This is yet another in a succession of statements from Israeli government
and Israeli lobby leaders which make it obvious that Israel is the prime
mover behind the campaign to instigate World War III and World IV. It
continues to amaze me that so many Americans still do not understand that
the Iraq War was the opening shot in a grand strategy that has been
discussed explicitly and at length in the open writings of Israelis and
neoconservatives for the last few decades. The mainstream media and much of
the alternative media have been witting collaborators with Israel and the
neocons in covering up this basic fact of life.

"Information Clearing House" -- -- The United States Marine Corps was
already on it's last legs as an elite fighting force, our reputation
sullied by the dishonorable and sometimes criminal actions perpetrated
by bottom of the barrel Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers in Iraq.
Now this. We are now observing the death throes of the oldest fighting
force in America.
We had a good run, from November 10, 1775 to
2006. These dates may now be etched into the tombstone of an
institution that has epitomized the meaning of the phrase "Duty, Honor,
Country." Sure, we had our warts over the decades, but somehow our
leaders throughout the many wars we fought managed to pull back from
the brink and handle our problems internally. No more. From the
Commandant on down, with this incident, this atrocity, the Corps has
shown the world that it is now leaderless. The Marine Corps is now in
the same league with the American Division in My Lai, Vietnam and a
Lieutenant by the name of Calley. Murderers.
Prior to this war,
we were trained to be killers, not murderers. We killed combatants, not
women and children. Murder was not only not condoned, it was punished
in the extreme as we envisioned ourselves as the "good guys" among the
armed forces, at least when it came to helping and protecting civilians
in the countries we fought in. In the not too distant past, Marines
died assisting civilians, as we have since our inception. The CAP
(Civil Action Patrol) program in Vietnam is a prime example of Marines
helping civilians above and beyond the call of duty. This is but one
example, one side of the Corps that didn't see much ink. We took pride
in our work. Many Marines died protecting civilians throughout our long
history, and look at us now.
It would be easy to put the blame
on the cowards, the evil bastards that inhabit the White House,
Pentagon, and the "military-industrial complex" but the blame lays
squarely on the shoulders of leadership of the Marine Corps, all the
way from the neutered Commandant of the Marine Corps on down to the
most junior Corporal. These individuals, the supposed backbone of the
Corps, have allowed themselves to become whores for the present
administration and our insane, born-again Commander-in-Chief and his
band of criminals. America is not long for this world if these pukes
and their robotic followers are somehow not stopped from unleashing WW
III by invading Iran.
I believe that Marine Corps General Chesty
Puller would have had the leaders of the debacle in Haditha
Courts-Martialed and shot, and failing this remedy would have led his
men in a mutiny. It is our duty as Officers and NCO's to disobey
illegal orders. The Corps has been ripe for mutiny for some time now
and had we still leaders in our ranks, it surely would have happened in
this illegal war, where illegal acts of war are now commonplace. The
junior enlisted Marines who pulled the triggers on these civilians are
not responsible for their actions. The orders come from above, the
leadership, or what passes for it now. These are the individuals that
are responsible, right up to the maggot that is our Commander-in-Chief.
If
by some miracle we have military investigators and prosecutors who
possess the integrity and courage to assure that the individuals
responsible for this massacre are brought to trial under the Uniform
Code of Military Justice, perhaps some of the stain of this crime will
eventually be washed away.
As for the restoration of integrity and honor in Marine Corps, I
believe it is too late.

But if one digs just a bit DEEPER and does just a bit more research, One will find an even MORE sinister and agenda and one WILL find that there is a major and direct connection to the freemasons in all of this, as it has been their stated goal for quite some time now to fring this about. Let’s get this straight:

1) Jeff Rense’s step-mother, Paige, is the editor-in-chief for Architectural Digest, which is owned by one of the biggest NWO publishing luminaries around, Si Newhouse.

2) Rense’s brother, Rip, is a long-time journalist for the L.A. Herald, and a frequent contributor to the Los Angeles Times – both cornerstones of the NWO’s controlled press.

3) Rense’s late father, Arthur, was a PR director for the Douglas Aircraft Company and the Summa Corporation, which was owned by Howard Hughes, and has numerous CIA contracts. Douglas Aircraft is also a huge beneficiary of the government’s War Machine contracts, and is also tied to a hugely influential NWO think tank, the RAND Corporation.

It seems Jeff Rense’s entire immediate family is tied-in with government-NWO entities; and Jeff Rense himself spent numerous years in the mainstream media.

Today he occupies his time epitomizing what is known as a “disinformation artist.” How so? Well, do you know what the textbook definition of DISINFORMATION is: “The mixing of a certain percentage of truthful information with that which is misleading, deceitful, or patently false.”

Take a look at Rense’s website sometime. Sure, there are a few good articles to suck people in; but then the rest is dedicated to Bigfoot, ghosts, crop circles, UFOs, shadow people, and the Loch Ness Monster.

His website represents the classic definition of disinformation … confuse a situation and muddy the water so much that nobody is able to determine what is real, and what is hokum. Plus, by devoting so much space to this Bigfoot nonsense, Rense makes all serious researchers look like tinfoil hat-wearers and black helicopter chasers --- just like the ruling elite intended all along.

So, who would be the best candidate to run a site like this? Answer: somebody whose entire family is intimately tied to the New World Order and its controlled mainstream media; and Jeff Rense himself is a by-product of the mainstream media.

Plus, Rense refuses to provide a resume of his past work career (see Lisa Guliani’s Jeff Rense: A Reinvention of What?), and he has been referred to by former GCN talk show host Daryl Bradford Smith as the “nest of the conspiracy.”

Everybody should think about this information, because I can assure you of one thing: Jeff Rense isn’t playing it straight with us, and he’s not on the side of those who truly seek the truth.

BAGHDAD, Iraq, June 1 - Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki lashed out at the American military on Thursday, denouncing what he characterized as habitual attacks by troops against Iraqi civilians.

As outrage over reports that American marines killed 24 Iraqis in the town of Haditha last year continued to shake the new government, the country's senior leaders said that they would demand that American officials turn over their investigative files on the killings and that the Iraqi government would conduct its own inquiry.

