States is trying to court
as allies in the war on terrorism.
"It's very important we strengthen bonds ... especially with friends and
allies in the Arab world. It's important that we treat friends and
allies equally around the world without discrimination," he said. The
security of port terminal operations is a key concern. More than 7
million cargo containers come through 361 American ports annually, half
of the containers through New York-New Jersey, Los Angeles and Long
Beach, Calif. Only a small percentage are physically searched and just
37 percent currently screened for radiation, an indication of an attempt
to smuggle in nuclear material that could be used for a "dirty bomb."
After the September 11 terrorist attacks, the government began a new
program that required documentation on all cargo 24 hours before it was
loaded on a ship in a foreign port bound for the United States. A "risk
analysis" is conducted on every shipment, including a review of the
ship's history, the cargo's history and contents and other factors. Each
ship must also provide the U.S. government 96 hours notice of its
arrival in an American port, along with a crew manifest. None of the
nine administration officials assembled for the briefing could
immediately say how many of the more than 3,000 port terminals are
currently under foreign control.
Port facility operators have a major security responsibility, and one
that could be exploited by terrorists if they infiltrate the company,
said Joe Muldoon III. Muldoon is an attorney representing Eller & Co., a
port facility operator in Florida partnered with M&O in Miami. Eller
opposes the Dubai takeover for security reasons. "The Coast Guard
oversees security, and they have the authority to inspect containers if
they want and they can look at manifests, but they are really dependent
on facility operators to carry out security issues," Muldoon said. The
Marine Transportation Security Act of 2002 requires vessels and port
facilities to conduct vulnerability assessments and develop security
plans including passenger, vehicle and baggage screening procedures;
security patrols; establishing restricted areas; personnel
identification procedures; access control measures; and/or installation
of surveillance equipment.
Under the same law, port facility operators may have access to Coast
Guard security incident response plans -- that is, they would know how
the Coast Guard plans to counter and respond to terrorist attacks. "The
concern is that the UAE may be our friend now ... but who's to say that
couldn't change, or they couldn't be infiltrated. Iran was our big
buddy," said Muldoon.
In a January report, the Council on Foreign Relations pointed out the
vulnerability of the shipping security system to terrorist exploitation.
Since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, the U.S. customs agency requires
shippers to follow supply chain security practices. Provided there are
no apparent deviations from those practices or intelligence warnings,
the shipment is judged low risk and is therefore unlikely to be
inspected.
CFR suggests a terrorist event is likely to be a one-time operation on a
trusted carrier "precisely because they can count on these shipments
entering the U.S. with negligible or no inspection." "All a terrorist
organization needs to do is find a single weak link within a 'trusted'
shipper's complex supply chain, such as a poorly paid truck driver
taking a container from a remote factory to a port. They can then gain
access to the container in one of the half-dozen ways well known to
experienced smugglers," CFR wrote.

The United States government, like all governments, is a puppet. Its players, our “elected,” are marionettes dancing to international banking and lobbyist bribes in exchange for power and cash. This song and dance began in 1913 with the advent of the Federal Reserve System, also known as fake money, enforced debt, and pretend ownership.
In order that the American people fall for this political burlesque, we had to believe that our nation was a sovereign nation, and that our dollar bills, our Federal Reserve notes, were real money – that a $5.00 bill was actually worth $5.00. We also had to believe that it was our option to enter into debt in order to “own” things like houses and land. Our politicians and economists knew better, but they didn’t want to tell us that our “economic system” was built to entrap labor, to feed corporate/financial aristocrats and profit, to control indebted nations, their populations, and natural resources, AND, ultimately, who exists and does not.
