Judith Pfeif does it Again!
Oh we get high with a little help from our friends and today, one
of our friends has done it again. What you ask? Well this afternoon,
because there seems to be no justice left in this land, not in any
district court, not in any supreme court, and certainly not any other
court in the land, Judith Pfeif has gone and taken our fight to the
Peoples court.
Today May 1st, 2006 Judith Pfeif went down with a little financial
help from a friend and filed a small claims case against the local rag
The Durango Herald to try and get them to print the report about the 911
cover up and the cold hearted truth about the murder of over 3,000
Americans by our own government.
Many of you will remember Judith from last March's report describing how
she took a petition asking the paper to print a story about the 911
cover up. She and a small group of concerned citizens with over two
hundred signatures on the Petition, Five major 911 Truth DVD movies, 133
web sites showing govt. complicity in the 911 Cover Up, Expert Reports,
and MSNBC and CNN Polls all indicating a majority of Americans feel
there is a cover up all went down to the Durango Herald to ask them to
review all the evidence and do the report about the Cover Up of this
horrible crime.
Since then, when asked why they would not do a report, no real answer
came from the owner, or publisher. Many of us even protested the paper
asking for the 911 Cover Up Truth to be printed the Monday after she
presented the massive pile of evidence and as of yet, not a thing has
been said or done. The editor copped out by saying he only handles the
editorial page and that he is not responsible for the news stories in
the paper. Hockey-Puck! We are all sick and tired of the cow-towing of
the tainted govt. supplied Associated Press and UPI propaganda that ONLY
pushes the dictators mandated reporting. They actively support the
criminal leadership and this Cover Up by not printing the truth. It's
all Tripe and the People are sick and tired of it! The 911 issues and
subsequent Cover Up is the major reason that our country is in the sad
shape it is in today and why it is going down the drain fast.
Now the reasoning we are using is that if these people have been given
the facts on the Crime of the 911 Inside Job Event, and they still
refuse to print the truth, then this makes them complicit in the
Cover-up of the Crime of the Century. We also contend that since they
are actively covering up the Crime, it is also true that they are part
of it thus making them accessories, or accomplices in the Crime itself.
What's wrong with this picture when the place we are supposed to get
truth from is part of the plan to deceive the World and millions of
Americans?
The Durango Herald as well as every other newspaper or media outlet that
knows the truth of this horrible crime are all accomplices in the crime
itself by continuing to Cover Up the horrible truth. We therefore have
filed this case in the small claims court to first present our evidence,
then ask them on the stand, why? Why do you continue the charade and
refuse to report the truth about 911 and the cover up involved even
after you all have been given the facts, the DVD movies, 133 websites
about this horrible crime, the reports, the polls, and a petition from
over two hundred of the local towns people? That might not seem like a
lot to big city people, but this is a small town and it is a lot of
people focused on one subject for this town.
Here below is a copy of the filed paper work and now we really need
other supporters to hop on board the Truth Train and get behind Judith
in her efforts. If there are any concerned lawyers out there, we need
you now. If there are any experts out there, we need you now. If there
is any one that can come to Durango Colorado and support her on June 1,
2006 to testify, add affidavits, or any other supportive evidence, we
need you now. It's now or never people so shat of get off the pot
because this is another God given to set ourselves free with the truth.
Hummmm...set your self free with the truth...the truth will set you
free...hummmm.
This is the main body of the complaint against the Owner of the Durango
Herald, Morley Ballantine, the Publisher Richard Ballantine, and the
Agent who represents the Durango Herald itself.
PLAINTIFFS CLAIM:
DEFENDANTS HAVE FORCED UPON THE PLAINTIFFS THE ARDUOUS JOB OF TRYING TO
REPORT THE STORY OF THE 911 COVER UP THUS COSTING THE PLAINTIFFS MASSIVE
AMOUNTS OF CASH MONIES FOR DVD's, PAPER COPYING OF REPORTS, LOSS OF
WAGES, LOSS OF PERSONAL TIME TO PURSUE WORK, GAS MONEY, LOSS OF
REPUTATION, HUNDREDS OF HOURS TO GET SIGNATURES ON PETITIONS, AND 150
HR's @ $30.00 AN HOUR FOR DOCUMENTARY RESEARCH PURPOSES TO EXPOSE THE
TRUTH OF THE 911 COVER UP. THE DEFENDANTS ARE GUILTY OF COMPLICITY IN
THE COVERING UP THE TRUTH ABOUT THE 911 TRAGEDY THUS MAKING EVERY ONE OF
THEM ACCOMPLICES IN THE GREATEST CRIME OF THE THIS CENTURY.

Be it known that this is not a trivial pursuit for money. Rather, it is
an effort to get the truth printed about the horrendous 911 Crime and
ongoing Cover Up by the mainstream media. We have already come up with
an out of court settlement should they so choose it. We will ask them
for a Ten Page report about the Event and subsequent Cover Up by that
same mainstream media in lieu of any monitorial reward. The thinking is,
if we can get One Major newspaper to report this awesome story, then
maybe they will all follow the leader bird and do a report also. Then,
it's time for the People to take action and maybe, a few district
attorneys who are supposed to work for the people to follow in line and
do some prosecuting also. We have to remember that being complicit in
the cover up is also being an accessory in the crime itself.
We want to encourage EVERYONE to do the same thing to their complicit
newspapers, radio stations, or especially those main stream TV stations.
We also invite you to copy this report, or any of its contents in any
way, form or fashion to try to attain the same goals. It is still
possible to stop this insanity and the further pursuits of an OIL
BARRONS WAR! There is time to bring our troops home so they will be here
when the chinese and mexicans come to destroy our sovereign country
under the UN martial law take over.
May God guide and bless you all in any endeavors you undertake to expose
the 911 Cover Up and Truth of this corrupt war mongering administration
to the light of day.
