Collapse of the Petrodollar Looming
Dave Kimble
The announcement by President Putin of a Russian bourse trading oil and gas in Roubles threatens the stability of the US Dollar far more than Iran's bourse alone would do, and continues the slide in relations between the old Cold War foes. In his annual State of the Nation address to both houses of parliament on 10 May 2006, Novosti reports President Putin said that work on making the Rouble an internationally convertible currency would be completed by 1 July 2006, ! six months ahead of schedule. To promote the currency, he announced that an oil and gas stock exchange will be created in Russia, that would trade in Roubles...

Tell Lies; Kill the Iraqis
an iraqi tear
I think there is not any suitable comment for this.. Two from SCIRI are laughing from all their hearts.. Why not? Soulagh after creating the DEATH squads became the "new’ minister of finance.. Now he will do his best to finance the squads from the "governmental" budget; if there is any! Soulagh is the perfect example for CORRUPATION and KILLING the Iraqis.. He could be a movie star; he is already "acting" in an Iraqi movie I named it: How to tell lies and rule Iraq; or How! to tell lies and kill the Iraqis...

Iran Badge Story: More Neocon Propaganda
Kurt Nimmo
It never ends with the neocons—illusory weapons of mass destruction, aluminum tubes, yellow cake, Mohammed Atta in Prague, argumentum ad nauseam, ab ovo usque ad mala—they are seasoned and pathological liars. "Iran’s announced intention to force non-Muslims to wear an identifying badge is causing many to make the comparison to Hitler and the Nazis, who forced Jews to wear badges in the shape of the Star of David," declares the American Thinker, or rather non-thi! nker since there is a good chance the story is nonsense, a cheap and gaudy propaganda contrivance, another log tossed on the attack Iran pile...

Does Israel have the right to exist in its current form?
Remi Kanazi, Online Journal Contributing Writer
May 15 marked the 58th anniversary of Al Nakba (The Catastrophe). Every year, Palestinians recount the tragedy of 1948. I recall my grandmother’s anguish: she was seven months pregnant with my mother when she was forced to flee to Lebanon by boat. She waited in Lebanon. The weeks turned into months. The months turned into years . . . Fifty-eight years later, my grandmother has yet to return to her house in Jaf! fa. When the Zionists forces (the Haganagh, Irgun, and Stern Gang) tore Palestine limb from limb, depopulating villages, uprooting cemeteries, and pillaging arable fields, Israel had not even been created. Today we see a fight for Israel’s "right to exist." But what right does Israel have to exist in its current form?...