It’s a complicated system, as one might expect, as complex bureaucracies were specifically invented to keep the masses out of the loop. However, it is a system that must be understood by every American who IS responsible for the people we pay to push and shove this system through our nation. With that said, I am going to recommend a book and a commentary, which will help you to get up to speed on why your life styles are degrading, why you’re not making any money, and why your taxes and interest rates keep climbing and climbing while your life styles keep getting chiseled down to smaller and smaller sizes. To understand the web of professional and aristocratic deceit, please read the following, and you will be far wiser people:

As with most American people, I am in the process of learning about my nation’s truthful economic system for the first time – the one that was never taught in school. I can tell you very honestly that I resisted the task, and to this day find the material difficult to digest. Here’s the easy version: Our money that we take to the grocery store, that we mail to mortgage bankers, credit card companies, and we pay to doctors, veterinarians, mills, and gas stations is “play” money – like Monopoly money. It’s not real. It is fake money. Therefore, whenever you buy things, you are actually not paying for them, which translates into the fact that you actually don’t own what you buy. It also translates into all-inclusive debt vs. ownership.
Now, this fact operates on many, many levels. For instance, you may feel that you “own” your house, free and clear, because you paid your mortgage in full, but your house can, nonetheless, be taken from you for failure to pay your property taxes or through Eminent Domain. Another reason why you never own your house free and clear is because the money you paid to your mortgage lender was 1) not real money, and 2) that un-real money was borrowed to begin with, and 3) was borrowed money before YOU borrowed it to buy your house. All totaled - your fake money, your tax obligations, and Eminent Domain - you don’t “own” anything. For above reasons alone, anything you think you own can be taken from you at any time.
The originating point of the borrowed money scam comes from the international banking system in Europe. So, let me explain your debt: You borrowed “borrowed” money from Europe, and this is the operating principle and procedure of the Federal Reserve System. International banking cartels own America’s debt. The Federal Reserve System is the middleman, who collects our interest payments, to repay International loans. However, the “money” that we borrow to buy our houses and properties is not real money. That means that $5.00 is worth nothing – not even a penny – which is why, in fact, you don’t own anything – including your paid off houses.
Now, when the international banking cabals get their interest payments from their international loans, they buy (and hoard) gold, silver, platinum, etc., and they buy land, natural resources, politicians, and corporations. They then set up philanthropic organizations and give “grant money” to those governments and organizations willing to forward their political and economic agendas, and “non-profits/NGOs” take these grant-funded agendas into and throughout national governments. The international banking cabals are also members of the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderburg group, and other cabal organizations, and I strongly suspect that at the very apex of these groups are a very few people and “families.”
I’m no genius, and I’m a far better cook than social commentator, but it has become very clear to me that our belief in the right to own property, and its link to “freedom,” is 1) absolutely true and 2) the biggest deception that the American people have been operating under for AT LEAST the last 100 years. Go figure…
Do you recall one president stating that “the goal” was to have all American families own houses? And do you recall the drop in interest rates for about 5 years or so, as we all went out and bought houses and property like bees to honey? And we all bought more than we could actually afford due to those low interest rates – vanity living largely, so to speak?
What do you suppose is going to happen when 1) the real estate bubble bursts, and the value of our mortgaged properties drop like dead birds in flight, and 2) our pretend money, which purchased pretend “homes to own,” becomes unusable – say in an “emergency,” or a Martial Law scenario, where all banks and money can be “legally confiscated,” as so decreed by existing Executive Orders? What if our banks won’t give us our money or our gold? What if “the dollar” is no longer accepted as a primary currency since the world knows FAR BETTER THAN AMERICAN CITIZENS that “the dollar” has no monetary value whatsoever, as it is ALL BORROWED MONEY from FOREIGN CREDITORS? What if we are forced to use a global currency?
I suppose it then becomes a “global dilemma,” and will require “global intervention.” Let’s ask our “globally appointed,” shall we? Let’s ask our World Bankers, our World Trade Organization, our United Nations, and our International Monetary Fund(ers). Let’s ask Congress and our president. Or let’s ask Bill or Hillary or Al Gore or David Rockefeller.
In August 1980, Howard Odum stated in Fusion Magazine: "The United States has a new and exciting leadership role in the world. We will lead the world down. We will help the world down to a lower plateau in energy use." Global planners and their think tank social circles believe "it is necessary that the United States cut its population by two-thirds within the next fifty years." 2/3rds? Hmmm. Just how does one do that minus MONUMENTAL crisis? Does the media darling “pandemic” ring a bell?