In his comments, Mr. Maliki said violence against civilians had become a "daily phenomenon" by many troops in the American-led coalition who "do not respect the Iraqi people."
"They crush them with their vehicles and kill them just on suspicion," he said. "This is completely unacceptable." Attacks on civilians will play a role in future decisions on how long to ask American forces to remain in Iraq, the prime minister added.

The denunciation was an unusual declaration for a government that remains desperately dependent on American forces to keep some form of order in the country amid a resilient Sunni Arab insurgency in the west, widespread sectarian violence in Baghdad, and deadly feuding among Shiite militias that increasingly control the south.
It was also a sign of the growing pressure on Mr. Maliki, whose governing coalition includes Sunni Arabs who were enraged by news of the killings in Haditha, a city deep in Sunni-dominated Anbar Province. At the same time, he is being pushed by the Americans to resolve the quarreling within his fragile coalition that has left him unable to fill cabinet posts for the Ministries of Defense and the Interior, the two top security jobs in the country.

Military and Congressional officials have said they believe that an investigation into the deaths of two dozen Iraqis in Haditha on Nov. 19 will show that a group of marines shot and killed civilians without justification or provocation. Survivors in Haditha say the troops shot men, women and children in the head and chest at close range.

For the second day in a row, President Bush spoke directly about the furor surrounding the case. "Obviously, the allegations are very troubling for me and equally troubling for our military, especially the Marine Corps," President Bush said Thursday, in response to a question from a reporter after a meeting of his cabinet. Referring to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Peter Pace, he added, "I've spoken to General Pace about this issue quite a few times."

Investigators are examining the role of senior commanders in the aftermath of the Haditha killings, and trying to determine how high up the chain of command culpability may rest.
Marine officials said Thursday that Maj. Gen. Stephen T. Johnson, who was the top Marine Corps commander in Iraq during the Haditha killings, had been set to be promoted to become the service's senior officer in charge of personnel, a three-star position.
General Johnson is widely respected by the Marine Corps' senior leadership, yet officials said it was unlikely that the Pentagon would put him up for promotion until the Haditha investigations were concluded.

The Washington Post reported Thursday that a parallel investigation into whether the killings were covered up has concluded that some officers reported false information and that superiors failed to adequately scrutinize the reports about the two dozen deaths.

The newspaper said that the inquiry had determined that Staff Sgt. Frank Wuterich, a squad leader present at Haditha, made a false statement when he reported that a roadside bombing had killed 15 civilians. The inquiry also said that an intelligence unit that later visited the site failed to highlight that civilians had gunshot wounds.

In Baghdad, senior Iraqi officials demanded an apology and explanation about Haditha from the United States and vowed their own inquiry.
"We in the ministers' cabinet condemned this crime and demanded that coalition forces show the reasons behind this massacre," Deputy Prime Minister Salam al-Zubaie, one of the most powerful Sunni Arabs in the new government, said in an interview.
"As you know, this is not the only massacre, and there are a lot," he said. "The coalition forces must change their behavior. Human blood should be sacred regardless of religion, party and nationality."

Mr. Zubaie, also the acting defense minister, acknowledged that Iraqi officials would probably not be able to force the extradition of any troops suspected of culpability in the Haditha killings. But he said a committee of five ministers, including defense, interior and finance, would investigate the killings with the expectation that American officials would turn over their files. "We do not have the security file because it is in the hands of the coalition forces," he said. "We hope there will not be obstacles ahead."

The crisis over Haditha and other disputed killings in Sunni areas comes just as it appears that military operations may be needed to retake some Sunni areas at risk of falling to the insurgency.
This week American forces ordered 1,500 troops from Kuwait into Anbar Province, a stronghold of the Sunni insurgency, in the latest sign that insurgents and terrorist groups including those led by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi control much of the sprawling desert region.

In interviews on Thursday, two senior Republicans - Senator John W. Warner of Virginia, the chairman of the Armed Services Committee, and Senator John McCain of Arizona, who is next in line to be committee chairman - both said it was too soon to tell whether the episode would undermine support for the war. Still, both expressed concern.
Senator Warner, who has promised to hold hearings as soon as the military completes its investigation, said he had been urging Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld to wrap up the inquiry as swiftly as possible.
"In the interim, frankly, the public opinion on this matter is being influenced by misinformation, leaks and undocumented and uncorroborated facts," he said.
Mr. McCain, who was a prisoner of war in Vietnam for more than five years, said the incident harked back to the My Lai massacre during the war in Vietnam. He added, "It certainly is harmful, but I can't assess the extent of the damage."
Neither he nor Mr. McCain would say whether Mr. Rumsfeld should be called as a witness. (Nahhh...keep protecting heck of a job Rummy!)

"I think it depends on what we find out," Mr. McCain said. "I can't say until we really know what happened. There are allegations, and I emphasize allegations, that there was a cover-up. If so, then obviously more senior people would have to be the subject of hearings."
On Wednesday, American troops near the restive city of Samarra shot and killed two Iraqi women, including one who might have been pregnant and on her way to a hospital, after their car did not heed what the American military command said were repeated warnings to stop. (what?!? doctors said they couldn't save the baby!)

At a news conference in Baghdad, a senior American military spokesman, Maj. Gen. William Caldwell, said that "about three or four, at least," allegations of wrongdoing by American troops were being investigated and that anyone found guilty of offenses in those incidents or in the Haditha case would be punished. "This tragic incident is in no way representative of how coalition forces treat Iraqi civilians," he said.

In Baghdad, the top American ground commander in Iraq ordered that all 150,000 American and allied troops in the country receive mandatory refresher training on "legal, moral and ethical standards on the battlefield."
In a statement, the officer, Lt. Gen. Peter W. Chiarelli, did not specifically cite the civilian deaths in Haditha as the reason for the unusual order.
But he said commanders would be provided with training materials and sample vignettes to use to instruct on professional military values and conduct in combat, as well as Iraqi cultural sensitivities. (Start with Bush's mouth!)

this Saturday on Air America's 'Ring of Fire' on the shoplifting of the
last election … and the next one.]

This is a fact: On November 2, 2004, in the State of Ohio, 239,127
votes for President of the United States were dumped, rejected, blocked,
lost and left to rot uncounted.

