BG: What a crazy Judge! Doesn't he realise that we are living in post 9/11 world. Congress studied and debated these issues thoroughly and they knew that anything less will simply let the terrorist destroy us.
What, you say: There was almost no debate. Oh, well, that's ok. It's called the Patriot Act, and how could anything with such a beautiful name not be there to protect us. We need protection from those hateful murderous extremist Muslims... they hate our freedom. So we are going to show them... we won't let THEM take away our freedom. We take away our OWN freedom... that 'ill show 'em.