And then there is the "Global 2000 Report to the President" and "Global Future: A Time to Act," -- political statements of intent on the part of groups such as the CFR, the Trilateral Commission, Federal Reserve, and the IMF to pursue policies to result in the deaths of upwards of 2 billion by 2000. The Global 2000 formula, signed by Jimmy Carter and followed by his successors, remains the guiding economic, legislative, and foreign policies of the U.S. And the goal of Global 2000? - Depopulation and enslavement by aristocrats and their self-made, one-world government - where they, alone, govern all the people and resources on Earth.
And then there is Iran… Gas and oil, folks. Gas and oil.
Is it not humbling, America, when you have elected, time and time again and in landslides, the partners and destroyers of freedom, human dignity, human potential, and the futures of your children and grandchildren? And please, don’t be offended. I include myself in the humbled pile. The only question left for all of us is this – are we going to allow our “elected” representatives to continue to draw paychecks while being relentlessly loyal to another system of government, and all the while illegally dismantling ours?
If you are a 2-Party loyalist, you had better take a good, hard look at the condition of this nation and ask yourselves what brought us to this point. If you’re a conservative, and you’re still blaming Democrats, you’re an idiot. If you’re a liberal, and you’re still blaming Republicans, you’re an idiot. The 2 Parties are the same Party – “One” and the same – the One World Party.

The 9/11 day of deceit has many, many components and puzzling pieces that still need to be cemented together. In my recent column, a fresh look was given to Enron as the smoking cannon. In that double column, I recounted some of the points made by Michael Ruppert in his intensely researched work on 9/11 titled, Crossing the Rubicon. I cannot stress strongly enough that if one wishes to understand a great deal of the bigger picture regarding 9/11, you must take the time to read this book AND the 900 footnotes.
Why? Because it becomes very apparent to anyone who can sift through propaganda, recognize disinformation and the use of visual horror to herd the masses into the proper direction, that there are some major, key players of the 9/11 mass murders who should be hauled in front of a grand jury. Out of necessity, this double column is lengthy in order to present what I feel are more pieces of this big picture that cannot be ignored.
My anonymous source from my 'Smokin Gun' column offers up more questions about players; these were sent to the same member of Congress as described in my earlier column:
"The collapse of Enron was caused primarily by accounting irregularities; principally undisclosed debts, which was what was stated publicly. Isn't it most peculiar that Enron's chief accountant, Rick Causey, is NOT on the witness list? Isn't it most peculiar - again - that Thomas E. White is NOT either, and for that matter not even charged - notwithstanding he headed the most corrupt component of Enron?
"The argument for Causey is to keep it simple and not to confuse the jurors. How can the statements of so-called debts that were non-disclosed be complicated? They are just numbers. If both Causey and White were called, that could open up the reality of these offshore bank trading programs, which are de facto raping the American public by the dilution of the purchasing power of its money: more and more money that is being produced is chasing a finite amount of goods and services.
"White could blow this entire thing open and lead whereever, if he was ever put on the stand no doubt at all. The defense for Skilling in effect to the DOJ, is 'Say What?' by taking the posture that everything was legal. Skilling, one smart cookie, knew the DOJ could not bring up the trade waters, and sure enough by dropping several charges against him recently which would have to bring in Causey to testify, he called it, it seems right on the money, no pun intended.
"Yesterday it was reported that three financial institutions are investing some $3.78 billion in China's biggest lender, state owned Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. The three entities are Goldman Sachs (which basically has a monopoly on the issuance of U.S. government debt/financial instruments), American Express, and Allianz (Germany). Allianz is a major global reinsurer and it is one of the companies that sent a big red flag, after a thorough analysis I did after 9/11 on the technical evaluation of the markets, as which stocks/commodities were indicative of pre-9/11 knowledge a.k.a. short selling in advance because of inside information: the attacks were in the offing which would have a devastating impact on the markets, which it did.
