I think it is because Hoffman suffers MPD and not all of his
personalities recognize themselves as "him."
IT took a remarkable length of time to get him to respond at all.
I was surprised that Planehuggers actually got a link, supposing to be
proof that this is a "personal" attack.
We were trying to goad him into a response. Nada. His girlfriend showed
up but quickly turned silent as well.
Some more of the adhoc list examining Hoffman is archived at

Most of it was incorporated into subsequent articles.
Since Hoffman is pretty much damaged goods at this point, except for
True Believers, the emergence of the Learned Professors quoting Chapter
and Verse from the Hoffman Permissible Hangout is a danger sign to us,
particularly with Schwarz Limited Hangout added to the mix.
The Same Gang is used to running both sides.
This is the first time I can think of there has been anybody in the
field on behalf of the Whole Truth and Nothing But The Truth, as vetted
by Socrates logic of non-contradiction using classical standards of proof.
Somehow this is confused with "personal opinion" by those brainwashed to
think there is no objective reality beyond collective belief.