And not just anyone's vote. Dive into the electoral dumpster and
these "spoiled" votes have a very dark color indeed.

In another life, I taught statistics. And these statistics stank:
the raw data tells us that if you are a Black voter, the chance of you
losing your vote to technical errors in voting machinery is 900% higher
than if you were a white voter.

Any guesses as to whom those African-Americans chose for president on
those junked ballots? Check Ohio's racial demographics, do the
numbers, and there it is: Kerry won Ohio. And that, too, is a
fact. A fact that could not get reported in the USA.

But the shoplifting of those votes in Ohio was just the tip of the
theft-berg. November 2, 2004 was a national ballot-box bonfire. In
total, over three million votes (3,600,380 to be exact) were cast --
marked, punched, pulled -- YET NEVER COUNTED. I'm not talking about
the Ukraine or Uganda. I'm talking about the United States of America
"with liberty and justice for all."

Well, not "all." The nine-to-one Black-to-White ballot spoilage rate
is a national statistic -- not just an Ohio trick. Last year, I flew
to New Mexico to investigate the 33,981 cast but not counted ballots of
that state in the 2004 race. George Bush "won" New Mexico by 5,988
votes. Or did he? I calculated that, of the all the ballots
rejected and "spoiled," 89% were cast by voters of color. Who won New
Mexico? Kerry won -- or he would have, if they had counted the
ballots.

But they didn't count them. And that was deliberate. It's in the
plan. It's the program. And the program for 2008 is simple. Two
million ballots were cast but not counted in the 2000 race. (Over
half, 54%, were cast by African-American.) In 2004, the GOP kicked it
up to THREE million. Get ready, these guys aim high: "four in '06"
and "five in '08" looks to be their game plan.

How will they pile up five million un-voters in 2008? Let's start
with the three million "disappeared" of 2004:

Step 1: "Spoiling" ballots -- 1,389,231 of them. In the vote-count
game, these are called "undervotes" and "overvotes." You can recognize
these lost ballots by their hanging chads, punch cards without punches
(an Ohio specialty), paper ballots eaten by scanners, and touch screens
that didn't know you touched them.

Step 2: Rejecting "provisional ballots"-- 1,090,729 in this pile.
Voters finding themselves at the "wrong" precinct, or wrongly "scrubbed"
from voter rolls get these back-of-the-bus ballots first inaugurated in
2002. In '04, provisional ballots were passed out like candy to
voters in the poorest precincts. They handed them out -- then threw
them away -- one million dumped in all. In Ohio, Republican Secretary
of State Kenneth Blackwell changed state rules, allowing him to toss out
the ballots of legal voters who cast ballots in the wrong precinct
although these citizens were told their vote would count after
confirming their registration.

Step 3: Not counting absentee ballots -- 526,420 of them. At
least, that's what we figure from official stats. But it's anyone's
guess how many mailed-in votes were dumped. (However, in one case,
in Palm Beach, Florida, Jeb Bush's candidate for Elections Supervisor,
Theresa LaPore, counted more absentee votes than absentee ballots mailed
in. Not the brightest bulb in the vote-fix biz, that Theresa.)

Step 4: Scrub'm, Purge'm, Block'm. These are the voters who never
got to vote at all. This group includes those who found their
registrations were never entered on the voter rolls. In Ohio, about
one-fourth of those registered by Jesse Jackson's 2004 voter drive,
found their registrations delayed beyond the election date or lost.

Add to this un-voter group, those who were wrongly "scrubbed" from
registries as "felons." For example, there was Bernice Kines, purged
in Florida in 2004 because she was convicted of a felony on July 31,
2009. I repeat: 2009. There was something especially odd
about the Ohio felon purge: ex-cons are ALLOWED to vote in that
state, Mr. Blackwell.

How many lost their chance to vote by scrubbing, purging and
blocking? That's anyone's guess, but one million would not be an
unfair estimate -- and that's not included in the 3.6 million tally of
ballots uncounted.

Was it deliberate? Oh my God, yes. I'd like you to take a look at
the "caging" lists the Republican National Committee concocted to
challenge voters with "suspect" addresses. It included page after
page of African-American soldiers, like one Randall Prausa, shipped
overseas. Mission accomplished, Mr. President?

And there's some new tricks for these old dogs. For the 2006 and
2008, the GOP is pushing new Voter ID requirements. Your signature
won't be good enough anymore.

What's wrong with the new ID laws? This: in the 2004 election,
300,000 voters were turned away from the polls for "wrong" ID. For
example, in the "Little Texas" counties in New Mexico, if your voter
registration included a middle initial but your driver's license had
none, you were kicked out of the polling station. Funny, but they
only seemed to ask Hispanic voters. We should see the number of
voters rejected for ID to quintuple by 2008 based on the new "voting
reform" laws recently passed in several states.

Also, coming to a polling station near you: more caging lists, scrub
lists, ID challenge lists and more. Exactly why do you think they are
compiling those "War on Terror" and War on Immigration databases?
Behind the 2000 felon purge lists and behind the 2004 caging lists were
databases from the same companies that now have those homeland security
contracts. Are they saving us from Osama -- or from Democrats?

Dr Steven Greer has come out of seclusion again as he does about every

anyone from Amy Goodman's Democracy Now was covering the event.
Again...the room remained silent. I said that I was "not surprised!"

The keynote speaking event was overflowing with people ranging from
costume wearing truth seekers, young teens, senior citizens and
parents with their children. It was very inspiring.

I was able to spend time with Jim Mars, Dylan Avery (Loose Change),
Lenny Charles (INN World News), Alex Jones, Barrie Zwicker, Webster
Tarpley among others. I ran into Roger, from 911blogger.com. I was
able to meet Meria Heller, one of my heroes! I am very encourages with
the start of this event and I am looking forward to the rest of the
weekend.

this next Saturday, June 10th, on Air America's 'Ring of Fire' on the
shoplifting of the last election & and the next one.

This is a fact: On November 2, 2004, in the State of Ohio, 239,127
votes for President of the United States were dumped, rejected,
blocked, lost and left to rot uncounted.

And not just anyone's vote. Dive into the electoral dumpster and these
"spoiled" votes have a very dark color indeed.