"In a rare move, Goldman will appoint one of its people to the ICBC Board. The capitalization is in exchange for ICBC's newly created issued shares, which was needed as with other banks in China it has a mountain of debt. The PR line from China is that this move helps improve its governance and risk control. The reality is it needed bailing out. This is deja vu with the U.S. In 1929 our stock market crashed. Many believe it was deliberately designed to crash, including me. Why? Because the margins were only 10%, which meant that any type of reasonable, or even moderate sell-off would have set off a cascade of liquidation - which it did and brought the house down. This brought us down to our knees - just like the Chinese are down on these knees with their "mountains of debt." End of quotes.
I believe it's very important to understand Thomas E. White's history both before and after he left Enron. This type of research is very time consuming, but it's the only way to understand the bigger picture. This is why I recommend Crossing the Rubicon and Paul Thompson's, The Terror Timeline. These two individuals must have spent a thousand hours doing the research which they back up with documents, times, dates and places that can be proven. Important information on Thomas E. My anonymous source also offered up this in a February 5, 2006 e-mail to a member of Congress:
"The 2001 America Anthrax Attacks, started exactly one week after 9/11, or Sept. 18, 2001. Then the attacks ended abruptly. The timing of my how to negate Anthrax faxes is strongly suggestive that I knocked the General out of business in this regard. What further substantiated this is the fact that the investigation ended only a month later in November, which is most strange in and by itself.
"All mailings came from Trenton, New Jersey. New Jersey was the home base of Urban Moving Systems. Urban Moving was where the 5 "dancing Israelis" worked who were arrested shortly after 9/11. The company was subsequently discovered to have ties to the Mossad. Michael Chertoff, who was then in the hierarchy of the DOJ, allowed them to return to Israel.
"The Anthrax that was sent was a very specialized form (weaponized) of the Army's Ames variety. Thomas E. White was the Secretary of the Army at the time of 9/11. The correlation of these facts seem quite obvious, in concert with less than lily White. September 11th, I contend, should not be treated in isolation, but in combination with the Anthrax attacks, as a very powerful 1- 2 punch, for the implementation of Martial Law, which would trump the pending Enron implosion, in all manner, including prosecution, if necessary. We see a slant of this today. White who was co-Chair of the most corrupt component of Enron was not charged with anything or even called as a witness! Means, motive, and opportunity - it is truly all here." End of quotes.
There appears to be further corroboration regarding Urban Moving Systems in a post February 8, 2006 from investigative reporter Wayne Madsen:
“February 8, 2006 -- WMR previously reported on the activities of a group of some 120 Israeli "art students" in the United States prior to the 9-11 attacks. At least a year before the attacks, the art students caught the attention of agents of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), who prepared a lengthy report of their activities in June 2001. The DEA report specifically concluded that the Israelis may have had "ties to an Islamic fundamentalist group.” That group turned out to be Al Qaeda. The DEA report was supplemented by reports from agents of the Marshal's Service, Environmental Protection Agency, and local police departments.
WMR's report on the suspicious activities of Israeli art students and movers concludes that these individuals were involved in surveillance of the 9-11 hijackers in locations such as Hollywood, Florida; Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas; Venice, Florida; Laurel, Maryland; San Diego, California; and Jersey City and Paterson, New Jersey.
“WMR can now report that a long-serving member of the Israeli intelligence service, Mossad, has confirmed that the Israeli art students were, in fact, part of a major Israeli intelligence operation and that they were conducting surveillance of the activities of the 9-11 hijackers. They also worked with the Israeli Urban Moving System employees in New Jersey who were seen in at least two Jersey City locations -- Liberty State Park and The Doric apartment building -- celebrating the impact of the first plane into the World Trade Center.
