I used to think it was just an artifact of the capture.
I see on close look that the scene's coloration takes on it's normal
coloration before the clip ends.
I can see that the light shows on the newsbunny's face and suit too, so
it seems to me they turned on a wrong light and flipped it back off.

If there is something more important I am missing, please tell me.