In another life, I taught statistics. And these statistics stank: the
raw data tells us that if you are a Black voter, the chance of you
losing your vote to technical errors in voting machinery is 900% higher
than if you were a white voter.

Any guesses as to whom those African-Americans chose for president on
those junked ballots? Check Ohio's racial demographics, do the numbers,
and there it is: Kerry won Ohio. And that, too, is a fact. A fact that
could not get reported in the USA.

But the shoplifting of those votes in Ohio was just the tip of the
theft-berg. November 2, 2004 was a national ballot-box bonfire. In
total, over three million votes (3,600,380 to be exact) were cast --
marked, punched, pulled -- YET NEVER COUNTED. I'm not talking about the
Ukraine or Uganda. I'm talking about the United States of America "with
liberty and justice for all."

Well, not "all." The nine-to-one Black-to-White ballot spoilage rate
is a national statistic -- not just an Ohio trick. Last year, I flew to
New Mexico to investigate the 33,981 cast but not counted ballots of
that state in the 2004 race. George Bush "won" New Mexico by 5,988
votes. Or did he? I calculated that, of all the ballots rejected and
"spoiled," 89% were cast by voters of color. Who won New Mexico? Kerry
won -- or he would have, if they had counted the ballots.

But they didn't count them. And that was deliberate. It's in the plan.
It's the program. And the program for 2008 is simple. Two million
ballots were cast but not counted in the 2000 race. (Over half, 54%,
were cast by African-Americans.) In 2004, the GOP kicked it up to THREE
million. Get ready, these guys aim high: "four in '06" and "five in
'08" looks to be their game plan.

How will they pile up five million un-voters in 2008? Let's start with
the three million "disappeared" of 2004:

Step 1: "Spoiling" ballots -- 1,389,231 of them. In the vote-count
game, these are called "undervotes" and "overvotes." You can recognize
these lost ballots by their hanging chads, punch cards without punches
(an Ohio specialty), paper ballots eaten by scanners, and touch screens
that didn't know you touched them.

Step 2: Rejecting "provisional ballots" -- 1,090,729 in this pile.
Voters finding themselves at the "wrong" precinct, or wrongly
"scrubbed" from voter rolls get these back-of-the-bus ballots first

of Atrocity: From the White House to Haditha

Many observers have compared the methodical murder of 24 innocent
civilians by U.S. Marines in the Iraqi town of Haditha – now confirmed
by Pentagon and Congressional sources – to the infamous My Lai massacre
in Vietnam, when American troops slaughtered hundreds of civilians in a
bloody rampage. But this is a false equation, one that gravely distorts
the overall reality of the Coalition effort in Iraq.

For it is not the small-scale Haditha atrocity that should be compared
to My Lai: it is the entire Iraq War itself. The whole operation – from
its inception in high-level mendacity to its execution in blood-soaked
arrogance, folly, greed and incompetence – is a war crime of almost
unfathomable proportions: a My Lai writ large, a My Lai every single
day, year after year after year.

Details of the Haditha killings are finally emerging after months of
official cover-up and heated denunciations of anyone who questioned the
shifting, conflicting stories issued by the Pentagon following the
November 2005 incident. The horror speaks for itself: a unit of Marines
from Kilo Company, thirsting for revenge after a roadside bomb killed a
comrade, broke into homes near the blast area and systematically
executed the civilians they found there, along with five men who
happened to be passing by in a taxi, Time Magazine reports.

Photos taken afterwards by U.S. military intelligence document the
carnage. "One portrays an Iraqi mother and young child, kneeling on the
floor, as if in prayer," the Sunday Times reports. "They have been
shot dead at close range. The pictures show other victims, shot
execution-style in the head and chest in their homes." The victims
"included a 76-year-old amputee and a four-year-old boy," the Observer
reports. "In one house an entire family, including seven children, were
attacked with guns and grenades. Only a 13-year-old girl survived." A
U.S. government official told the Sunday Times that the attackers had
"suffered a total breakdown in morality and leadership."

Take special note of that last statement: it may be the first time that
a Bush Administration spokesman has ever told the truth about the war.
There has indeed been a "total breakdown in morality and leadership" in
Iraq; but it's not confined to the Haditha killers. They are just the
inevitable end product of the culture of lawlessness, brutality, and
aggression deliberately manufactured by the White House to serve its
predatory geopolitical ambitions and its dirty war-profiteering
schemes.

This fish has rotted from the head, and the corruption has eaten
through the entire body politic. It was bound to find its most extreme
manifestations in those whom Bush has armed with lies – a majority of
U.S. soldiers believe that Iraq was involved in 9/11, polls show – and
sent off to kill and be killed in an illegal war of aggression based on
knowingly false and tricked-up evidence. If atrocity is the foundation
of your enterprise, if atrocity is the atmosphere you breathe, why
then, you are bound to produce atrocities, over and over, despite the
many individual soldiers and honorable officers who struggle against
the infected tide.

These massacres aren't just momentary outbursts of revenging anger;
they're learned behavior. The Marines who killed at Haditha were
veterans of the much larger atrocity at Fallujah the year before. There
they took part in one of the most savage demolitions of a city since
World War II. Eight weeks of relentless bombing was followed by a
cut-off of the city's water, electricity and food supplies. a clear war
crime under the Geneva Conventions. More than two-thirds of the city's
residents, some 200,000 people, fled the coming inferno, refugees in
their own land. Those who remained were considered fair game in the
house-by-house ravaging that followed. Among the Americans' first
targets were the city's hospitals and clinics, as U.S. officers freely
admitted to the New York Times: another blatant war crime. They were
destroyed or shut down, with medical staff killed or imprisoned, to
prevent bad publicity about civilian casualties from reaching the
outside world, the officers said. Later, an investigation by the
U.S.-backed Iraqi government found credible evidence of the use of
chemical weapons against the city; yet another war crime. Up to 6,000
people were killed in the attack, most of them civilians.

The few hundred Fallujah-based insurgents who had been the ostensible
target of the assault had escaped long before the onslaught began. Thus
there was no real military purpose to the city's destruction, which had
been ordered by the White House; it was instead an act of reprisal, a
collective punishment against the Iraqi people as a whole,
non-combatants included, for the armed resistance to the Coalition
conquest. The Marines of Kilo Company simply took what they were taught
by their eminently respectable superiors in Fallujah and applied it in
Haditha.