“The Israelis at Liberty State Park were dressed in Arab-style clothing when they were witnessed celebrating the first attack. The FBI later confiscated a videotape they filmed of the first attack. All the Israeli art students and movers who were detained, arrested, or jailed were freed and allowed to return to Israel. The Israeli movers in New Jersey were freed after intense pressure was brought on the Bush administration by former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. After the news of the Israeli art students and their intelligence ring was reported by the AP and other media outlets, including Fox News, the Israeli embassy in Washington and The Washington Post called the story an "urban myth." It is also of note that John Miller, the ABC News reporter who covered the Israeli movers story for 20/20 and concluded that the movers were not involved in the 9-11 attacks, is now the spokesman for the FBI. WMR can also report that there are a number of FBI agents, some veterans of the New York-New Jersey Joint Terrorism Task Force, who know about the Israeli role in surveillance of the 9-11 hijackers but have been "gagged" by senior levels of the FBI not to talk about what they know.” End of quote.

It is believed, and the FBI spent a lot of borrowed "tax" dollars chasing it down, that Ft. Detrick, MD was the origination point for the anthrax used to kill more Americans after September 11th. White was top drawer at Enron for eleven years and then he returned to public service:
"(Oct. 18, 2001)—U.S. Secretary of the Army Thomas E. White will confer with Houston-area medical and public health officials about local anti-terrorism readiness at a briefing today led by The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld appointed White, a retired U.S. Army brigadier general, as interim executive agent for Homeland Security for the U.S. Department of Defense earlier this month.
"As Secretary of the Army, White is responsible for all matters relating to Army manpower, personnel, reserve affairs, installations, environmental issues, weapons systems and equipment acquisition, communications, and financial management. Accompanying White Friday will be U.S. Army Maj. Gen. John S. Parker, commanding general of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command and Fort Detrick in Fort Detrick, Maryland."
Dead Microbiologists
There is no such thing as coincidence in the dirty world of politics. Coming off the heels of Thomas White and anthrax, we move to another string of deaths that came to my attention in December 2001. My coverage of these deaths has been extensive and you can read those columns here, here and here. It is important to read these detailed accounts of all these deaths because of the specialized fields these dead microbiologists were in and the peculiar timing.

This list may be redundant to some who have been diligently researching to find all the pieces to the puzzle, but it's important for those who are just beginning to smell the unthinkable regarding 9/11.
November 12, 2001: Dr. Benito Que, a cell biologist working on infectious diseases like HIV, was found dead outside his laboratory at the Miami Medical School. Police say his death was possibly the result of a mugging.
November 16, 2001: Dr. Don C Wiley, one of the foremost infectious disease researchers in the U.S., was declared missing. His body was fished out of the Mississippi some 300 miles down river on December 20, 2001, from where he "accidentally fell" off the Hernando De Soto Bridge. Wiley was world renowned and an expert on how the human immune system fights off infections and had been investigating such dangerous viruses as AIDS, Ebola, herpes and influenza. His resume and fields of research is very extensive.
November 23, 2001: Dr. Vladimir Pasechnik. Dr. Pasechnik traveled in some pretty spooky circles. The average person out there really can't even imagine some of the stuff that's going on around this globe - very dangerous stuff to the continuation of mankind. Dr. Vladimir Pasechnik was a former microbiologist for Biopreparat, a Soviet biological weapons production facility. This Biopreparat was a pretty scary place.
It is even more interesting when to find out who announced Dr. Pasechnik's death:
"The cause was a stroke, said Dr. Christopher J. Davis of Great Falls, Va., formerly in British intelligence." Dr. Vladimir Pasechnik died in Wiltshire, England. Yet it is a doctor, formerly with British intelligence, now living in Virginia, who is quoted giving the cause of death. How odd.
December 10, 2001: Dr. Robert M. Schwartz of Leesberg, VA., was found brutally murdered in his home. Dr. Schwartz was a well known DNA sequencing researcher. He founded the Virginia Biotechnology Association where he worked on DNA sequencing for 15 years.
