FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) -- Former Transportation Cabinet Commissioner Dan Druen was charged with 21 felonies for tampering with a witness or evidence by the special grand jury in Franklin County that is looking into personnel practices of Gov. Ernie Fletcher’s administration.