No doubt these lessons are being applied throughout Iraq. In March, we
reported here on an eerily similar incident in the Isahaqi region, when
11 civilians, including five children under the age of five, were
killed during a house raid by U.S. troops. [See the flash film,
Children of Abraham.] Local police said the victims had been shot
execution-style, although none of them were connected to the
insurgency. Photographs of the scene – by Agence-France Presse –
confirmed the attack and the children's deaths, with indications that
they had indeed been shot in the head. Pentagon officials, despite the
photographic evidence, would confirm only four civilian deaths:
unfortunate collateral damage of a firefight with an al-Qaeda
operative, they said. The idea that U.S. troops could execute civilians
in cold blood was preposterous, they said.

Like Abu Ghraib, Haditha is not an aberration by a few "bad apples" but
the emblem of a wider, systemic crime, the natural fruit of an outlaw
regime that has made aggressive war, torture, indefinite detention,
"extrajudicial killing," rendition and concentration camps official
national policy. This moral rot is Bush's true historical legacy.

Former CIA analyst and Presidential advisor Ray McGovern, fresh from
his heated public confrontation with Donald Rumsfeld, fears that staged
terror attacks across Europe and the US are probable in order to
justify the Bush administration's plan to launch a military strike
against Iran, which he thinks will take place in June or July.

Appearing on The Alex Jones Show, McGovern was asked about the
timetable for war in Iran and said that behind the diplomatic
smokescreen, the final chess pieces were being moved into position.

"There is already one carrier task force there in the Gulf, two are
steaming toward it at the last report I have at least - they will all
be there in another week or so."

"The propaganda has been laid, the aircraft carriers are in place, it
doesn't take much to fly the bombers out of British and US bases -
cruse missiles are at the ready, Israel is egging us on," said
McGovern.

McGovern said Iran's likely response to a US air strike would be
threefold - mobilizing worldwide terrorist cells that would make
Al-Qaeda look like a girls netball team - utilizing its cruise missile
arsenal to attack US ships and sending fighters into Iraq to attack US
forces.

"The Iranians can easily send three divisions of revolutionary guard
troops right over....the long border with Iraq," said McGovern, stating
that the local Sunni population of Iraq would welcome such an invasion.

The turmoil caused by such an action would lead the US to tap its
so-called 'mini-nuke' arsenal said McGovern, opening a new Pandora's
box of chaos.

McGovern highlighted President Bush's all time record low approval
ratings as a reason for launching an attack on Iran to again whip up
false patriotic fervour.

"I can see Karl Rove saying, 'look what you need to do is become a war
president again, get us involved with something pretty big here and
then strut around and say you can't vote for a bunch of Democrats to
pull the rug out from under me while there's a war going on'."

McGovern drew a comparison with the concillatory cold war stance of
Russia and JFK's decision to respond in a similar manner, and the
Iranian President's letter which was immediately dismissed by the Bush
administration. JFK's approach saved the US from potential nuclear
anihalation while Bush's actions put the US in severe danger as Russia
and China give ominous mixed signals on what their response to a US
strike on Iran will be.

McGovern lambasted Bush's inner circle as uniformly lacking any real
military experience and characterized them as a cabal already hell-bent
on war.

McGovern entertained the notion that western governments and
intelligence hierarchies could potentially stage terror attacks in
Europe and the US either before or after an invasion of Iran.

"That's altogether possible," said McGovern.

"I would say even probable because they need some proximate cause, some
casus belli to justify really unleashing things on Iran....I would put
very little past this crew - their record of dissembling and
disingenuousness is unparalleled."

McGovern said that Rove, Cheney and Rumsfeld, fearing impeachment and
Enron-style criminal proceedings, are urging President Bush to launch a
war in order to create a climate unconducive to lengthy investigations
and impeachment proceedings.

Asked to cite specifically when we should expect to see an attack
launched, McGovern said, "I think we all agree that an attack is likely
before the election and we all agree that it has to do largely with the
election - as for timing I see a likelihood that it could come as early
as late June or early July, most of my colleagues predict August,
September, maybe an October surprise even."

"My thinking is that for it to be October that would be so crass and so
transparent that even this crowd would shy away from making it so
obvious," said McGovern.

McGovern is set to appear along with a host of other respected and
credible whistleblowers at the American Scholars Symposium at the end
of this month.

“Israel has warned European and American intelligence bodies of
possible attempts by Hizbullah cells, led by Imad Mugniyah, to carry
out terror attacks during the upcoming World Cup tournament in
Germany,” reports Yedioth Internet. “According to the report, the
terror plot is aimed at proving to the international community that
Tehran is capable of retaliation if attacked.”

Of course, if Iran actually does this, it will demonstrate its
leadership has gone stark raving bonkers, as it would provide an
ironclad pretext for Israel and the United States to shock and awe the
nation into Stone Age submission. Considering this, and the fact the
Israelis and neocons are shopping for just a handy pretext, we can
assume with a fair degree of accuracy the above mentioned “intelligence
bodies,” with the unmentioned Mossad taking the lead, are responsible
for conjuring up this nonsense.

Determined to demonize Iran to such a degree that bunker-busting and
possibly mini-nuking the country actually becomes viable—or salable,
especially if the World Cup is attacked—an earlier Yedioth report
claims, by way of the neocon newspaper the New York Post, “that
Hizbullah may be planning to activate sleeper cells in New York and
other big cities to stage an attack as the nuclear showdown with Iran
heats up,” even though Hezbollah “would not jump to Tehran’s defense if
the U.S. launched a strike against its nuclear programme but would step
in if the conflict spread to Lebanon, its deputy chief said…. Sheikh
Naim Kassem told Reuters that the guerrilla group, which was
established by Iran in the early 1980s but has since grown into a
political party with 14 seats in parliament, had no plans to get
involved in regional battles.”