December 14, 2001: Victoria State, Australia, a skilled microbiologist was killed at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation's animal diseases facility in Geelong, Australia. This is the same facility that, as the journal Nature announced in January that year: "Australian scientists, Dr Ron Jackson and Dr Ian Ramshaw, accidentally created an astonishingly virulent strain of mousepox, a cousin of smallpox, among laboratory mice. They realised that if similar genetic manipulation was carried out on smallpox, an unstoppable killer could be unleashed."
Dr. Set Van Nguyen was killed at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation's animal diseases facility in Geelong, Australia. The microbiologist had worked for 15 years at the facility. Victoria Police said: "Set Van Nguyen, 44, appeared to have died after entering an airlock into a storage laboratory filled with nitrogen. His body was found when his wife became worried after he failed to return from work. He was killed after entering a low temperature storage area where biological samples were kept. He did not know the room was full of deadly gas which had leaked from a liquid nitrogen cooling system. Unable to breathe, Mr. Nguyen collapsed and died."
I believe the target was Dr. Ramshaw and not Dr. Nguyen. Just my opinion.
Ian Gurney who has been on this since the first death soon had more to add to the list:
February 9, 2002: Russian daily Pravda reported: "The head of the microbiology sub-faculty of the Russian State Medical University, Victor Korshunov has been killed. The body of the dead professor, who had head injuries, was found on Friday, February 8, 2002 in the entrance of the house in Academician Bakulev Street, Moscow, where the 56-year-old scientist lived. It was the third death of a scientist within a few weeks. In January, the Russian Academy of Science lost two scientists, both well known around the world. Academician Ivan Glebov died as a result of a bandit attack in St Petersburg and corresponding Member of the Academy of Science Alexi Brushlinski was killed in Moscow."
February 16, 2002: The Times ran the following article: "Detectives last night were trying to unravel the circumstances in which a leading university research scientist was found dead at his blood spattered and apparently ransacked home. The body of Ian Langford, 40, a senior Fellow at the University of East Anglia's Centre for Social and Economic Research on the Global Environment, was discovered on Monday night by police and ambulance men. The body was naked from the waist down and partly wedged under a chair.
February 28, 2002: The Mercury News reported that: "Dr. Tanya Holzmayer, a pioneering scientist, was surprised Wednesday night to find a Domino's Pizza delivery man at the front door of her Mountain View home. Moments later, a former colleague appeared out of the dark, shot her dead and ran off."
"Dr. Holzmayer was a Russian born genomic scientist who had co-invented a tool that has helped find hundreds of molecular targets to combat cancer and HIV. Holzmayer and her family came to the United States in 1989. Until December, Holzmayer had served a four year tenure as senior vice president of genomics for PPD Discovery, a division of PPD Inc. of Wilmington, North Carolina. Her killer, said Mercury News, was Chinese immigrant Guyang Huang, a former colleague who began working as the director of molecular biology and bioinformatics with PPD Discovery in early 2000."
[Note from Devvy: I went to Mt. View, California in the SF Bay Area region and purchased the police and autopsy reports. I drove the entire crime scene area, over to Dr. Holzmayer's former place of employment and the lab where she worked when she was murdered. This one stinks to high heaven.]
March 25, 2002: 9News.com - part of KUSA TV in Denver:
"Denver car dealer Kent Rickenbaugh, his wife, Caroline, and their son Bart were killed Sunday in a plane crash near Centennial Airport. Pilot Dr. Steven Mostow also died. Dr. Mostow, 63, was one of the country's leading infectious disease experts and was Associate Dean at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Mostow was a crusader for better health, an early advocate for widespread flu vaccinations and more recently an expert on the threat of bioterrorism.
March 27, 2002: England, The Times carried an obituary for yet another leading microbiologist, stating:
"David Wynn-Williams, an award winning microbiologist died when he was struck by a vehicle while out jogging. In 2000 he was appointed leader of the Antarctic Astrobiology Project, which explores the effects of environmental stress at the limits of life on Earth. Wynn-Williams had assessed the capability of microbes to adapt to environmental extremes, including the bombardment of ultraviolet rays and global warming. This drew Wynn-Williams into collaboration with the Nasa Ames Research Centre, the Johnson Space Centre and Lunar & Planetary Institute, Houston, and Montana State University. He was killed in a road accident while out jogging near his Cambridge home."