It should be remembered that Hezbollah was organized in response to
Israel’s illegal and brutal invasion of Lebanon in 1982, although the
corporate media, and even the online encyclopedia Wikipedia (seemingly
amenable to and biased in favor of Zionism), prefer to characterize the
organization as little more than “an amalgamation of various violent
Shi’a extremists” determined to “spread the Islamic Revolution” at the
behest of Iran, the late Ayatollah Seyyed Ruhollah Khomeini, and in the
name of the Guardianship of the Jurisprudents (a Shi’a Twelver doctrine
regarding Islamic leadership).

In fact, Hezbollah was forged out of Israeli atrocities against the
people of southern Lebanon, as the Israelis are known to deal harshly
with Arabs in countries they invade and, in the case of Palestine and
the area known as the Shebaa Farms, territory they illegally occupy. In
fact, Hezbollah remains engaged in a low-intensity conflict with Israel
precisely over Shebaa Farms and continual Israeli border crossings and
provocations. Naturally, the corporate media, so patently slanted in
favor of Israel and dismissive (when not entirely omissive) of its
long-standing crimes against Arabs and Muslims, cannot be expected to
be objective, especially now that attacking Iran is so obviously part
of the Straussian neocon and Israeli game plan.

Of course, there is no way to predict if there indeed will be attacks
during the World Cup tournament in Germany, but if there are we can
expect the Straussian neocons and their Israeli collaborators to take
full advantage of the situation. “US officials opposed to an attack on
Iran fear the Bush Administration would take advantage of such terror
attacks to launch an offensive that, according to the officials, would
settle the Iranian nuclear crisis and boost the president’s approval
rating,” adds Yedioth, failing to mention the other half of the
story—such an attack was long ago conjured up in Israel by fanatical
Jabotinskyites who stand to gain, not Hezbollah, now a bona fide
political party with a substantial standing in the Lebanese parliament.

It is, to say the least, crazy to believe Iran would launch a
terrorist attack against Germany simply to demonstrate to “the
international community that Tehran is capable of retaliation if
attacked,” and it is also crazy to believe Hezbollah would collaborate
in such a feverish and stupid operation that would assuredly result in
a fresh round of privation and misery for the Lebanese people.

Addendum

No sooner did I post the above, I came across an article allegedly
published by al-Watan al-Arabi, a Lebanese weekly, posted on Laura
Mansfield’s blog. “I don’t know how credible this report it—so please
take it for what it is. The translation comes from the US Government
FBIS Translations,” warns Mansfield.

“Recently, the US intelligence acquired reports and information
warning that the Hizballah US cells would shortly be given the green
light. Al-Watan al-Arabi has learned that the US intelligence has
started to take these threats extremely seriously and has made a list
of possible targets in light of these reports and information and the
Iranian precedents in this regard. According to informed sources, these
US expectations consider the likelihood that a huge bridge, a nuclear
reactor, a high-rise building, or a financial center might be targeted.
They have been expecting that Iranian intelligence might entrust
Hizballah with mounting further dangerous attacks, rather than
destabilizing the country, spreading panic, and threatening the
security of citizens,” a completely natural series of events,
considering the equivocating neocons and their Israeli collaborators
need Iran invaded, posthaste.

Al-Watan al-Arabi continues:

One of the scenarios called for serious preparations against Hizballah
cells carrying out suicide operations targeting top US officials in
response to a plan of assassinations, which Tehran says a secret US
unit had entered Iran to carry out. An expert says that the plan has
failed twice in assassinating President Ahmadinezhad but has succeed in
liquidating several officials from the Revolutionary Guard and the
intelligence, and that the hard-line wing in Tehran decided to
retaliate in kind. Thus, Iran asked one of the Hizballah cells in Latin
America to carry out this retaliation and that they had crossed the US
border from Mexico some weeks ago.

Indeed, the information provided by this expert goes so far as to
affirm that a secret assassination unit belonging to Hizballah received
training on such operations at the Imam Ali Camp near Tehran and that
some reports went so far as to indicate that the official who would be
targeted is US Vice President Dick Cheney.

It seems that selecting Cheney for assassination was for two reasons.
The first is logistical; namely, the difficulty of targeting the US
President in view of the protection measures around him. The second is
political and is due to the Iranian leadership’s conviction that the
man behind the planning of wars against Iran is the vice president who
leads the US hard-line current and who is supervising the entire
project of changing regimes in the region.

How exactly Hezbollah will hit one of the most reclusive vice
presidents in U.S. history, who is obviously covered by a phalanx of
armed goons every single time he ventures out into public, is not
mentioned. But never mind. Such “scenarios” are not intended to make
sense, but rather build layer by layer the impression that Iran is a
rogue and criminal state, determined not only to develop nukes and use
them against our “friend” Israel, but also take out our beloved vice
president.

Indeed, as Bush says, the neocons are “catapulting the propaganda,”
and it is reaching a hysterical and surrealistic point of no return
that will ultimately rival the lies and deceptions in the months
leading up to the Iraq invasion.

Haditha: A Cover-Up of Mass Murder

Haditha is not “a lawless, insurgent-plagued city deep in
Sunni-dominated Anbar Province”, as described by the BBC. There were
no combat zones confused by the “fog of war”. These are massacres of
innocent civilians. Haditha is like many Iraqi cities and towns
destroyed one by one by constant U.S. air bombardments.

The massacre in Haditha is part of the U.S. deliberate and unprovoked
war of aggression against a defenceless nation. The current media hype
is an orchestrated propaganda campaign designed to mislead the public
and cover up the mass atrocity in Iraq as an “isolated incident by few
bad apples”. It is the result of an illegal war of aggression based on
lies fabricated by the highest levels of the U.S. administration.

Since the 2003 invasion, there have been daily massacres of innocent
Iraqis by U.S. Marines with the full knowledge of the U.S. military
chain of command. The war was based on lies printed in the minds of
Americans and their army. Today, Iraq is littered with mass graves.
Hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis, mostly women and children
have been slaughtered in cold blood and in cowardly fashion. These
countless massacres by U.S. forces were obfuscated and barely reported
by Western media.

On the morning of 19 November 2005, U.S. Marines were on their way to
Haditha, in northwest Iraq. When they were attacked and later failed to
find their attackers, they deliberately and indiscriminately massacred
24 Iraqi civilians in the Subhani district of Haditha. The
victims”range from little babies to adult males and females”.
Initially, the U.S. Marines alleged that 15 “insurgents” and civilians
were killed in “cross fire”. As usual, the U.S. Marines lied about the
massacre and tried to cover it up. It was the video of an Iraqi
journalism student from Haditha which prompted the Time to investigate
the massacre.

Like many other stories, the Pentagon concocted the massacre. The
Marines threatened to kill anyone who gives evidence against them.
Indeed, the Marines killed a large number of people to remove any
eyewitnesses. The Los Angeles Times reported that the inquiry overseen
by Army Maj. Gen. Eldon Bargewell found that several infantry Marines
fatally shot as many as 24 Iraqis and that other Marines either failed
to stop them or filed misleading or blatantly false reports.

Eman Waleed, a 9-year-old girl who survived the massacre told the told
the Time: “First, they went into my father’s room, where he was reading
the Koran, and we heard shots. Then, the soldiers came back into the
living room. I couldn’t see their faces very well — only their guns
sticking into the doorway. I watched them shoot my grandfather, first
in the chest and then in the head. Then they killed my granny”. Safa
Younis Salim, a 13-year old girl, who in an interview said she lived by
faking her death. ”I pretended that I was dead when my brother's body
fell on me and he was bleeding like a faucet”, she said. She said that
she saw American troops kick her family members and that one American
shouted in the face of one relative before he was killed.

According to NBC News reports, photos taken immediately after the
incident “show many of the victims were shot at close range, in the
head and chest, execution-style. One photo shows a mother and young
child bent over on the floor as if in prayer, shot dead.” A video, shot
by a Haditha journalism student confirmed the residents’ accounts.

Another eyewitness Khalid Ahmed Rsayef whose brother was among the
dead told the Time: “It was a [premeditated] massacre in every sense of
the word. The Marines came in and they killed everybody inside”. The
Tim also reported that there were no signs of Iraqi Resistance fighters
around the scene of the massacre in which four houses were destroyed.
The massacre was videotaped by the student and handed to Hammurabi
Human Rights group. The cowardice attack destroyed four families and
left a girl and her enfant brother terrorised and traumatised forever.

In April 2004, U.S. forces siege the vibrant city of Fallujah and
indiscriminately and deliberately killed more that 800 civilians in
cold blood. Again, in November 2004, U.S. forces bombed the city with
napalm bombs white Phosphorous, “depleted” uranium and cluster bombs.
More than 6000 innocent civilians, mostly women and children were
massacred, and the entire city was destroyed in gross violation of the
Geneva Conventions and international law. The silence of Western media
was deafening despite the enormity of the committed war crimes.

In November 2005, indiscriminate U.S. bombings of civilian centres
killed 18 innocent Iraqi children in Ramadi, 97 civilians in Husaybah,
and 40 civilians in Qaim. Not surprisingly, these crimes of Western
terrorism against the Iraqi people have become daily routine in a
country ruled by foreign occupying forces and without the slightest
barking from (supposed to be sovereign) a puppet government.

On March 15 2006, US forces raided a house in Isahaqi, near the town of
Balad about 60 miles north of Baghdad. According to Iraqi Police, and
eyewitnesses on the ground, U.S. troops gathered and handcuffed 11
civilians, including a 75-year-old female, a six month-old baby and
3-year old children, into a single room and executed them in cold blood
and cowardly fashion, before destroying the house as they left the
area.

On Sunday night 26 March 2006, US forces and their Iraqi collaborators
attacked Al-Mustapha Mosque in the Ur neighbourhood in east Baghdad and
deliberately killed 37 unarmed worshipers including the 80-years old
Imam in charge of the Mosque.

Eyewitnesses on the scene observed US soldiers entering the Mosque
unprovoked and started shooting at random. A video-tape showed several
civilians bodies and spent 5.56 mm shell casings ammunition, the type
used by the US soldiers. “It’s an organized crime with serious
political and security implications. It aims to incite a civil war ...
To kill such a great number of the faithful of the family of the
Prophet after handcuffing and torturing them is indefensible. It's an
attack on the dignity of Iraqis that strips away any credibility from
the slogans of freedom, democracy and pluralism flaunted by the
American administration”, reported the French daily, Le Figaro quoting
an Iraqi communiqué. “They went in, tied up the people and shot them
all. They did not leave any wounded. [The victims] were unarmed”, added
the Guardian of London on 28 March 2006.

It is important to remember that U.S. soldiers were sent to commit
crimes and are provided with “immunity” from prosecution, making it
very easy for them to kill with institutionalised impunity, as if
Iraqis were not even human beings. The criminal practice emanates from
the Pentagon; it is created by the U.S. government – and even enforced
on other nation. Its purpose is to encourage more recruits into U.S.
army. The army itself is built on violence and poor discipline and
soldiers were ordered to take revenge by Bush and his gang. In
addition, the majority of soldiers are from poor, marginalised and
destitute minorities. A large number of them are non-U.S. citizens and
joining the army for the sole reason of acquiring citizen. They are
brainwashed by an imperialist racist system that teaches to dehumanise
the ‘Other’ and creates an enemy based on the same discredited pretexts
that lead to this criminal war. They are trained for the sole purpose
of killing innocent people in far away places masked by a concerted
efforts that the U.S. military is “accountable” and “discipline” force.

However, the lack of moral outrage expressed by the American people in
response to the crimes committed against Iraqi civilians is in itself
an epitome of moral bankruptcy. Haditha is not an incident; it is part
of the daily massacres committed against the Iraqi people. It is the
result of an illegal war of aggression agreed upon at the highest
levels of the U.S. administration and U.S military chain of command. It
is aided and cove-up an offensive misinformation propaganda campaign
promoted by the mass media to justify war crimes and crimes against
humanity.

Haditha is no an “isolated incident” committed by a “few bad apples”;
Haditha is part of mass atrocity committed against the Iraqi people.
The sadistic torture of Iraqi prisoners and civilians at Abu Ghraib
prison is not an “isolated incident” committed by “a few bad apples”.
Since it was hyped by the mass media, torture has increased with
brutality and continuing with the full knowledge of those in the
Pentagon and the White House.