One common factor between some of these victims: government funding, i.e,: The facility in Australia where Dr. Set Van Nguyen worked, along with Drs. Ron Jackson and Ian Ramshaw, is being unconstitutionally funded by HHS from the people's treasury. Dr. Benito Que worked at the Miami Medical School. It's just about a given that they receive unconstitutional funding from the public treasury. Dr. Don Wiley worked at Harvard and again, it's just about a given that Harvard receives unconstitutional funding from the public treasury. Dr. Robert M. Schwartz worked at the Virginia Biotechnology Association located at James Madison University. No doubt they also receive unconstitutional funding from the public treasury. Wynn-Williams collaboration with NASA no doubt means U.S. Treasury money. Government funding requires lots of paperwork and details about research and progress. In other words: Big Brother knows what you have found.
Businessreform.com has a few more to add that I was unaware of until I did some updating:
Dr. David Kelly died July 17, 2003, in Oxfordshire, England. "David Boucher, British ambassador to the disarmament conference, recalled a conversation with Kelly. Boucher asked Kelly what would happen if Iraq were invaded. Kelly replied, "I will probably be found dead in the woods."
Dr. Mike Patrick Kiley died January 24, 2004, of a massive heart attack. He was an Ebola and, mad cow disease expert.
Dr. Robert Shope, 74, an expert on viruses who warned of epidemics caused by new and unsettling infectious diseases died the same week… the third week of January.
Drs. Kiley and Shope were working on the lab upgrade at in Galvaston, TX, for Homeland Security.
During the second week of December 2003, Robert Leslie Burghoff, 45, died in Houston, the victim of a hit-and-run accident. He was studying the virus known to make cruise ship vacations end in illness and death.
A month earlier, a West Nile virus research expert who helped curtail its spread, Michael Perich, died in a pickup truck crash on I-12. He worked at Louisiana State University.
Dr. Leland Rickman died June 24, 2003. Rickman was an expert on infectious diseases and acted as a consultant on bioterrorism following 9/11. The only obituary I could find did not list the cause of Dr. Rickman's death which occurred while he was on a teaching assignment (AIDS education) in South Africa.
What are the odds of all these microbiologists being killed within such a narrow window of time - especially the first cluster in just 33 days following 9/11?
I believe the easiest one to prove murder is Dr. Don C. Wiley. The complete 250+ page Memphis Police Department botched investigation is on my CD along with my plea to the lead detective to reopen the case. Shortly after I spoke with Lt. Shemwell, he was reassigned.
Live hijackers, recovered passports and IDs
There appears to be sufficient evidence to prove that at least seven of the nineteen 9/11 hijackers still listed by the FBI are alive and well; see here. This is most troubling and even though the mainstream media and cable networks have been asked to expose these discrepancies, there doesn't appear to be one talk show host from O'Reilly to Abrams with courage enough to jeopardize their fat paychecks for the truth. Equally disturbing is this fact: passports belonging to two hijackers were found in tact on the street at the WTC Towers after impact! How could paper passports supposedly inside a huge commercial airliner that has just buried itself inside a 106-story building survive the fire and amazingly be found on the street? See here.
How could four credit cards kept in the wallet of a passenger on Flight 77, which allegedly slammed into the Pentagon and disintegrated, be found in perfect condition? How is it possible that a California ID card, driver's license and wedding ring of one of the Flight 77 passengers was also be found in perfect condition? How is a real good question that needs to be investigated. See here.
It is not unreasonable to ask reasonable questions. It is unreasonable to label anyone asking reasonable questions as kooks or un-American.
Cheney and Guiliani
I don't believe that anyone who has read the Kean Commission Report aka the 9/11 Omission Commission and Crossing the Rubicon, can have any doubts whatsoever that Richard Cheney, VP of these united States of America is up to his black heart in what really happened that day. This statement is not made for any political party considerations because I belong to no political party. My assessment is based on the massive amount of documented evidence. The American people have been fed half truths poisoned with out right lies and it must be exposed.
How very convenient that on 9/11 there just happened to be a virtual army of federal and state agencies practically on top of ground zero. See pg 405, Crossing the Rubicon: "Guiliani dropped the bomb about Tripod II war game in his opening statement. The implications of his disclosure were to reach far and deep."
"Guiliani's testimony before the Kean Commission, May 19, 2004:
"And the reason Pier 92 was selected as the command center was because on the next day, on September 12, Pier 92 was going to have a drill. It had hundreds of people here from FEMA, from the federal government, from the state, from the State Emergency Management Office, and they were getting ready for a drill for a biochemical attack. So that was going to be the place they were going to have the drill.
"The equipment was already there. So we were able to establish a command center there within three days that was two and one half to three times bigger than the command center that we had lost at 7 WTCenter. And it was from there that the rest of the search and rescue effort was completed." End of quote.
World Trade Center 7 was deliberately demolished; the debris (evidence) hauled away over the objection of 9/11 families. Its collapse was not the result of any damage from the two towers, see here. The first question that would come to mind is why that building? What was inside? Perhaps these facts will help:
1. WTC 7 housed the largest CIA station in the United States outside of Washington DC.
2. In addition to the CIA, WTC 7 also housed the NYC offices of the IRS, FBI, and SEC.
3. Many months later, a government source was quoted in the mainstream press saying that the records stored in these offices - including years of evidence files - were, for the most part, lost without backup. Evidence files that were part of active investigations into such things as organized crime, bank and securities fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, terrorism. Congressman Tauzin was looking into records relating to Enron; now deleted. How unfortunate because it makes you wonder what these documents could tell us.
The web site 9/11research carries a well done photo layout with this:
"World Trade Center 7’s tenants included the Secret Service, the IRS, and several financial institutions, including the Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC lost numerous ongoing case investigations, including Enron’s files in the collapse. WTC 7 also housed Mayor Giuliani’s Emergency Command Center."
Here's another interesting twist reported in the news, February 13, 1998:
"HOUSTON - KeySpan Energy Corporation and Enron Capital & Trade Resources Corp. (ECT), a subsidiary of Enron Corp., today announced an agreement whereby ECT will provide gas supply management services for Brooklyn Union Gas, the primary subsidiary of KeySpan Energy. Under the terms of this agreement, which is subject to approval by New York Public Service Commission, ECT will assume responsibility for managing Brooklyn Union's interstate pipeline transportation, gas supply and storage."
Why is this strange? Because on July 15, 2001, KeySpan, (formerly Brooklyn Union Gas), demolished two huge towers eerily similar to what happened with 7 WTCenter. These monstrous tanks were located on Maspeth Avenue in Queens, New York. These files contain photos of the event and a comparison of these tanks and the second plane entering the WTC towers. Some believe this was a trial run. Please be mindful these are pdf files and can take a minute or so to load without DSL:

Where does Cheney fit into all this? His fingerprints are all over the big picture. A superb overview given by Michael Kane is titled 'Crossing the Rubicon, Simplifying the case against Dick Cheney':

It appears, at least in my humble opinion, that there are several overlapping interests regarding 9/11. If one begins putting all the pieces of the puzzle on the table, a full and very ugly picture begins to emerge. I have one more installment coming up to complete this trilogy that brings in two more significant events that directly tie into Enron, 9/11 and Dick Cheney.
What's the next step? The controlled media in this country continue to willfully ignore the evidence and that won’t change until something breaks this wide open and they can no longer ignore it. Unfortunately, the lawsuits that have been filed appear to be either dismissed or in shambles. Eliot Spitzer, Attorney General for the State of NY refuses to convene a grand jury. He is running for governor and that seems to be more important to him than the truth. Are there any options left on the table? I believe there is one and it will be the closing to my final column on Enron, 9/11 and all these related players and events.