If U.S. war on Iraq judged by the standard laid down by the Nuremberg
Tribunal Judgement that judged the Nazi war criminals, “it is not only
an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing
only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the
accumulated evil of the whole”, (1946, p. 26).

Hence, the war was an illegal criminal act and cannot be defended.
George Bush, Tony Blair and their allies who initiated this war of
aggression are guilty of committing war crimes against the Iraqi
people. Before this happen, the full and immediate withdrawal of U.S.
forces from Iraq must be achieved.

How foolish was I to fantasize that Canada as my Great Getaway From US Madness could last forever! I should have realized that it was only a matter of time before the North American Evil-Doing Globalist Masterminds joined forces and made some dastardly plans together.

Take the following story, for example. It's blatantly obvious that it's straight out of the US intelligence psy ops writing department. Hey, do you think maybe Canada and the US went in together on some dark-windowed North American building in order to co-host a joint venture, a faux-news writers' club? After all, the US has got the controlled media spin down pat for arguably at least the last thirty years!

This Canadian terror group is interesting, however, in that it is not being touted as Al Qaeda but is reportedly only "inspired" by Al-Qaeda. When, for some reason, it is too inconvenient to get a film crew to haul out the guy in the cave or the other patsy with no leg? It's reassuring to know that imitating faux terror groups still can stand in as substitutes to get the job done!

Fear, fear, and more fear now has made it's way above the border. All they have to do next is stir in "anti- terrorism" Canadian police state legislation for good measure, create a new department of Naziland Security ~ and Voila! You've got a brand new mini US Prison Camp in the making!

Ten bucks the savvy Canadians are going to take a dim view of this new spin. From what I hear, our northern friends are "onto" these these evil-doers' tricks and are not going to take this anywhere nearly as lightly as our own Dumbed-Down Prozac America has.

If we read carefully the last sentence we will, however, see what the real intell spin game here is actually all about. We must pay strict attention to the phrase, "the country's immigration laws and border security are too weak to weed out potential terrorists."

Sorry, dear allies above, but there must be some deal going down where they need to make a greater commotion about our northern borders being too open and lax. Maybe this article serves to plant a seed that sets us all up for the place of origin for those who will reportedly commit the next US false flag terror attack? Or maybe the twist will be that Canada is going to experience its own 9/11 soon - and this time the evil-doers will come out of Boston's Logan Airport and make their way north through lax borders and flimsy immigration practices?

Then again, after 9/11, Washington did try to tell Canadians that the terrorists came from up their way - but Canada just wouldn't have any of it. That's not to say that they're not going to try to say the same thing again after we get hit with the next home-grown "Pearl Harbor" in the heartland.

Mon Dieu, please let me be proven wrong. Canada, take note what's going down. And whatever you do, don't let them "9/11" you like they did to us down here! America's simply never recovered from that horrible day and it would be too darn tragic if you let your own corrupt leaders get away with Mass Murder of your citizens, too.

Oh Canada, learn from sheer American ignorance! Expose your evil-doing plotters *now* before they implode your skyscrapers, fire a missile at your military command center, and shoot down some sort of aircraft over your rural fields! Educate one another and let those in power know unequivocally that you're *not* going to fall for such an attack (as did your more pitiful, facile neighbors to the south).

Please, please, Oh Canada, read between the lines, learn from our mistakes, and make sure that what happened in America is never, ever allowed to be repeated within your own borders. Seize your power, Oh Canada!

17 terror suspects arrested in Toronto

TORONTO - Canadian authorities said Saturday they had foiled plans for terrorist attacks in southern Ontario with the arrests of 17 people who were "inspired by al-Qaida."

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said they had arrested 12 male adults and five youths on terrorism-related charges, including plotting attacks with explosives on Canadian targets. The suspects were either citizens or residents of Canada and had trained together, they said.

"This group took steps to acquire three tons of ammonium nitrate and other components necessary to create explosive devices," said assistant Royal Canadian Mounted Police commissioner Mike McDonell.

That is three times the amount used to blow up the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, he said, referring to the April 19, 1995, attack that killed 168 people and injured more than 800.

"The men arrested yesterday are Canadian residents from a variety of backgrounds. For various reasons, they appeared to have become adherents of a violent ideology inspired by al-Qaida," said Luc Portelance, the assistant director of operations with CSIS — Canada's spy agency.

However, he said, there did not appear to be any direct link to Osama bin Laden's terrorist network.

Officials showed evidence of bomb making materials — including a cell phone-bomb detonator — a computer hard drive, camouflage uniforms and what appeared to be a door with bullet holes in it at a news conference Saturday.

The arrests were made Friday and about 400 officers were involved in the operation.
Heavily armed police ringed the Durham Regional Police Station in the city of Pickering, just east of Toronto, as the suspects were brought in late Friday night in unmarked cars driven into an underground garage.

The Toronto Star reported Saturday that Canadian youths in their teens and 20s, upset at the treatment of Muslims worldwide, were among those arrested.

The newspaper said they had trained at a camp north of Toronto and had plotted to attack the Canadian spy agency's downtown Toronto office, among other targets in Ontario province.

In March 2004, Ottawa software developer Mohammad Momin Khawaja became the first Canadian charged under the country's Anti-Terrorism Act. Khawaja was also named, but not charged, in Britain for playing a role in a foiled bomb plot. He is being held in an Ottawa detention center, awaiting trial.

The Canadian anti-terrorism law was passed swiftly following the Sept. 11 assaults, particularly after bin-Laden named Canada as one of five so-called Christian nations that should be targeted for terror attacks.

The other four countries, reaffirmed in 2004 by his al-Qaida network, were the United States, Britain, Spain and Australian, all of which have been targeted in terrorist attacks.

The anti-terrorism law permits the government to brand individuals and organizations as terrorists and gives police the power to make preventive arrests of people suspected of planning attacks.

Though many view Canada as an unassuming neutral nation that has skirted terrorist attacks, it has suffered its share of aggression, including the 1985 Air India bombing, in which 329 people were killed, most of them Canadian citizens.

Intelligence officials suspect at least 50 terror groups now have some presence in the North American nation and have long complained that the country's immigration laws and border security are too weak to weed out potential terrorists.
